Great, friendly service - webarb
We contacted Nissan of Gadsden online asking about their NV 3500 Passenger van and Jonathan Bright contacted me very quickly. He and his sales manager worked with us very quickly and were very helpful. We drove from Mississippi to pick up our purchase and everyone there was so friendly from the lady at the front desk to the other salesmen on the floor to the finance guy, Riley. It was a great experience and I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to serve you with your next vehicle purchase!

mpeccable Service and Great Price - #KeepPounding
I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my brand new, 2015 Nissan 370Z Nismo Tech from Serra Nissan of Sylacauga yesterday. My sales team was Amy Maddox, Internet Sales Manager, Marcus Smith, Sales Associate and Jeff Tatum, Sales Manager. All three were wonderful and bent over backward to make this deal possible. I also met with other sales associates who were not involved but were genuinely nice and helpful. 99% of my communications, (e.g., voice, email and text) were with Amy. She was so awesome, prompted and honest!!! She made this deal possible along with Marcus' assistance and Jeff's approval. I drove all the way from Atlanta to find this little gem which was nestled between four huge car markets, Atlanta, Birmingham, Auburn and Montgomery. This dealership is definitely a diamond in the rough. If you're looking to purchase your next new Nissan or pre-owned vehicle, please give Amy, Marcus or other associates at Serra Nissan of Sylacauga a call. You won't be disappointed. They are worth the drive anywhere in the Southeast and beyond.
Great experience - bandit1
We haven't been in the market for a automobile for a very long time, We appreciated the friendly way we were treated by our sales representative and impressed with her product knowledge. The associate in finance was also very helpful.

I like the dealership but not the product. - Rr55rr
My Nissan has been a piece is junk but the dealership has remained courteous and helpful. The airbag recalls have been inconvenient but all other work has been completed quickly.
New Owner: Matt Bowers Eastern Shore Nissan & my service exp - Riva F.
I just purchased a used Nissan LEAF, electric car, from a private party and went in for the yearly battery check. I had visited the dealership once before and met Bo and spoke with him about an appointment. I went in today and was out in under an hour: I met Mark, Kathy, Ken (service tech.) and Lynn (the service manager), and Christy in the office and Michael Neves the General Manager. I am hoping to have a long and positive relationship with this dealership. This is my first Nissan: I've owned a Mercury Lynx, a Honda Civic, and two Saturns, and have driven them all "into the ground." I am active in Sierra Club and Citizens' Climate Lobby so I want to "walk the walk" by helping reduce my carbon footprint. I am glad to have an electric car option and I hope they sell lots of LEAFS (not Leaves?) Thank you, all! Everyone was very friendly and thanks for the tea and snacks! P.S. I can charge the LEAF there too for free!
Cannot believe they sell used cars. - John
I found the car I wanted at Benton. Exactly what I wanted. I reached out to them via email through Auto Traders, and got a stock email response from the internet manager there, Ms. Tidwell. I replied to the email asking for an "out the door" price. No response. I followed up with another email to Ms. Tidwell inquiring if she had received the earlier email, leaving my cell number, and asking her to call me to see if we could strike a deal. This time she responded asking me to come in, and asking me if I received all the information on the vehicle I needed. I replied again asking for an "out the door" price so that I could decide if it would be worth the 4 hr drive to Hoover. This time I got an email from Dennis with the OTD price I requested. The car listed online for $19,555 had ballooned to $22,999.09. I know that taxes and fees are sometimes steep, but Alabama state, county and city tax on this vehicle is $733.31; the advertised dealer fee is $599; Average Doc Prep fees run +/-$420. If I add these together, I get $21,307.31. That leaves $1,691.78 that is unaccounted for. So, I emailed Dennis back asking for some sort of buyer order breakdown. No response. I emailed Dennis again with another request of explanation for the high final sales price on the car. As of this morning, no response. I just bought the car in Jacksonville, FL.Goodbye forever, Benton.
They will lie to you... - berwin
I had previously thought Bondy's was a great dealership (other than the service department). I can now tell you that they lie to you to sell you extras during the car buying process. If you are unlucky enough to actually have to use these things watch out and expect to have to put money out! I purchased the GAP insurance and unfortunately had an accident that totaled the vehicle. I was told that the GAP would cover anything that the insurance didn't cover. It was a flat out lie! They tried to say it was my insurance companies fault but the bottom line is they lied to me. I asked them to cover the 700.00 that the GAP did not pay and the general manager said he would give me 700.00 if I purchased a vehicle. I told them we weren't replacing the vehicle and he said that was the only way he would do it. He acknowledges that they were wrong by offering to write me a check but only if I buy another car. Bottom line is they did not disclose what GAP would not cover and the document that was signed does not tell you either. I am very disappointed with Bondy's Nissan and it's management. I had always recommended them but now I will never recommend them again. Also they pay you to write a good review for them which makes me wonder about the honesty in all these reviews.
Experience was awful!!!! - Angrycustomer1234
I sat at the dealership for 3 hrs the person that was to help me and my husband was constantly on his phone or with other customers! Very unprofessional!!!!
Good selection and helpful staff. - Roy Roper
Had the vehicle we were looking for and were patient while we made our final decision. This dealership is close to home and offered an excellent lifetime drive train warranty.
Kelly Blue Book Value Questionable - 1SG Retired Robert Spatz
Keith was great. Everyone seemed polite, but disappointed in the others involved in the sales effort. Whoever evaluated my trade tried to lowball my under 20,000 miles. They used the KBB fair condition and offered $12,500. PNC my bank informed me before we went to dealer that he car was worth between $17,000 and $19,000. and not to take less. Checked out similar vehicles online like mine and dealers were selling them used for $19,000 - $21,000. I was pre-approved for up to $50,000 by my bank before we went to Lynch. We wanted new, but looked at a $24,000. used truck. The deal was offered to me at about $31,000. As we were leaving the manger asked how far off were we, I told him about $5,000.. He did not make a counter offer so we left. The other issue is that for a new vehicle I could have gotten incentives, but the used offered no such thing. Just not happy with wasting 3 plus hours and them trying to get something for nothing.
Everything I needed! Worked really hard to make my dream of - Silver juke bird
They not only understood my reasons for my financing parameters and payment limits, but worked hard to meet my limits and goals- price on the car was awesome to begin with! Everyone was such a team. Thank you guys and ladies!

Attempted to take advantage of grieving widow - Cheryl Steely
My recently deceased father purchased a new truck from this dealer 3 months before he passed away. They offered the widow 50% of what he originally paid and $5000 below the Kelley Blue Book dealer value which three other dealerships had offered. They stood to make $13k off of essentially loaning it to my dad for a few months and then would have made about another $10k off of the next person to buy it. No apologies for the offensively low offer were made and it was apparent the salesman was trying to take advantage of two grieving women he assumed were too stupid to shop around and do their homework.
Buyer Beware - Steer clear of this dealer - justme5150
Bought a used vehicle. Number of issues with the car. Calls to salesman, sales manager and general manager were ignored. Head office would not help. No action until I physically showed up at the dealership. No customer service. Lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude at all levels within the dealership. Get a VIN search. Check out OMVIC for dealership regulations.
Nissan is having huge discount right now. They are shown... - Patleefamily
Nissan is having huge discount right now. They are shown on most prices from nearby dealerships. However, this dealership doesn't have that. They may give one or two rebates but not all rebates. He explained that due to different cars (older manufacturing) and different pricing. I think that's totally bull. Just search around then you know the lies they told. They have always been expensive. Do buy from them.
Great customer service - cstanford11
Go see Daniel Jowes great salesman, and will do what he can to make sure u get what you want, best salesman I have had in my car buying experience, patient and shows and tell u everything u need to no about the car.
I purchased a 2005 altima nissan, 13000 miles on it in... - kathy737
I purchased a 2005 altima nissan, 13000 miles on it in April 05 from Crump Nissan. I paid cash money for this car! In the pricing of the car they agreed to get the dents out of the bumper and repaint the same. Well it has been repainted twice and looks much worse, dents still there, water bubbles all in the paint.
My car now has 22000 miles on it. I am on this day putting 2 new tires on the care to keep it from shaking and they are slick.
It was my fault not to be a better shopper or ask about this dealership. I did not look at the tires, but 13000 miles I guess I thought they would be ok. I do not believe I saved that much money, but thought that I would. I wish they would just give me back my money for the car and let me be satisfied. You know these people knew this car. I admit on the right side of the car it was dented and I allowed them to fix that and still purchased the car. First wash job on it, you have never send soooo many dents and scratches that were covered by some sort of awful paint to cover them. This car was awful for 13000 miles and I wish they would have been honest and said you do not want this car. I told "Tim Dodd" my salesman I had bad vibes about that car and I had a right to. I bought the 3.5 so I could get dual exhaust, well on the left side of car the pipe extender was gone and I pd to have another one put on. It showed up so bad. Thank You, but I have been sick ever since this purchase. Kathy Bishop I will return to the lot when I go back to AL to tell them all this.
Fred and Walter! - tkaser70
I had so many reservations about waking into the dealership so I chose to email them first...so glad I did!! Fred Crutcher emailed and text me for three days before I could get up enough nerve to even go to the dealership...I have a major anxiety problem about such things...he made me feel at ease doing it my way! Upon entering the dealership I was greeted with smiles and as I asked for Fred he came out and said,"You must be Tammy". What a relief it was! I didn't believe that I would walk or rather drive out with a brand new car...but I did! And it is amazing...I love my new Nissan Sentra! I would recommend Fred Crutcher and Jonathan Donaldson to all my friends and acquaintances...they are AWESOME...and also I believe this Nissan friendship will be one to last!! So come on out to Cullman and get your new Nissan from Fred and Walter!! Love you guys!
