DriveTime was awesome from start to finish! The staff was super friendly and didn’t pressure me at all, which made the whole car-buying experience way less stressful than I expected. They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a great car that fit my budget. The financing part was easy too even with not so great credit, they made it work. Overall, it felt like they actually cared and wanted to help, which you don’t always get at dealerships. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

This service the part is the worst you'll ever see! They had my vehicle 2 months, no communication from the service advisor unless I called. I was being told that there was a delay on parts (lie), then the mechanic was working on another vehicle..... I was able to drive my vehicle in, had zero issues with the transmission, but was told it needed to be replaced and was quoted 13k for that service along with the initial issue, so I refused service because I didn't feel comfortable- no I didn't trust them at this point so I had them put it back together. I drove it there without issue, so I expected to drive it to another shop with no issue- WRONG. They put it back together and told me it was READY for pickup so I came in to get it. The vehicle was didn't make it 20 miles, I had to tow it to Austin ($832). Texted the same service advisor and asked what in the world did they do to my vehicle - NO RESPONSE! I don't normally do reviews, but the public needs to be aware that these guys aren't about taking care of their customers. If you work hard for your money please don't take it to them. Find another shop that will do you right! You've been warned. Also look at some of the other reviews, there is a pattern of not giving a bleep about the customer!
