Extremely lackluster performance from the staff. Made an appointment with Tina (who was very nice to speak with), then was set up with Carlos for our visit. Unsure of whether it was the day of week, time of day or maybe we just weren’t taken seriously, however Carlos was very disinterested in assisting us with our new vehicle purchase, other than offering test drives. Roughly 30 minutes into our visit, Carlos seemed to lose all care for ensuring that we made our purchase there. Fast forward to the potential purchase process and we received the lowest of lowball offers for our vehicle, citing that they effectively have no confidence in being able to retail our trade in (2019 Audi Q8). When attempting to negotiate, we were effectively told that they are unwilling to budge whatsoever. The very next day, we visited Hughes Honda in Warner Robins and purchased a 2026 Passport Trailsport. Walsh missed out on a sale due to their sales staff putting in zero effort to make a deal. I’d recommend anyone who is in the market in Central GA to visit Hughes instead, as they actually care for their customer base.

This dealership will do anything for a quick buck. Including stabbing you in the back. Found a vehicle we were extremely interested in through this dealership. I called that day three different times with different questions regarding the vehicle. I explained I would be coming from out of state (4.5hours away). I also had been connected to a sales rep who sent me an email with a video of the vehicle too. I then called and made an appointment to come see the vehicle and test drive it for the following day. The text message even mentioned how we were considered a “vip appointment” since we were coming out of town and I was told on the phone, the vehicle would be moved to the side and set on a hold to ensure it would be available for us to see since we were traveling to come see it. The next day I received three text messages and a phone call stating how the vehicles was ready for us (last text being at 3:10). We arrived (cash already withdrawn and ready for business) at 4:25 for our appointment only to find out the vehicle had been sold. The woman who was “helping” us then proceeded to try and get me to see a $40k vehicle (the one we came to see was priced at $13k…..doesn’t exactly match). I explained that was out of our price range and she then tried to push leasing it on us since “payments would make it cheap”. When I declined doing the lease option, she then turned towards my husband and asked him instead. Needless to say we left empty handed and very disappointed we had wasted our Saturday, gas, and had been away from our kids. A sorry excuse for customer service.

Was coming home last night on I75 about 20 miles from Tifton. Hit an object in the road. Pulled over to see nothing leaking BUT my engine guard was bent and twisted. I managed to get my 2025 CRV Hybrid to the Tifton exit. My wife and I got a room for the night hoping the Honda dealership in Tifton could get us back on the road to finish our 4 hour trip home. I arrived at about the time they open and spoke to the service manager. Not only was he helpful and respectful he had me in the shop and back on the road within 15 mins. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! While I do not live in the Tifton area my experience with the service manager and shop this morning I can assure you I would be buying my next Honda at Prince Honda of Tifton. THANKS GUYS from Talladega Alabama !! Raymond Miller
