We were contented with the sidling door repair and the rear brakes replacement along with the costs that were average with what we experience with other vendors, what was very depressing to us is that Clement doesn't accept extended warranties. We called Dodge & Chrysler & Mopar and FCA asking about our extended warranty and they all stated extended warranties are valid for acceptance.

Just bought an Equinox. I called the dealer to see if the vehicle was available and spoke with Marino. He was very helpful and we set up an appointment to see the vehicle. He asked what we would like to see the car. After setting the appointment he said he would have the car cleaned up and ready. We pulled into the dealership and there was our Equinox all bright and shiny. Marino met us, we drove the vehicle snd fell In love with it. We loved the professionalism from Marino and the finance department. They wanted to be sure we were comfortable and kept us updated every step in the process. THEY MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! We decided we'd look for another reliable vehicle and we went up 44 East. We stopped at several dealerships along the way. We hadn't searched for a vehicle in a while and, up until we stopped at Schicker's Automotive, we were shocked to see how customer service had taken a serious nosedive. Several places we stopped, either we were ignored all together, no one offered to help or they diddle-daddled around. But, Schicker's Automotive was unlike anywhere we stopped that day. From the moment we drove in their driveway, someone was right there and said, "Pull right on in!" From the get-go, I let our salesperson, Ken Briick, know our price range and even though we were looking for a used car, we were treated with the utmost of courtesy and respect. The process was easy and trading in our vehicle was easy, too. They were very organized and every single person there was polite, charasmatic and friendly. Ken even took our picture standing in front of our vehicle before we left. He also put gas in before we left! The whole experience was phenomenal. I would definitely go back. I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call expecting the same story about how great the car is and I better hurry. However, when I called I spoke with Tom Gillum and was amazed at the low sales pressure and his straight forward honesty. I drove over two hours to this dealership and found the car just as he described. All the personnel working there were very friendly and honest and NO GAMES with the general manager. I was so impressed that I wanted to get the word out that there are honest dealers still out there. You can take them for their word on the phone or in person. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are great to deal with. Never thought I would give a car dealer a good review, but I was impressed!
