It was simply a routine service appointment. Oil change & tire rotation. I believe the service rep's name is Mathew, and I don't remember his last name. He is not listed below. He's only been with the EP dealership a month but he was very courteous & helpful.

Horrible customer service after purchase - Tom martineau
I bought a 2016 corvette a week ago and the car is already in the shop at my local Chevy dealer for transmission fluid issue. Kline gave me a 2,500 mile warranty when I bought it and I purchased an extended warranty for $3,500. I had a discussion with Bret, the used car manager and he couldn’t understand why I brought it in for service, people don’t bring their cars in for service for the xxxx of it. Bret has no customer service abilities and just continued to point the finger when I only had the car a week. The repair is $500 and they are fighting it. Don’t buy a used car from Kline!!!!!!! They don’t stand behind their used cars, I talked to the used car manager and the finance guys.

Like most dealerships, repairs and the cost for general servicing, repairs are pricey. If you have minor repairs or low level maintenance items, I would reccommend taking your vehicle to a less costly certified reputable auto repair shop if you want save $$.

Worst Customer Service I have ever received - disappointed
Had to have my brand new Nissan Murano towed to Duluth because Krenzen said do not drive it, and at 1200 miles they refused to honor the warranty. They said I hit something (although I did not) because a small plastic part under my car was scratched. I ask if it was possible that I did not hit something and it was a defective part. They said yes it's possible but we can not turn this in to Nissan for the warranty. They charged me 370.00 dollars for the small part. My car was filthy when I picked it up and smelled like smoke. Never treated so poorly by a service department. Later they told me I'm not a customer because I did not buy my car there. They are correct, I WILL NEVER be a customer there again.
Don’t waste your time with this place - Altimaguy
I’ve been looking a late model low mileage Altima SL, Natalie invited me to come over and meet with her so I accepted the invitation. I live on the opposite side of the twin cities but drove over after work through rush hour only to find Natalie working with another customer and left me standing there for an hour until I decided I had enough of her and Walser. These people have absolutely no idea how to earn your business at all. I have nothing but bad things about Walser and I see everyone is correct. Stay away from these losers.
