I can not tell you enough how great of experiences I have had with this dealership. My wife and I both lease our trucks and jeeps from glendale. We have used the same salesman over and over. Steve Hemenway has made every purchase very easy and enjoyable. If you go online and do a loan application first, he will get you in and out. We were literally in the finance office for 10 minutes, because Steve made sure everything was done. We had a friend who also purchased a new vehicle the same night, unfortunately from another dealer, ave they told us they were at that dealership for over four hours, haggling back and forth and finally making it into the finance office. Thank you Steve for making the entire process so easy. I also would like to say that the service department is top tier as well. My truck had a computer issue with only 4800 miles. Service brought a loaner vehicle out to me and picked up my truck since I was unable to leave job at that time. I could not believe they were willing to do that for me. We decided we'd look for another reliable vehicle and we went up 44 East. We stopped at several dealerships along the way. We hadn't searched for a vehicle in a while and, up until we stopped at Schicker's Automotive, we were shocked to see how customer service had taken a serious nosedive. Several places we stopped, either we were ignored all together, no one offered to help or they diddle-daddled around. But, Schicker's Automotive was unlike anywhere we stopped that day. From the moment we drove in their driveway, someone was right there and said, "Pull right on in!" From the get-go, I let our salesperson, Ken Briick, know our price range and even though we were looking for a used car, we were treated with the utmost of courtesy and respect. The process was easy and trading in our vehicle was easy, too. They were very organized and every single person there was polite, charasmatic and friendly. Ken even took our picture standing in front of our vehicle before we left. He also put gas in before we left! The whole experience was phenomenal. I would definitely go back. I am pretty much devasted and disgusted by my car buying experience at Kunes (Monmouth). It was the first car I ever bought on my own. I didnt have a lot of money for down-payment. I don't understand how they can sell a car that is unsafe and unreliable, and is falling apart in the parking lot. I wish I never would have walked in there. My trade in was in much better condition than the car they sold me. I think they should cancel my contract and give the bank their money back. I have only driven that car 1 time. It's a piece of junk. I think they look for poor, women, who don't know much about cars, to take advantage of. I will never walk in there again. I also will tell everyone I know about their shifty business practices.

I have stopped at Auffenberg motors for years. I have never purchased anything from the dealership because of the sorry approach and gloomy attitude I received when I did stop. But now is different. There has been a complete change of attitude and atmosphere in the dealership. I met the new GM that actually lived in Alaska for some time. Great stories and great attitude. Very refreshing from the previous managers that were there. The good ole boy club gets old after a while. Stop by and see Ryan and his new crew. New Service manager, New Parts Manager, New office manager and last but assuredly not least a New Business manager and his name is ACTUALLY Ricky Bobby!! Great new team----- Get some advertising out there Ryan!!! People need to know you are there!!
