Duron was patient and kind and helped figure out financial package that we didn't understand. Jordan set up our cell phones in the vehicle. We realize we have to use the technology to really understand it but I am very intimidated by it all and alarmed that so much learning is done on the screen. Both Duron and Jordon were very friendly and receptive to letting us call with questions. My husband and I both realize we should probably have had one of our children help us make such a big purchase.

I really enjoyed the fact that I could work with a salesperson with whom I went to school with, grew up with, and, ultimately, trust to provide me the information I needed. Josie was both professional and personal in her conversations with me, as I would expect. We talked "shop" and also reminisced about the 'good old days' while waiting on paperwork to be completed. Josie answered all my questions, helped me understand the "new tech" in the vehicle. She also cared that I was happy with the choice, even having other options available similar to my first choice truck. She provided her cell # for any questions that may come up after the sale. Further, she helped me set up my GMC app on my phone, something with which I certainly needed assistance. I really can't say enough great things about Josie and her sales approach from initial email inquiry to final "selfie" together with the final sale. She's great, and I hope she sticks around; she knows the town, the people, and she's trustworthy - and that means A LOT.

Well I don't know about anybody else's luck with these guys but I will say they have a salesman that goes by the name of Clint Bonar that was very professional and worked as hard as he could to get me the best deal possible. They've won my respect and my business. If I buy another vehicle in the future I will start out with these guys first

Took a pickup in for a recall repair on June 28th. Asked service people to look into a performance issue and give me a quote for repairs. Heard back pretty quickly with diagnosis and quote. I told them to proceed and asked them how long they would need vehicle. Service attendant said part a available and would have next work day and would get repair completed. Vehicle wasn't need immediately so left it there longer than what they indicated. After four days they said it wasn't ready, to give them a couple more days. After a couple more day I contacted them and vehicle was still not done. When I asked what the hold up was service personal said parts never got ordered, and it would take a couple more days before part would arrive. On July 5 I sent someone to go and asked if vehicle was ready for me to pick up. They replied NO, that part was in but not put on vehicle. There was only one vehicle in shop and no activity on or near it. I waited until Wed the 10 and called and asked if vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. Once again they replied NO, need a couple more days. Monday morning July 15 drove to dealership to inquire about vehicle. They told me that technician was on vacation for two weeks and i would have to wait until they returned. I demanded that they find a technician to complete the repairs on my vehicle and have it ready to pick up by wed the 17th or provide me the parts and i would complete it myself

I was shocked to see this place still in Silex. I paid for a car there 10 years ago. So fraudulent.. They ran my card when I was in the bathroom without my consent (I read what I sign first Or purchase.) My card was on top of my wallet on my side by me, I come out of the bathroom to find not only did they run my card but the guy who recommended them. He went with me in the event I bought a car there. They ran my card and then put the car IN HIS NAME, refused to refund my money or put the paperwork in my name. So. I paid 4,500 for the guy who was supposed to drive my other car home to have a vehicle paid for by me. Never use these people. It took them 3-4 months to get a title, I called the BBB about them. It took them about 4 hours to print up a bill because they said the printer kept running out of ink, or what do you know, it ate the paper work. They ran this stunt 9 times because they said there were problems. Ya, they needed to be looked into because they appeared to be selling more then one. I told them all the crooked things they did. I hope they lost their ability to own a car lot. Bunch of crooks
