I came in here with literally no hope ! I previously had been working with autonation ford further down on SPID and the first guy want helpful at all he didn’t even let me know how much my trade in value was on my vehicle the second time there was so much confusion I left there with no clarity and even more confused than I was the first time. I saw there was an autonation literally down the street from my house so I went in I’ve worked with autonation USA before in spring tx when I lived in Houston so I was praying for another miracle I walked in the two people in front greeted me asked what they can help me with I told them everything wrong with my current vehicle what I’m looking for and all that Roberto was the guy to help me out he showed me some vehicles we chose top two to test drive them he was very relatable and very easy to talk to after the test drive he gathered mine and my husband information processed our application and literally within the next couple hours I got approved for the vehicle I was really wanting out of the two and I literally left here with a working vehicle to get my kids to school myself to school and be able to travel to Houston back and forth than you so much ROBERTO !!!

BUYER BEWARE - Fraudulent Misrepresentation of Vehicle Condition** I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla on June 12, 2025, from Mike Shaw Toyota for $10,500 after their salesperson texted me that the vehicle was in "mint condition." Since I live 3.5 hours away, I had to rely completely on their word and the photos they sent me. **What They Promised:** - Texted "mint condition" - Sent selective photos hiding damage - Assured me there were no issues when I specifically asked **What I Actually Received:** - Extensive paint deterioration and rust formation across THE ENTIRE roof, hood, and trunk - One bad tire (told all tires were "good condition") - Non-working tire pressure monitoring system - Suspension needing replacement within a year **The paint damage is so severe that bare metal is showing and rust is forming. This is NOT normal wear - this is obvious damage that existed when they sold it to me.** **Deceptive Sales Practices:** - Made me pay the full $10,500 BEFORE allowing me to sign the contract - Deliberately took photos that hid the extensive roof/hood/trunk damage - Claimed "mint condition" while knowing about obvious paint failure - Discovered all issues within 24 hours of delivery **Financial Impact:** Professional estimates show $3,000-$5,000 needed to repair the paint damage they concealed. I specifically bought this car because I needed something reliable that wouldn't need immediate repairs. **This wasn't just poor disclosure - this was deliberate fraud.** The paint deterioration covers 50%+ of the vehicle's visible surfaces. Any honest inspection would have revealed this damage immediately. **I am currently pursuing resolution through legal channels and regulatory complaints.** **AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.** Their "mint condition" promise was worthless, and they use high-pressure tactics like demanding full payment before contract signing. On FEB. 7th 2025 I was traveling from Cotullia TX to Sweeney TX . My 2020 Chevy engine had fail. I made to the Chevy dealer. When i arrived to the dealer they tested my truck with the computer. It had 47 codes. They determined that the moter had failed. I call the company that had my Warranty on the truck. They ask for 4 videos and Vetrans chey sent it to them. The company did nothing to resolve the issue or pay for a new motor. I had to purchase a new truck . The guys in the service was very helpful and worked had to resolve the problem. I had to purchase a new Truck so i could go home. I would like to say thank you to all the employees that helped me get back on the road. I know this is where God sent me.
