I have bought one car from them over the years. Another Dutchess County dealer that is overpriced and just better to avoid. I’m not sure why Dutchess county dealers in general seem to be below aver Another Dutchess County dealer that is overpriced and just better to avoid. I’m not sure why Dutchess county dealers in general seem to be below average. This was my first visit since covid. I knew they were marking up their new cars insanely high, but some of their used cars seemed ok. I find one like and they gave me the numbers and I was like xxx this doesn’t add up. SURPRISE THEY ARE ADDING A 1400$ “protection” package to all used cars! And they won’t remove it! The best I could do was get it down to 900$ so now that makes my trade worth 900$ less in reality. So when factoring that in they were offering me about 2000$ less for my car than most dealers. They would not budge and this lost them the sale. Not as bad as some dealers around here. But their prices are def horrible. More

Beware! Beware! Crooks! They will add on stuff that you did not ask for. Told we were given a bumper to bumper warranty for free, due to financing agency Beware! Crooks! They will add on stuff that you did not ask for. Told we were given a bumper to bumper warranty for free, due to financing agency requesting one. Then added warranty to our car loan for $3800 dollars !!! A warranty we never asked for! You don't get signed documents, yet a thumb drive! Very very crooked dealership. Told by Darryl the warranty would be removed and deducted from the loan! 4-6 weeks later Darryl refuses to answer emails and the warranty still has not been removed from our loan. Service center is ridiculous! Been there 3 times, for locks to be replaced, and a extra key made. Still after 3 attempts, locks do not work, and the key doesn't work. Complete joke! More
