I usually work with Maverick, but this day he was already - Retundra Johnson

I usually work with Maverick, but this day he was already booked with an appointment and I was a walk-in. Before his appointment, he still took the time to let me test-drive the vehicle I was interested in and made sure I was connected with someone who could answer all my questions. Thank you, Maverick, for taking time out of your busy schedule to make sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate you going above and beyond, even though you already had an appointment scheduled. Your kindness and willingness to help made a big difference in my experience.

When I began looking for a new company vehicle, Direct - Lakesha C

When I began looking for a new company vehicle, Direct Auto Exchange immediately came to mind. I previously purchased a Lexus ES 350 from them, and once again, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, direct, and honest about what they could do. I wanted an executive-style vehicle and noticed a GMC Yukon on the lot. I initially planned to stop by, take a quick look, and keep going—but Ms. Shakira Mosley met me at the vehicle before I could leave. After speaking with her, I felt comfortable moving forward with the transaction. The next day, she called and said, “Ms. Clark, what time would you like to pick up your new vehicle?” Needless to say, I purchased the GMC Yukon for Patriot Pointe Village, a tiny-home community serving veterans and seniors. The owner, Mr. Tyrone Davis, has a saying: “Drive what you want.” With both vehicles I have purchased from Direct Auto Exchange, I have done exactly that—driven what I wanted to drive! Thank you, Ms. Mosley, Mr. Davis, and the entire Direct Auto Exchange team for another great buying experience!

What a fantastic turn-around from days of old. - N.Marie

What a fantastic turn-around from days of old. Beyond the beautiful new building, it seems the crew has new life as well. Actually had the chance to speak to Cameron the Service Manager. I appreciate him being accessible to customers. Shows that he cares. Both advisors are great but my big shout-out goes to Michelle. She is so personable, explains things very well, and has the patience of a saint as I observed her talking to a few more difficult customers. She even checked on how I was doing if I needed anything. I think I saw more technicians than every before, and they weren't just standing around but actively working!! I will be back and I will bring others as well.
