I have been using my local mechanic for years outside Bmw. However after my last visit and having my car for 2 weeks he was unable to fix my car. So I brought it to Rusnak and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and shortly after met my service rep Art Simcox He was very helpful waking me through the process and giving me updates along the way . He made the whole experience very positive for me that I will only go back to Rusnak for service. Even though I am moving to Carmel at the end of the month I will continue to use your location and team for service.

After searching for two days, test driving the BMW i3 (pure electric) and i3 Rex (81 miles electric is used 1st, then 1.9 gallons of gas for another 70 miles, if needed) I made the decision to go with the Rex. I visited with several BMW dealerships, test drove the car, and tried to deal on the phone; all wanted $4100 down, and at least $275/mth. and up to $340/mth. due to the additional options the cars had. One June 30th, I had all but given up on finding a black 2016 i3 Rex, and was tired of talking on the phone. On a last ditch effort, I texted Haoie Luc Internet Manager at Riverside BMW. He understood my desire to just write up the deal and responded accordingly. He did ask if I wanted to come in and test drive the car, which I declined since I already had. Most importantly, Haoie listened when I said "No, I am just ready to lease the i3, just need to find the right deal, car, and person to do the paperwork."
Haoie responded to my text at 1:57 pm, had my financing pre-approved by 3:27 pm, and found me the exact car I wanted in black by 4:03 pm. I was happy to be in an Uber ride to pick up my vehicle by 4:30 pm. I hardly could believe I found someone to make the deal entirely via text, and am so happy Haoie grasped the concept and followed up accordingly. Deyse met me upon arriving and she was a pleasure to work with as well. She delivered my car after a very short visit with the lease finance manager. Best part? No surprise! $325/mth. for 30 mths., and only $741 out of pocket for registraton, etc.

When the lease from our previous BMW was due, I wasn't sure which model BMW would best suit my needs. Diamond was very patient, and educated me about the different features in each of the vehicles we test drove. He worked with us to get the deal that we wanted, and we took the car home that day! I ordered my X 1 direct from the factory in Liepzig, Germany. It was great to follow the actual ship that my car was on. and, the car arrived sooner than expected. Kendall Brocco was knowledgeable and helpful. Gary and Martin in finance were super and Kai, the service "genius" really knows his BMW! He spent a good hour with me to insure that I completely understood the technology on the car.
Hope I never need service ( joking ), but if I do and they are anything like everyone else at Hansel BMW, all will be FINE.

This is a very difficult review to post; I am a 4-time BMW customer. My biggest complaint here is that I have been explicitly lied to by Jarod in the finance team, misled and pressured into purchasing the lease end protection product. Century West BMW brands this as a genuine product that's supposedly exclusive to BMW. However, this is actually a third-party product after all. Aside from being pressured into an up-sell here, it took me over a month and countless phone calls and emails before my lease end and new lease were finally completed correctly, with many avoidable errors on behalf of the dealership along the way. These ruthless finance and sales employees seem desperate to make a quick buck instead of winning customer trust and loyalty. If they can be so shamefully immoral as to take advantage of a pregnant woman 6-months into her pregnancy, then they will just as easily manipulate you at this crooked dealership. Stay away from these liars! No excuses, just cons...

Buying a high end vehicle is usually a pleasant experience, but once you own the car you begin to realize that customer service after the sale is arguably more important. So this weekend I visited BMW of Bakersfield and met the most incredible young woman, Carolyn Cariaga, the Service Representative. It was to take care of a simple problem, but Carolyn went beyond that and made certain that I left with a memory that exceeded the little problem that I had. From the moment I pulled into the service bay I felt like I had met a friend who was willing to explain some things about our new BMW; probably information I should have read, but Carolyn patiently explained anyway. She never lost her smile, and within a few minutes my minor issue was taken care of, much better than I had expected, the vehicle had been washed so well it sparkled and my thoughts about customer service were forever altered. This is service that most dealerships promise, few deliver and BWM of Bakersfield, delivers. I was so touched by the experience that I sought out the General Manager (yes he was working on Saturday too) Alex Karegaran to share with him my experience. He is a gracious man who really cares about his customers, and is proud of those who work for him. If you are considering a luxury car, step up to BMW and buy it at BMW of Bakersfield; guarantee no regrets and many smiles.

I wanted to share great experience I had today with my car. I spoke with the representative name Ezequiel Henriquez over the phone few days ago. I told him about suspicious red light coming up when I started the engine. He advised me to bring the car in to pin point the problem. He said he would set up a rental car aside for me. This morning everything was ready to go and he was very helpful! He discovered another potential problem that I noticed too. He seemed very knowledgeable and he made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him as your service advisor. I just love this place! Best coffee in town!!!!??????

The service is great and everyone has been friendly. The only thing I am upset about is that I drive all the way there only to be told that they no longer do the free car washes. The Mazda dealership gives free car washes! BMW should step it up. That is why I gave it an average review. For what we all spend on our cars, the free car washes should still be offered.

Car accident 4 days before moving out of state. Demanded that car be brought to Pacific BMW for correct repairs. Now 7 weeks later the car is on a truck headed to my new home in Wisconsin. Repairs did not take 5 months as another i3 driver experienced with another dealership. When you want the initial sale to be painless and expedient, when you want that sudden emergency repair to be handled with precision you will call Pacific BMW.

I have owned many BMW's in my life. I finally reached a point in my life where I could justify the purchase of my dream car. The F10 M5 was the car I wanted. It was perfect for me and my family in my opinion. The recent turn of events that unfolded I would have never expected to happen. I located the car I wanted. A 2013 M5 with a manual transmission listed for sale by Steve Thomas BMW of Camarillo, CA. I spoke with the internet sales manager and told him that I was very picky and was ONLY looking for a car without ANY paint work or accidents. He assured me the M5 I was interested in was clean. He said it was accident free and had no aftermarket paint work. So I drove 450 miles in my mint condition 2012 BMW 550i that I was trading in to buy the M5. The purchase was quick. It was dark when I arrived and I asked repeatedly, you are sure there is no paint work or accidents as I could not see the car in the sun light. Once again, the sales manager said the car was from a very good routine client who traded it in from a lease return and was not painted or involved in any accidents. Once I was able to truly see the car in the light at home I started noticing weird imperfections in the front bumper, rear bumper, and mirrors. I was getting more and more upset. I took the car to 3 different body shops to have the car looked at. They all confirmed my worst suspicions. I called the dealer to have them ask the previous owner if he painted the bumpers etc. Low and behold – I was right!!!!!. The car was in a “minor rear accident” per the previous owner and a body shop and had been painted. Doesn’t even explain why the mirrors or front bumper were repainted.Now I have exactly what I did not want. The dealer broke the news to me over the phone. I was and am still in shock…I was, and am still heartbroken. I was lied to. Worst of all, Steve Thomas BMW is not paying to repaint the bumpers and mirrors which have horrible paint on them. So now after a $60,000 purchase I have to pay for their lies?? Their response was offering me a $500 credit towards the parts department for accessories. xxx! Now, after being LIED too they do not want to fix the issue. I called BMW of North America and filed a formal complaint and am now forced to have my attorney take this down the road. I tried to give them the opportunity to fix there wrongs and move on but they are simply trying to Ignore me....

By far the best experience ever purchasing a vehicle! This was my first time purchasing a BMW and was not sure where to start with the buying process but Corry Polk walked me through it all, made it super simply for me to understand the ins and outs of the purchase. Never once did he push me to purchase something I wasn't comfortable with. Instead he gave me options and allowed me to choose. If I was able to give them a higher rating, I would! Best advice I can give which helped me a lot with time, do the application online and get in contact with the sales agent(in my opinion Corry Polk hands down) and they can have everything ready by the time you walk in.
Substantiate claim against Century West BMW for poor repairs - M3Coupe08
Went to dealer for letter substantiating claim against Century West, BMW of damage during battery change six weeks earlier, result, flooded battery compartment, shorted electronics. $5,000.00 bill.
Terri Wallace and Shop Foreman, Mike. Terri said she had never heard of BMW, USA ever asking for a
letter from another dealer on a charge back claim. She asked Mike to look at my car. He was very thorough in his inspection, noting that all welds, body panel seals were "factory work," never been
damaged or repaired. Mike said that my complaint was accurate and the flooded battery compartment
was the result of damage caused when Century West changed the battery on November thirtieth, 2015.
He told me he was busy but that he would write the letter requested by BMW, USA and call me when it was ready. I called Terri and Mike several times over nine business days, leaving a message and phone number. None of my calls have been returned, each one went to voice mail, and I have
given up hope that they will ever respond. I also contacted four independent BMW repair shops
and one of them told me that if they wrote a letter criticizing a Dealership, he feared that his parts
supply might be interrupted by BMW, and he refused my request. The other three shops said basically the same thing and all three denied my request for a letter on their letterhead.
When a BMW Dealership won't criticize another BMW Dealership and four independent BMW shops fear retaliation from the Manufacturer would hurt their businesses, I see a problem.
If anyone out there has experienced similar stonewalling, write a review and talk to an attorney!

I just got my second new BMW in 6 months from them. Dolan Hossain and Makayla Mier took great care of me both times!! In November, I replaced my 7 series. They helped me get out of my old one 2 months early and they got me an amazing deal on my new one. There was no bitter haggling. Just a few pleasant phone calls and text messages. I drove up the next day and dropped off the old one and picked up the new one. I had a very nice dinner in Santa Barbara on the way home. I just made a deal with them for a new X5. Dolan and Makayla found me just the car that I wanted from their network and got me out of my old one 5 months early. Again, no unpleasant haggling. Just two phone calls, a few texts, and voila, a great deal on exactly the car that I wanted. This time, they're trucking the new X5 down to me and picking up the old one. I never had to leave my house. I'm a BMW guy and I've had a lot of I've aggressively shopped dealers in the LA area in the past. I've gotten BMWs from dealers all over Southern California. It has been a lot more hassle for inferior results. WOW!! I WOULD GIVE Dolan, Makayla, and Coast BMW 6 STARS IF I COULD!!
Bad service experience - Harlan
They are way overbooked and each time I drop my car off it takes multiple days to return the car. They never call with updates. During my most recent visit, they had my car for three days and only replaced my run flat tire for $400! They didn't fix my brown trunk and told me that I needed to buy a "BMW" UBS cord for $100 even though my Apple cord worked when I got the car in 2015. It's enough to make me look for a different car.

The APR rate of a CPO 2013 750LI is 1.99% for 60 months, and that'w what I was told before I submitted my application. My credit is tier 1 credit and I meet all the requirement. After running the credit, Derek from the internet sales informed me that the APR is 2.99% for 60 months and not what they initially told me 1.99%, even thought my credit is a tier 1. I called 2 other dealers and BMW as well and confirmed that the rate in 1.9% for 60 months on tier 1 credit. I was told since they give me a "good deal" on the car, they needed to raise the APR. It's a joke!!!! I tried to contact the GM or the manager in charge and I got no answer back! I wouldn't recommend this dealer as they play games!

Terrible experience and dishonest dealer - Beware - Not happy
I leased a BMW a couple of weeks ago. The process was very lengthy and took 4 hours to compete the paperwork. I took ownership of the car at night which was a big mistake and wouldn't be a problem if the dealership was honest and truthful. The car had water spots etched on it and I was assured that the car had been polished and all the water spots were taken out in the car. It was hard to see since it was so dark but I was told trust me the detailing department got them all out.
After washing the car you can still see water spots on the trunk and top if the car that won't come out. I completed the customer satisfaction survey and brought this issue as well as another issue I had and no response from the dealership. I would not purchase or yet have any service done at this dealership going forward as they do not understand customer service.
