I have long trusted Bowser for the quality of their service. I know that everything they do is needed and will be done correctly. Following my 2024 inspection, I was advised that my Subaru Legacy would need service on the brakes in the near future. During my recent inspection I was told my brakes look fine and didn't need work. I assume that this was because I don't drive the car much and the brakes didn't wear as much as expected. I finished the inspection with only the cost of the inspection and an oil change. In addition to the quality service, I like the fact that they don't do unnecessary work.

I live in Cleveland, but when I am searching for a new car I talk to dealers from Buffalo to Chicago. I have been doing this for years and I can honestly say the dealers in smaller towns will give you the best deal, if you are willing to travel. Two weeks ago I contacted over 20 dealers and by far the best deal and the nicest people were Diehl in Massillon. Thorne Silvius was great as was Tim Smith the sales manager. No xxxxxxxx, no games. Their pricing was excellent and they were very easy to deal with. I drove down there, the car was ready, they got me through finance fast and away I went in a new Outback. I highly recommend you to them if you are thinking about leasing or buying a Subaru. Great dealer, no hassles at great prices ... cannot beat that from Buffalo to Chicago.

2 weeks ago I posted a review about Brunswick Automart Subaru. I posted that I received a flyer in the mail that when shown to the salesperson, he said it was mailed out by a third party and he didn’t know where they came up with the numbers but he couldn’t match it. I stated that this was false advertising, and I still feel that way. However, the owner replied and explained that there were many variables involved and I should call him. To coin a phrase, the owner, general sales manager and sales rep “ bent over backward” to make my situation right. They did, far exceeding my expectations. This was my 2nd Subaru from Brunswick Automart and after this experience, not my last. I also bought a RAV4 from them.

We had a great- informative yet not high pressure- experience from the start. Brendan and his manager kindly worked with us so we could purchase the awesome Autumn green metallic Outback Wilderness. We also were shown around the dealership- their service department and car wash area where we will get free car washes for the life of the car!

If I could leave no stars I would. My mom retired at the start of the year and is now on a fixed income. She bought a 2018 Subaru Forester late 11/2024. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.

When I went to do the final paper work and pick up of my new (used) car, I had an appointment but had to wait 1 hour because, I am assuming, all the walk in customers. I work retail and I understand but I had an appointment. They almost lost a sale. I hope you fix that.

Looking for a used car, I went to a lot of dealerships and dealt with a lot of salespeople. The service at Kerven Subaru really stood out against the rest. It was luck that they had the perfect car for me, but I walked away from a quite a few other cars that could have been perfect as well over service. Kerven Subaru got me the best deal and did all that they could to make the sale go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. The customer service was wonderful and i'll absolutely be sure to go back.
