Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!

Recently, I had a phenomenal experience at Bernardi Toyota located in Framingham (MA). I began with the General Manager, Bob Kenney. I was interested in purchasing a Toyota Prius LE in Wind Chill Pearl exterior color with a grey interior. Initially, none were available. But fortunately, he any my Sales Consultant, Trevor Loring, located one in NJ. Trevor was both personable and professional. He actually drove to NJ to retrieve the Prius LE and drove it back that same day! Remarkable customer service! Thanks to both Bob and Trevor at Bernardi Toyota for such a great experience.

🚨 Do NOT Trust Richard Radlo– Dishonest Dealer Alert 🚨 I bought a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer from Richard just four months ago. He assured me that the car was in perfect condition and even said he personally knew the previous owner, so he could vouch for how well the car was maintained. He claimed it had been inspected bumper-to-bumper by his technicians and was completely road-ready. Well, that turned out to be a lie. Just a few months later, I had the car looked at by another dealership—and they found that two of the tires were dangerously worn, with the tread measuring under 3! They even provided video proof with the actual measuring tool showing the low tread. When I called Richard to address it, he brushed me off and said there was nothing he could do unless he “saw the tires.” He also accused the other dealerships of lying, even though I had clear evidence. When I pointed that out, he had nothing to say and refused to reimburse or help in any way. Richard talks a good game, but he sold me an unsafe vehicle and took no accountability when called out. Please don’t fall for his charm—he will lie to make a sale and leave you hanging afterward. Go somewhere reputable. You deserve honesty.

This dealership will give you false information about approval and rates before even checking with their financial department. Took a deposit from me and requested almost triple the amount the next day. I declined and asked for a refund. A month later still not refunded. Staff says there is no phone number I can call or anyone i can talk to. I had a dispute with my bank and was told to cancel it, and they would refund me. When I went back with the canceled dispute, they still said they couldn’t give me the money and there was noone i could complain to.
