Awesome - Mtaylor6517
I was looking for a mini van to help out with my son with special needs. I found this nissan quest on the website and it fit all of my needs that I was looking for. I arrive at the lot before the were supposed to be open. Even though it was before starting time Jake was more than willing to help me out. He wasn't over bearing and pushy like you get much of the time at a dealership. He and the sales team bent over backwards to get me a good deal on my trade in and the financing I wanted on the van. Will definitely be going back to Nissan of Gadsden!!!

I truly love the quality of service done on my 2016 Nissan Pathfinder at reasonable prices; being a female the service department has always service that are needed; very important after being over charged by various shops around the Montgomery area.

We drove two hours because of Cody - CJRose
I had been searching for a new to me car for quite a while, and found one that was about 5 miles from my house. However the sales person was horrible and I didn't want to buy from them, but my husband thought it was an ok deal. Flash forward a few hours, I found almost the exact same car (with less miles and a sunroof BONUS) however the dealership (Nissan of Albertville) was in anther state and two hours away from me. I called and spoke to Cody Heyen, and he was SO WONDERFUL, his customer service was beyond any other and because of his prompt and courteous response we ended up driving the two hours so we could buy from him. I fell like Cody Heyen goes above & beyond for his customers, and he'll have our business for life! If you're looking for great customer service and amazing prices Cody is the guy to see!

The World’s Best Dealership Service Center - Sfnyny515
I was driving my 2009 Nissan rogue from DC to Houston when my transmission gave out in Mobile Alabama. As Luck would have it my transmission gave out right across the street from Nissan of Mobile dealership. I showed up at the dealership right as they were opening their doors and met Mike who looked at my vehicle and when he turned on the ignition he said;
“yes!!, it is your transmission and your mileage is low enough that it puts it under warranty!”.
I can’t tell you how happy I was to hear that considering I didn’t have $4000 in my pocket to cover such a huge repair. The repair only took two days and Mike called to keep me abreast of the progress, he even was kind enough to offer me a loaner car.
When my vehicle was repaired I was not told I needed additional repairs only told to keep an eye on a few simple things. For a woman driving across country towing a 5’x8’ trailer a breakdown is pretty much a nightmare come true but, Mike and the wonderful staff at Nissan of Mobile made it a lovely experience. Their waiting room is to-die-for! Leather chairs, popcorn machine, drinks, cable TV! I very highly recommend this establishment for all your automotive needs.
Pleasant experience - maggiewhippet
I leased my second Nissan Rogue a few months ago. Townsend Nissan had exactly what I wanted.
Manager, BJ Perkins; salesman Patrick Shanks; and Big Mike, the finance guy, were all super nice, friendly, and professional. I felt like I was in good hands from beginning to end.
I will be ready for another lease car in two and a half years and will definitely go to Townsend.
Check them out, and if you live in West Alabama, stay local!!!
Happy Birthday to me - My 1st car
So the car I’ve had for 12 years decided it was time to part ways. I shopped on line and decided to go with McKinnon. Garry Tatum met us outside in the rain. He was so helpful in finding the car that fit my needs and situation. There was no pressure or buying bullying. When the time came for me to complete my paperwork Nathan Pearce was helpful and patient in dealing with me. This was my 1st car in my own name. What better way to celebrate my 41st birthday than purchasing a new car. Garry even came to my job to pick up my car title and 2nd key from my trade in. Who does that?
Awesome experience - phparton
I had a great experience dealing with David and Jeff. They were both awesome, reasonable, and really worked with me to get a deal done. David was a great salesman and genuinely seemed to care about getting me into the car I wanted. I will recommend David and Lynch Nissan to anyone I hear that is interested in getting a car. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. 10 out of 10!
Great Customer Service - Bryant12
Outstanding person and standup guy he go above and beyond to satisfy his customers I would refer Doug to anyone he gets the job done ??
Service- Poor Service - smuench01
If I could give a 0 I would. Service advisor went on vacation and dropped ball. 3 separate repairs done in 3 days and still same issues. Spent $1000, 2 wasted trips to pick up vehicle, 2 missed days of work And they thought a $10 discount for being inconvenienced was good. Now on trip 3 to dealership. We have always recommended car manufacturer for service - rethinking that now.
General Manager ruins buying here!! - Unhappy in Dothan
General Manager doesn’t believe in service after the sell and has ruined how we feel about the Bondys family of dealerships. We bought a new vehicle (2017) and it has had all electrical system replaced (radio, nav, etc) and is now having work on the transmission (30k miles only) which has put me out of a vehicle once again. Yet This GM feels no responsibility to provide us with “like” transportation while it’s being repaired. Our time, our money and our being inconvenienced is of zero consequence to him. Our hands maybe tied at current, but one thing is certain, we would never buy from any Bondys dealership because of him and our experience. Buyer beware, as long as all goes well you may have a good experience here, but if you end up paying over 40k to drive a lemon like us, you will see a much different side. I plan to continue to make people aware of the true side of doing business here to hopefully save someone else the headache we are enduring. Oh and in case you’re reading this and wondering, they have done all service to our vehicle since purchase and continue to “patch” it back up til the next visit. That being said, the GM is truly the worst person I have had to deal with in what should be a professional setting. If you think he will care about you and your business, make no mistake, he will only care about getting you to buy to help his paycheck. After that, good luck! there are some really good staff there, but their hands are tied to help. I can honestly say he is the only one we have had a horrible experience with which is sad since with his position he should be the one wanting repeat business the most. Today I felt lower than low and regret the day I decided to buy from here. Buyer Beware!!
Great Service - Mellow2
The Service Dept are always helpful and friendly. They answer all of my question and they get my car in and out in no time . They explain if they have or haven’t found anything and show how they can fix it and how much it will cost. I highly recommended the service Dept.
Service Center will rip you off - BE CAREFUL!!! - brc0011
So, I had a camshaft positioning sensor keep going out in my Xterra after being replaced for only a few months. The short of it, I thought it would be wise to take it to the Nissan dealership because their service techs might know of another problem that might cause this since it is a Nissan product. Well, when I got to the shop, I made the mistake of telling them to call me before working on anything and that I only had like $300 in my bank account to work with. (My mistake: the part is $90 so I was assuming the most of $200 if they just replaced the sensor or maybe more if it was something more extensive). Well, lo and behold, it was just the sensor again and they called me to let me know that it would be...$300 almost exactly. That's interesting? I thought maybe since it was a dealership, it might be more expensive. No, it cost $210 to plug in a sensor?? $210. Oh, btw, it costs $55 for labor at S&S Tires to replace and it took them like 5 minutes. Remember, I only brought it to Nissan because I thought it might be something else...not to get a quadruple service charge for the same, exact repair. Anyways, I went ahead and paid for it because with this sensor malfunctioning, I was legitimately having my vehicle turn off while going through an intersection or down the highway. So, there goes all the money in my bank account for this week. I already had to shell out $800 for taxes, $400 for two sick dogs, and a bunch of other random crap that drained my savings to 0. So, thanks Nissan in Sylacauga for gouging me for a simple repair and just adding to my already extensive financial woes. Maybe try just ripping off the rich people who can afford it and not people who work their a** off all week just to get slapped in the face. Better yet, just do good business. Rant over. I guess the goal of Nissan in Sylacauga is to take advantage of people and, especially, since this malfunctioning part gave such a high possibility of potentially causing a wreck, they knew I would pay the maximum that I needed to get it fixed and be safe on the road. I'm sure there is a word for that. Just imagine buying a car from them? 0 stars. Rant over for real this time.
Ross Banura = Bad , Joe = Good - navathehutt
Joe was great, like so many reviews, so he gets all the stars, Lost a customer. I leased a 2015 Nissan Leaf and when I returned it was dinged for a scratch on the bumper. However, the inspection company refused to come out to my house to do an pre-inspection could have documented this to me and fixed any issues. There was no way for me to verify this actually occured. Ross Bonura refused to help and gave 1 word answers every time I would talk to him or ask a question about this. Also they did not have a newer version of the Leaf in when I turned mine in. Simple planning he could have made another lease/sale!
Don't waste your time or money!!! - Benton Nissan Bessemer Sux
My original review of 5 stars has been downgraded to 1 star. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would!!! I called the service department yesterday. The man I spoke with was beyond rude. The telephone operator is clueless! She doesn't know the difference between a manager and a salesperson. She also suggested I call the Hoover location even though I purchased a truck from Bessemer back in March. The manager says the operator is new, so how about training her before she makes your company seem to be stupid and unable to handle their own issues?!?! I took the advice of the clueless lady and called Hoover. Even though they have nothing to do with my issue, they scheduled an appointment to fix it. They were nice! So Hoover is definitely the place to go. Bessemer isn't worth your time or money.
Buyer Beware - Steer clear of this dealer - justme5150
Bought a used vehicle. Number of issues with the car. Calls to salesman, sales manager and general manager were ignored. Head office would not help. No action until I physically showed up at the dealership. No customer service. Lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude at all levels within the dealership. Get a VIN search. Check out OMVIC for dealership regulations.
Nissan is having huge discount right now. They are shown... - Patleefamily
Nissan is having huge discount right now. They are shown on most prices from nearby dealerships. However, this dealership doesn't have that. They may give one or two rebates but not all rebates. He explained that due to different cars (older manufacturing) and different pricing. I think that's totally bull. Just search around then you know the lies they told. They have always been expensive. Do buy from them.
I purchased a 2005 altima nissan, 13000 miles on it in... - kathy737
I purchased a 2005 altima nissan, 13000 miles on it in April 05 from Crump Nissan. I paid cash money for this car! In the pricing of the car they agreed to get the dents out of the bumper and repaint the same. Well it has been repainted twice and looks much worse, dents still there, water bubbles all in the paint.
My car now has 22000 miles on it. I am on this day putting 2 new tires on the care to keep it from shaking and they are slick.
It was my fault not to be a better shopper or ask about this dealership. I did not look at the tires, but 13000 miles I guess I thought they would be ok. I do not believe I saved that much money, but thought that I would. I wish they would just give me back my money for the car and let me be satisfied. You know these people knew this car. I admit on the right side of the car it was dented and I allowed them to fix that and still purchased the car. First wash job on it, you have never send soooo many dents and scratches that were covered by some sort of awful paint to cover them. This car was awful for 13000 miles and I wish they would have been honest and said you do not want this car. I told "Tim Dodd" my salesman I had bad vibes about that car and I had a right to. I bought the 3.5 so I could get dual exhaust, well on the left side of car the pipe extender was gone and I pd to have another one put on. It showed up so bad. Thank You, but I have been sick ever since this purchase. Kathy Bishop I will return to the lot when I go back to AL to tell them all this.
