My overall experience from start to finish was great! Dawn was a true professional from my very 1st contact with her and today she was amazing with helping me with my new car purchase. She was so helpful and personable and I enjoyed spending tome in her office. She made me feel like I was an old friend! My experience with Ava in the finance department was easy, and she was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable with my decision and the financing process. The service overall has been good, but a few issues have - HEESNOR

The service overall has been good, but a few issues have affected my experience. My truck is regularly returned with greasy fingerprints on the exterior after service. The dealership previously offered a complimentary wash, though I’m unsure whether that is still available. Regardless, I expect my vehicle to be returned at least as clean as it was when I dropped it off. Additionally, a warning indicating a problem with my front collision sensor was displayed on the dashboard during both of my last two visits. Neither time did anyone bring it to my attention or discuss diagnosing it, despite my having purchased an extended warranty through this dealership. I also recently discovered that my wheel lock key—the master key used to remove the locking lug nuts—is missing, apparently since I purchased four tires from the dealership last year. I had not noticed it was missing until now. I appreciate the service team’s work, but greater care with vehicle cleanliness, keeping track of vehicle accessories, and communicating about visible warning indicators would improve the customer experience.
