I was trying to use my rewards to pay for the service. When I called GM Rewards they said you could use my GM MC with the last four digits of my credit card number. Apparently, your service department did not know how to do it this way. I was able to get the the Rewards Number for next time. It would have been nice if when I made the appointment I was told I needed the Rewards Number and I could have gotten before my appointment.

Spent THREE days going back and forth with the Jeremy at Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram about a 2025 Chevy Equinox EV. The car was not on the lot so it was difficult to get all my questions answered but I decided to go ahead and purchase anyways. Transaction was simple, very easy and straight forward. Jeremy followed up with me every step of the way and made this purchase very smooth. I highly recommend them. But you have to move fast, they have a great selection of cars at a great prices so they sell them fast and do not do holds. I have bought over a dozen cars over the internet at dealerships as far away as Idaho. And this was easily one of the easist transactions I have done. I was researching my first EV and wanted a 21-23 used model as my first one. During my research I noticed Price Pro was the only dealer within 150 miles that had a large selection and would allow me to test drive what I wanted. We wanted to test them with a booster seat so we could test my son's comfort in the back seat with it and they were very accommodating of us. We drove 100 miles to test drive these vehicles and I am very grateful that Price Pro was so great to work with. I did not end up making a purchase that day but I wold absolutely feel comfortable with buying a preowned EV from them in the future. There is no pressure to buy right away.

When we inquired about a car that was listed online, he was very helpful and answered all our questions. During our visit he put us at ease and went over every detail of the car thoroughly. When I asked probing questions, he did not shy away from answering those that he could and did more research to assuage our concerns. I never felt any pressure to close the deal quickly.
