Long time Klaben customer. We have purchased many vehicles from Klaben Ford. Consistent quality service and customer care for both sales and service. We recently had to lease a new EcoSport to replace one involved in a nasty accident. The old EcoSport protected us well. Vehicle was totaled with only very minor injuries. The sales team worked with us to acquire a new vehicle. The service department has worked with us on a recurring issue with my Fiesta ST. All fixed! We have nthing but great praise for the team at Klaben Ford. More

He was well prepared before my appointment time and explained everything thoroughly. I got a very nice used car with low miles. Very happy! After Dave, I went to finance and saw Jennifer. It was my first time meeting her, but after a few minutes it felt like I had known her for years. She was awesome too, and knows her job well. Thank you to all the people in service who did such a great job prepping my car. I have been recommending Klaben for years, and will continue to do so. Great job everyone! More
