I was very impressed with service at BMW of Murrieta. Dave Townsend was immediately aware of my husbands health situation and he made sure that we did not have to move around the building a lot and wait a long time for anything. He brought water and offered coffee and snacks. He brought paperwork to us so that we could remain seated in his cubicle.
I am looking forward to my Encore appointment.

This review is long overdue. I've bought many cars in my lifetime but none come close to the experience I had with Kevin Thomas at Weatherford. Kevin and I started talking in January of 2014 when I was interested in a M235. I was very clear with him up front about not being ready to purchase because I had to sell my current car first among other things. I would have completely understood if Kevin didn't put as much time into me, however nothing ever changed. He remained in contact for 20 months when I finally I ordered a 2016 3 series specced exactly the way I want. I took delivery of car January of this year. Like I said, Kevin was in contact with me for TWO YEARS. Answering or returning every one of my calls or emails. Kevin is genuinly a very nice guy that really cares about his customers and the best part is that you never feel like you're getting a sales pitch of any sort. He talks to you like an old friend and he gave me the bottom like price right off the bat. No hasseling or going back and forth which i've always had to do when buying a car. So if you're looking for a great car buying experiece do yourself a favor and look no further. I for one, will be definiteley going back to kevin when my lease is up

Went in to check out our options for a lease-end. Michael listened to our connents and was very helpful in getting us into a new car that met all our needs. He made the whole process stress free! He showed us all the cars we were interested in - and answered lots of questions. Tyler, who handled the lease end was very professional and helpful. The level of excellent service continued through financing and the new vehicle orientation with Scott. I would definately recommend the dealership and Mike Bushel.

FANTASTIC lease experience...BEST EVER...actually enjoyable from start to finish! Haoie Luc understood my need to get rolling and made the deal happen quickly and efficiently!!
After searching for two days, test driving the BMW i3 (pure electric) and i3 Rex (81 miles electric is used 1st, then 1.9 gallons of gas for another 70 miles, if needed) I made the decision to go with the Rex. I visited with several BMW dealerships, test drove the car, and tried to deal on the phone; all wanted $4100 down, and at least $275/mth. and up to $340/mth. due to the additional options the cars had. One June 30th, I had all but given up on finding a black 2016 i3 Rex, and was tired of talking on the phone. On a last ditch effort, I texted Haoie Luc Internet Manager at Riverside BMW. He understood my desire to just write up the deal and responded accordingly. He did ask if I wanted to come in and test drive the car, which I declined since I already had. Most importantly, Haoie listened when I said "No, I am just ready to lease the i3, just need to find the right deal, car, and person to do the paperwork."
Haoie responded to my text at 1:57 pm, had my financing pre-approved by 3:27 pm, and found me the exact car I wanted in black by 4:03 pm. I was happy to be in an Uber ride to pick up my vehicle by 4:30 pm. I hardly could believe I found someone to make the deal entirely via text, and am so happy Haoie grasped the concept and followed up accordingly. Deyse met me upon arriving and she was a pleasure to work with as well. She delivered my car after a very short visit with the lease finance manager. Best part? No surprise! $325/mth. for 30 mths., and only $741 out of pocket for registraton, etc.

Best Service Experience with Andre! - Ebbiecohen
Honestly I have been to a few dealerships for service. From Beverly Hills to Pacific BMW. I've driven BMW all my life so I've had quite a few service experiences. Andre at center BMW has always given me the best service. Center BMW in general is able to do services that other BMW's don't have authorization to do. For example, Pacific can't service spark plugs so they just don't do it. They also have great rentals and fix your car as fast as possible with great communication and quality. I highly recommend Center.
Great Sales Experiences with Diamond Yeung - Anne M 59
We recently leased our second BMW from Diamond Yeung at Crevier in Santa Ana and highly recommend him as a sales adviser. When the lease from our previous BMW was due, I wasn't sure which model BMW would best suit my needs. Diamond was very patient, and educated me about the different features in each of the vehicles we test drove. He worked with us to get the deal that we wanted, and we took the car home that day! Diamond called me the next day to make sure that I was totally happy with the car and his services. If you are looking for a sales adviser that is honest, friendly, personable, very knowledgeable about BMW products, takes his time to answer your questions, and doesn't waste your time, then Diamond Yeung at Crevier is the guy to see!

I am one to say that I do not enjoy interacting with car salesman but did not have this attitude after talking too and purchasing a car from Tommy. I recommend asking for Tommy Lu for a future purchase to anyone as he did not create extra pressure to purchase, was honest, and very easy to communicate with. I wanted to share great experience I had today with my car. I spoke with the representative name Ezequiel Henriquez over the phone few days ago. I told him about suspicious red light coming up when I started the engine. He advised me to bring the car in to pin point the problem. He said he would set up a rental car aside for me. This morning everything was ready to go and he was very helpful! He discovered another potential problem that I noticed too. He seemed very knowledgeable and he made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him as your service advisor. I just love this place! Best coffee in town!!!!??????

I have owned many BMW's in my life. I finally reached a point in my life where I could justify the purchase of my dream car. The F10 M5 was the car I wanted. It was perfect for me and my family in my opinion. The recent turn of events that unfolded I would have never expected to happen. I located the car I wanted. A 2013 M5 with a manual transmission listed for sale by Steve Thomas BMW of Camarillo, CA. I spoke with the internet sales manager and told him that I was very picky and was ONLY looking for a car without ANY paint work or accidents. He assured me the M5 I was interested in was clean. He said it was accident free and had no aftermarket paint work. So I drove 450 miles in my mint condition 2012 BMW 550i that I was trading in to buy the M5. The purchase was quick. It was dark when I arrived and I asked repeatedly, you are sure there is no paint work or accidents as I could not see the car in the sun light. Once again, the sales manager said the car was from a very good routine client who traded it in from a lease return and was not painted or involved in any accidents. Once I was able to truly see the car in the light at home I started noticing weird imperfections in the front bumper, rear bumper, and mirrors. I was getting more and more upset. I took the car to 3 different body shops to have the car looked at. They all confirmed my worst suspicions. I called the dealer to have them ask the previous owner if he painted the bumpers etc. Low and behold – I was right!!!!!. The car was in a “minor rear accident” per the previous owner and a body shop and had been painted. Doesn’t even explain why the mirrors or front bumper were repainted.Now I have exactly what I did not want. The dealer broke the news to me over the phone. I was and am still in shock…I was, and am still heartbroken. I was lied to. Worst of all, Steve Thomas BMW is not paying to repaint the bumpers and mirrors which have horrible paint on them. So now after a $60,000 purchase I have to pay for their lies?? Their response was offering me a $500 credit towards the parts department for accessories. xxx! Now, after being LIED too they do not want to fix the issue. I called BMW of North America and filed a formal complaint and am now forced to have my attorney take this down the road. I tried to give them the opportunity to fix there wrongs and move on but they are simply trying to Ignore me....

Substantiate claim against Century West BMW for poor repairs - M3Coupe08
Went to dealer for letter substantiating claim against Century West, BMW of damage during battery change six weeks earlier, result, flooded battery compartment, shorted electronics. $5,000.00 bill.
Terri Wallace and Shop Foreman, Mike. Terri said she had never heard of BMW, USA ever asking for a
letter from another dealer on a charge back claim. She asked Mike to look at my car. He was very thorough in his inspection, noting that all welds, body panel seals were "factory work," never been
damaged or repaired. Mike said that my complaint was accurate and the flooded battery compartment
was the result of damage caused when Century West changed the battery on November thirtieth, 2015.
He told me he was busy but that he would write the letter requested by BMW, USA and call me when it was ready. I called Terri and Mike several times over nine business days, leaving a message and phone number. None of my calls have been returned, each one went to voice mail, and I have
given up hope that they will ever respond. I also contacted four independent BMW repair shops
and one of them told me that if they wrote a letter criticizing a Dealership, he feared that his parts
supply might be interrupted by BMW, and he refused my request. The other three shops said basically the same thing and all three denied my request for a letter on their letterhead.
When a BMW Dealership won't criticize another BMW Dealership and four independent BMW shops fear retaliation from the Manufacturer would hurt their businesses, I see a problem.
If anyone out there has experienced similar stonewalling, write a review and talk to an attorney!

I went to BMW for a test drive where I met Steve Cheng....I came back a few weeks later and he kept his word on everything. Steve and the financial team worked wonders.. I got my 328I with an unbelievable deal. Thanks Steve I really appreciate all your help :).

If there is an issue with your BMW, make the drive to Escondido. This center is a collective team of unhelpful personal. I tried to make a service appointment on 3 separate days over a span of 5 days and was given the run around and never had my emails or phone calls returned.
When I attempted to complain, I was killed with kindness and ignorance and made to feel unimportant.
I cannot stress how terrible this staff is, and how going to any other dealership is a much easier and pleasant experience.

They are way overbooked and each time I drop my car off it takes multiple days to return the car. They never call with updates. During my most recent visit, they had my car for three days and only replaced my run flat tire for $400! They didn't fix my brown trunk and told me that I needed to buy a "BMW" UBS cord for $100 even though my Apple cord worked when I got the car in 2015. It's enough to make me look for a different car.

I just got my second new BMW in 6 months from them. Dolan Hossain and Makayla Mier took great care of me both times!! In November, I replaced my 7 series. They helped me get out of my old one 2 months early and they got me an amazing deal on my new one. There was no bitter haggling. Just a few pleasant phone calls and text messages. I drove up the next day and dropped off the old one and picked up the new one. I had a very nice dinner in Santa Barbara on the way home. I just made a deal with them for a new X5. Dolan and Makayla found me just the car that I wanted from their network and got me out of my old one 5 months early. Again, no unpleasant haggling. Just two phone calls, a few texts, and voila, a great deal on exactly the car that I wanted. This time, they're trucking the new X5 down to me and picking up the old one. I never had to leave my house. I'm a BMW guy and I've had a lot of I've aggressively shopped dealers in the LA area in the past. I've gotten BMWs from dealers all over Southern California. It has been a lot more hassle for inferior results. WOW!! I WOULD GIVE Dolan, Makayla, and Coast BMW 6 STARS IF I COULD!!

Throughout he was courteous and informative and there was no hard sell, just quiet, confident responses to questions about the car and BMW product in general. When I took possession of the car, Brandon was there to help the orientation, which is not an easy thing to do. Don't get caught up with these people!!! The cars are gorgeous but if anything goes wrong you will pay outrageous prices!! They will quote you one fee but you will be bailing your car out to get it back---with added costs you were not expecting!!
It's obvious the owner of the business is only interested in your money---and golfing!! The waiting area was filled with ONLY golf and wine magazines---and the TV did not work. The other area of the office is filled with golf shirts---how tacky!!

I recently purchased a Z4 from Niello with Tony and Mhel handling the transaction .The entire transaction was very smooth and professionally handled.
