Me and my wife had been looking for a car locally (Bend,OR) for a few weeks at this point and we were getting tired of the sketchy sales talk and back and forth with the local dealers. I came across an ad online for the exact vehicle we were looking for but it was 3 hours away (6 hours round trip 😩) when I called Wilsonville Toyota they gave me all information I was looking for and then some. We decided to take the leap of faith and drive the 3 hours to go and look at the vehicle. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and had the pleasure of working with Jesse Mueller, Jesse was an absolute professional the entire time, and made the process so smooth. He helped get our kiddos situated in their lounge and made us feel right at home! Jesse went the extra mile the entire time! He answered all of our questions and even went out of his way to get some extra info from the service department. The Wilsonville Toyota business model is NO BULL; and that’s exactly what we got! We knew the price up front and there were no “hidden” fees at all! We didn’t have to do the whole back and forth and Jesse got us a great deal on our trade in. The experience with Jesse and Wilsonville Toyota is what everyone would wish for when buying a new car. Once everything was done Jesse let us know our new vehicle was ready and while we were waiting on paperwork he had them wash, detail and fuel the vehicle which was an extra surprise! I legitimately don’t think anyone will ever beat this experience! If you’re looking for a new car I promise it’s worth the drive to Wilsonville Toyota & ask for Jesse!

Very helpful salesman. Not pressuring, informative and searched out info when he didn't know it. Helped negotiate a trade in on a new Rav 4 Hybrid. The finance person, however, was insensitive to my time-frame late in the day and tried to "wear me down" to accept extra warranties with inadequate l o n g explanations, despite knowing I/we had a long way to drive home in sketchy rainy condititions. Took at least an hour and a half longer than it should have to get things finalized. Nearly walked out without signing the agreement. It also seemed the dealership wasn't always up to snuff with what was going on in other departments - such as a full tank of gas when I drove off in the new vehicle, but the salesman has tried to make things right.

Great people to work with. No non sense easy. Becky was great to deal with over text and personally handed us off to Miguel. Very pleasant both of them. Both knew their product well. Brian the sales manager came out and said hi very pleasant as well. Paperwork was backed up a little. Was 3 hours from our arrival to leaving. Not bad at all for as busy as they were. Will definitely recommend them and will give them a shot when we are ready for the next one in the future. No games, no xx just decided on a number that worked for both of us and deal was made. Very simple.

I had a very positive experience with Toyota of Portland on Broadway. I purchased a 2026 Toyota Prius plug-in hybrid XSE, mainly working with Leon Weingrod, who was friendly, professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and helpful. What I liked best was that I was able to work with Leon mainly via text. I shared info about the model and features I wanted and Leon searched for the car. He answered my questions, provided information, including pictures and specs, made offers and responded to counter offers, all quickly and via text. As a result, I saved a lot of time. When I went to pick up the car, the process went very quickly. I signed the required papers, received a request tutorial from Leon and left the dealership a happy and satisfied customer. I have purchased three cars over several years from Broadway of Toyota. I also use their service department and I highly recommend both the sales staff and the service department.

He was helpful with finances due to we were working with insurance company. Never felt pressured through the buying process.

Was told by service writer that they would video record the oil change. Video was performed but it did not upload to server. The oil was same color prior to and post oil change. I expressed concern that oil may not have been changed. I was offered to have the oil to be changed from a location that I could watch the service being performed. I accepted their offer. The oil was changed (and filter). This dealership did what they could to make it right and want to honor them with 5 stars! The 20K service was performed quickly as they were running behind due to staff not reporting (called out) in.

I'm disappointed that I must write this review after having an enjoyable purchase process. In fact, my family would likely have purchased a new vehicle here within 2-3 years. Unfortunately, we have been shafted by the customer satisfaction department. Picture this... We purchased a GOLD CERTIFIED 4Runner 8 months ago. 17k miles on it. We were upsold due to "upgrades" that were included with one of the used vehicles. We stretched our budget and spent 51k total. Then... A/C fails 8 months after purchase in the dead of summer. Another Toyota dealership's service department informed us that the aftermarket front winch had rubbed against the A/C line, causing a leak. We approved those repairs at a total cost of $1,200. Why am I leaving a one-star review??? Well, we received no previous disclosure that the winch was aftermarket and a possible liability. We purchased a "GOLD CERTIFIED" vehicle with 17k miles on it, obviously not expecting to have a $1,000 repair bill 8 months after purchase! Toyota's corporate offices provided an indication and some reassurance that Capitol Toyota would make this situation good. Remember... "gold... certified" used vehicle. Unfortunately, Kyle Read has communicated to us that Capitol Toyota would rather keep their fists clenched on that $1,000 pocket change than foster customer loyalty. Pretty silly!

When the battery failed in my Sienna I went to J & P's for a replacment. Not only did I get charged full price(expected) but I was charged $20 for installation. They did get my $20, but they will now never get any more of my business.
