They both went out of their way to work with us and show us the best vehicle for our needs. No high pressure or sales gimmick here! Just straight forward communication on price and options. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business.
