Customer service is terrible. - Nicknapolean

Customer service is terrible. I mean this with the utmost respect that their customers service is selective, prestigious and projecting. No matter whom I dealt with with an exception of a few, each staff representative has been rude and sarcastic but being who I am I can also dish it. The moral of the story show more class and patience. I mean I'm here now for an appointment and by the time I was finally acknowledged after the gentleman has already introduced me to women staff where neither even recognized me with a greeting until minutes later as I stood there patiently because out of the two women one I had previously encountered many times who is flat out evil. She has on a yellow shirt and black shorts today with short hair and never shows growth or maturity. But when the other lady finally got to me she spoke as if I needed a lecture before listening and learning. I mean don't be upset with me or any other customer because you're having a bad morning or even if we had bad experiences before, this is a new day. I'm always respectful but I do speak my truth. So no apologies needed just do better in your actions. Edit: 9.3.26 8:47 pm would like to give an updated review on my prior concerns. Although I still recognize that customer services lacks prestigious representation at times, I would like to recognize Sherri for fulfilling her role and duties and ensuring that my concerns were addressed and respectfully identifying what led to the initial review. Very classy and informative and I wanted to give praise as I gave criticism. Have a great day

I’ve bought and sold dozens of cars over my lifetime, and - dfsamples

I’ve bought and sold dozens of cars over my lifetime, and I rarely ever give out a 5-star rating unless the service is truly well above average. Because of that, I’m giving this dealership a 4.5 out of 5.0 stars overall, thanks to a standout sales team and a few hiccups in finance. Sales (5/5 Stars): Blake was great. He shielded me from the usual back-and-forth games dealerships love to play during negotiations. He answered every question without grilling me for payment information, trade-ins, or credit scores. Instead, he simply showed me the Ridgeline inventory and let me pick what worked for me. Front Office (5/5 Stars): The front office fully supported Blake and came back with a set of very good numbers on the Ridgeline the very first time. I was genuinely shocked and deeply impressed by their no-nonsense approach. Financing (2/5 Stars): This is where the experience faltered. While I understand they are obligated to offer warranties and add-ons, the finance guy kept pushing until he saw I was losing my patience. More importantly, he refused to transfer my VET tags from my old truck, insisting I had to buy new plates and reapply later. I went to the DMV myself and discovered this was incorrect—they could have easily transferred the plates for a $10 fee. I called the dealership back to get this resolved, but to date, I have not heard back. Takeaway for Vets: Know the rules and stick to your guns. Take your DD-214 and be more assertive than I was. They absolutely can transfer your plates as long as your name is on the old title.

I had an excellent experience with Flow Cadillac! - gleward

I had an excellent experience with Flow Cadillac! My wife and I were searching for a specific Cadillac, and despite living in Central Florida where local dealers couldn't quite find what we wanted, Flow Cadillac came through. They had exactly the model we were looking for, and the process was seamless. Brennen Martone, our sales associate, went above and beyond to work out all the details and ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Juan Garcia, the business manager, was efficient and professional, making the whole paperwork process quick and hassle-free. The car was delivered last night, and although I haven't had much time to explore all its features yet, it looks fantastic. The entire team did a spectacular job, and I truly appreciate their dedication and effort. Thanks to everyone at Flow Cadillac for making this a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Purchase a used 2023 Subaru Ascent with an extend - Repkojoe

Purchase a used 2023 Subaru Ascent with an extend warranty. I have called there 10 times to speak to the finance manager over the past week. As I have several questions on the extend warranty coverage. I have yet to receive a return call to my inquiry. I found their lack of a reply to be very unprofessional…. Shameful For Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte to treat a customer! Beware of this treatment!!!

In my 40+ years of buying cars for myself and my family, - kzmom

In my 40+ years of buying cars for myself and my family, this was the BEST car buying experience ever. Jordan, the sales rep, was a straight-shooter. Not only was he honest, he didn't play games, and he treated me with respect. He answered every question with a smile and took me seriously ... no matter how many times I asked or how many questions I asked. The finance guy, Eli, explained everything well and had the entire process stream-lined so it didn't take forever. Michael, the manager, came into the office, sat down and visited, and explained his philosophy of great customer service - which he lives and inspires his team to carry you. I felt seen, heard, and appreciated. Capital Nissan has a great team and great products!

Rating: 1/5 Stars Worst experience I have ever had - ShannonStewartLN

Rating: 1/5 Stars Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I purchased a used car from Land Rover Cape Fear after reviewing a Carfax report stating that the dealership had performed full vehicle checks and complete brake service. Within just 10 months and 7,000 miles, the vehicle unexpectedly required a full engine replacement and new brakes. To make matters worse, they kept my car for 3 full months to complete the repairs. Communication during this entire period was abysmal—I received virtually no updates or returned phone calls unless I repeatedly reached out and chased them down myself. To top it off, during a state inspection, they tried to claim the car needed a brake pad change and would fail inspection without it. When I declined the service, they went ahead and passed the vehicle anyway—a clear attempt to bait customers into paying for unnecessary work. Land Rover Cape Fear charges premium luxury prices but delivers completely substandard, inept service and atrocious communication. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Terrible experience with these people. - Arifrivera535

Terrible experience with these people. Greasy unprofessional sales personnel convinced us not to transfer our tag over to our purchase car we got from them. Now we're stillwithout a title and it's been since November 18th 2022. Seems fishey to me. Nothing but the run around and on hold wasting my time. SO IT IS TIME TO GET THE COURTS INVOLVED MORE MONEY TO FILE IN MAGISTRATE COURT. PLEASE DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE MISERABLE PEOPLES TO DEAL WITH . I REGRET GOING TO THEM. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. BY THE WAY A $7000 car costing US $17000. This the service we get. Pathetic Wish I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. I REPEAT DONT BUY FROM These SLEEZEBALLS./CON ARTISTS. 3 and 1/2 months still no Tag! Hope this helps you guys make the right decision NOT TO BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!Mad as xxxx we went to US Auto sales. The WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD PURCHASING A VEHICLE.

Everyone was and are always very polite and professional. - Vette lover

Everyone was and are always very polite and professional. I was offered a great trade in for my car, but I was not ready to finalize the deal that day. I am certain to visit again and one day I will purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, I missed out on a Hellcat that I would have certainly taken home that day. The car was sold and the lucky person was there to pick it up.
