I went to the dealership in April and purchased the new 2016 X1. Andrew Welch was really helpful in coming up with the price I can afford. They gave me options to make it easier for us. The facility was huge and there are plenty of choices. Buying process was a breeze and signing of the paper works was really fast. Andrew always make sure to follow up with you to see if everything is okay with the car. He always offer his help if there's anything. I would definitely go back to this dealership and recommend it to my friends and family.

The employees are excellent ! Great customer service. I came to return my leased X1. The employee that's supposed to take care of the end of lease is not there , it's Sunday afternoon. Tyler came to help us out. He ask if I would consider leasing another one and my husband initially said NO. He did not ask why, just went to inspect our car and nicely answered all our questions. I saw a good lease deal posted on the X1 in the showroom and ask about it and he lead us to Boris. After a few minutes we are test driving a new X1. Boris is very friendly, answered all our questions , gave us a good deal !! Thank you!

We recently leased our second BMW from Diamond Yeung at Crevier in Santa Ana and highly recommend him as a sales adviser. When the lease from our previous BMW was due, I wasn't sure which model BMW would best suit my needs. Diamond was very patient, and educated me about the different features in each of the vehicles we test drove. He worked with us to get the deal that we wanted, and we took the car home that day! Looking to upgrade my existing BMW - Big Boss Daddy
I found a car on line that interested me. When I went to the dealership, everyone was polite and friendly. The staff was very focused on customer service and mankind sure I was comfortable. We were able to come to an agreement fairly quickly and pain free. In the days following my purchase, I was contacted to make sure everything was ok and that I was happy with the car. There was also a couple of follow up items to take care of and they were very much on top of things and accommodating with my schedule. I really appreciate the quality of service and was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

I wanted to share great experience I had today with my car. I spoke with the representative name Ezequiel Henriquez over the phone few days ago. I told him about suspicious red light coming up when I started the engine. He advised me to bring the car in to pin point the problem. He said he would set up a rental car aside for me. This morning everything was ready to go and he was very helpful! He discovered another potential problem that I noticed too. He seemed very knowledgeable and he made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him as your service advisor. I just love this place! Best coffee in town!!!!??????

Substantiate claim against Century West BMW for poor repairs - M3Coupe08
Went to dealer for letter substantiating claim against Century West, BMW of damage during battery change six weeks earlier, result, flooded battery compartment, shorted electronics. $5,000.00 bill.
Terri Wallace and Shop Foreman, Mike. Terri said she had never heard of BMW, USA ever asking for a
letter from another dealer on a charge back claim. She asked Mike to look at my car. He was very thorough in his inspection, noting that all welds, body panel seals were "factory work," never been
damaged or repaired. Mike said that my complaint was accurate and the flooded battery compartment
was the result of damage caused when Century West changed the battery on November thirtieth, 2015.
He told me he was busy but that he would write the letter requested by BMW, USA and call me when it was ready. I called Terri and Mike several times over nine business days, leaving a message and phone number. None of my calls have been returned, each one went to voice mail, and I have
given up hope that they will ever respond. I also contacted four independent BMW repair shops
and one of them told me that if they wrote a letter criticizing a Dealership, he feared that his parts
supply might be interrupted by BMW, and he refused my request. The other three shops said basically the same thing and all three denied my request for a letter on their letterhead.
When a BMW Dealership won't criticize another BMW Dealership and four independent BMW shops fear retaliation from the Manufacturer would hurt their businesses, I see a problem.
If anyone out there has experienced similar stonewalling, write a review and talk to an attorney!

I have owned many BMW's in my life. I finally reached a point in my life where I could justify the purchase of my dream car. The F10 M5 was the car I wanted. It was perfect for me and my family in my opinion. The recent turn of events that unfolded I would have never expected to happen. I located the car I wanted. A 2013 M5 with a manual transmission listed for sale by Steve Thomas BMW of Camarillo, CA. I spoke with the internet sales manager and told him that I was very picky and was ONLY looking for a car without ANY paint work or accidents. He assured me the M5 I was interested in was clean. He said it was accident free and had no aftermarket paint work. So I drove 450 miles in my mint condition 2012 BMW 550i that I was trading in to buy the M5. The purchase was quick. It was dark when I arrived and I asked repeatedly, you are sure there is no paint work or accidents as I could not see the car in the sun light. Once again, the sales manager said the car was from a very good routine client who traded it in from a lease return and was not painted or involved in any accidents. Once I was able to truly see the car in the light at home I started noticing weird imperfections in the front bumper, rear bumper, and mirrors. I was getting more and more upset. I took the car to 3 different body shops to have the car looked at. They all confirmed my worst suspicions. I called the dealer to have them ask the previous owner if he painted the bumpers etc. Low and behold – I was right!!!!!. The car was in a “minor rear accident” per the previous owner and a body shop and had been painted. Doesn’t even explain why the mirrors or front bumper were repainted.Now I have exactly what I did not want. The dealer broke the news to me over the phone. I was and am still in shock…I was, and am still heartbroken. I was lied to. Worst of all, Steve Thomas BMW is not paying to repaint the bumpers and mirrors which have horrible paint on them. So now after a $60,000 purchase I have to pay for their lies?? Their response was offering me a $500 credit towards the parts department for accessories. xxx! Now, after being LIED too they do not want to fix the issue. I called BMW of North America and filed a formal complaint and am now forced to have my attorney take this down the road. I tried to give them the opportunity to fix there wrongs and move on but they are simply trying to Ignore me....

I just got my second new BMW in 6 months from them. Dolan Hossain and Makayla Mier took great care of me both times!! In November, I replaced my 7 series. They helped me get out of my old one 2 months early and they got me an amazing deal on my new one. There was no bitter haggling. Just a few pleasant phone calls and text messages. I drove up the next day and dropped off the old one and picked up the new one. I had a very nice dinner in Santa Barbara on the way home. I just made a deal with them for a new X5. Dolan and Makayla found me just the car that I wanted from their network and got me out of my old one 5 months early. Again, no unpleasant haggling. Just two phone calls, a few texts, and voila, a great deal on exactly the car that I wanted. This time, they're trucking the new X5 down to me and picking up the old one. I never had to leave my house. I'm a BMW guy and I've had a lot of I've aggressively shopped dealers in the LA area in the past. I've gotten BMWs from dealers all over Southern California. It has been a lot more hassle for inferior results. WOW!! I WOULD GIVE Dolan, Makayla, and Coast BMW 6 STARS IF I COULD!!

Throughout he was courteous and informative and there was no hard sell, just quiet, confident responses to questions about the car and BMW product in general. When I took possession of the car, Brandon was there to help the orientation, which is not an easy thing to do. Don't get caught up with these people!!! The cars are gorgeous but if anything goes wrong you will pay outrageous prices!! They will quote you one fee but you will be bailing your car out to get it back---with added costs you were not expecting!!
It's obvious the owner of the business is only interested in your money---and golfing!! The waiting area was filled with ONLY golf and wine magazines---and the TV did not work. The other area of the office is filled with golf shirts---how tacky!!
Unhelpful Staff - Elisabeth
If there is an issue with your BMW, make the drive to Escondido. This center is a collective team of unhelpful personal. I tried to make a service appointment on 3 separate days over a span of 5 days and was given the run around and never had my emails or phone calls returned.
When I attempted to complain, I was killed with kindness and ignorance and made to feel unimportant.
I cannot stress how terrible this staff is, and how going to any other dealership is a much easier and pleasant experience.
