We had tried in 2022 with a local GA dealership but with no luck. However in about 3 months, we were finally able to get custom van built. After the ad for the car (that I purchased) was posted and before pictures were available, Cody Ledbetter, the sale rep, provided detailed pics of the parts of the car I was interested in seeing and provided his assessment of its condition. When I later made the 90 minute drive to look at the car, it was as Cody had described or better. After a short negotiation, management and I agreed on a very fair, no-nonsense bottom line cost and the paperwork was quickly compeleted. I was never pressured or Cody or the F&I representative to buy or accept anything. Overall, it was a quick, pressure-free buying experience.

AutoNation examine, does a detailed maintainance inspection service, and a quality wash and cleaning service before any auto is offered for purchase. Comparing my sales agent with others i have experienced over 60 years, he rates at the top. He even mentioned that there was popcorn available, free of charge. Not just any popcorn, but healthy kernels, popped in a kettle popper, and needing no added seasoning. I filled one bag and hid another because it felt like I was stealing. I left the dealership in my sparkling vehicle, two bags of popcorn, and a feel-good disposition on my 145 mile drive to my sparkling autos new home garage. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. I arrived and he jumped up and took care of me. I have now gotten home and am seeing oil on my garage floor. Monitoring that to see if there is an issue as I have never had this before.
