I had been searching for a new to me car for quite a while, and found one that was about 5 miles from my house. However the sales person was horrible and I didn't want to buy from them, but my husband thought it was an ok deal. Flash forward a few hours, I found almost the exact same car (with less miles and a sunroof BONUS) however the dealership (Nissan of Albertville) was in anther state and two hours away from me. I called and spoke to Cody Heyen, and he was SO WONDERFUL, his customer service was beyond any other and because of his prompt and courteous response we ended up driving the two hours so we could buy from him. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my brand new, 2015 Nissan 370Z Nismo Tech from Serra Nissan of Sylacauga yesterday. My sales team was Amy Maddox, Internet Sales Manager, Marcus Smith, Sales Associate and Jeff Tatum, Sales Manager. All three were wonderful and bent over backward to make this deal possible. I also met with other sales associates who were not involved but were genuinely nice and helpful. 99% of my communications, (e.g., voice, email and text) were with Amy. She was so awesome, prompted and honest!!! She made this deal possible along with Marcus' assistance and Jeff's approval. I drove all the way from Atlanta to find this little gem which was nestled between four huge car markets, Atlanta, Birmingham, Auburn and Montgomery. This dealership is definitely a diamond in the rough. I have purchased several cars in the past five years. I purchased a vehicle today for a family member after looking at several dealerships and several cars... Gayle at Jim Burke Nissan and Luke in Finance are awesome! None of the typical "car dealer tricks" of "What can we do today to get you to buy this car." There ended up being a technical glitch but the dealership was quick to realize it and also make it right. Would certainly recommend Jim Burke Nissan. Much different than these major dealerships owned out of state that are soo concerned about numbers that they can't even really listen to their customers.

Yep, it’s true from the advertising about this dealership. While I was not looking at a Sentra initially, I saw the model on the showroom floor and was definitely considering it. I had previously thought Bondy's was a great dealership (other than the service department). I can now tell you that they lie to you to sell you extras during the car buying process. If you are unlucky enough to actually have to use these things watch out and expect to have to put money out! I purchased the GAP insurance and unfortunately had an accident that totaled the vehicle. I was told that the GAP would cover anything that the insurance didn't cover. It was a flat out lie! They tried to say it was my insurance companies fault but the bottom line is they lied to me. I asked them to cover the 700.00 that the GAP did not pay and the general manager said he would give me 700.00 if I purchased a vehicle. I told them we weren't replacing the vehicle and he said that was the only way he would do it. He acknowledges that they were wrong by offering to write me a check but only if I buy another car. Bottom line is they did not disclose what GAP would not cover and the document that was signed does not tell you either. I am very disappointed with Bondy's Nissan and it's management. I had always recommended them but now I will never recommend them again. Also they pay you to write a good review for them which makes me wonder about the honesty in all these reviews.

I signed a contract and they claimed in fell through and I needed to come and sign a new contract. They assured me that only the bank's name had changed. When I got there they said the interest rate and payment would be nigher and if I didn't sign it they were taking my car and would not return my down payment.

Attempted to take advantage of grieving widow - Cheryl Steely
My recently deceased father purchased a new truck from this dealer 3 months before he passed away. They offered the widow 50% of what he originally paid and $5000 below the Kelley Blue Book dealer value which three other dealerships had offered. They stood to make $13k off of essentially loaning it to my dad for a few months and then would have made about another $10k off of the next person to buy it. No apologies for the offensively low offer were made and it was apparent the salesman was trying to take advantage of two grieving women he assumed were too stupid to shop around and do their homework.

Bought a used vehicle. Number of issues with the car. Calls to salesman, sales manager and general manager were ignored. Head office would not help. No action until I physically showed up at the dealership. No customer service. Lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude at all levels within the dealership. Get a VIN search. Nissan is having huge discount right now. They are shown on most prices from nearby dealerships. However, this dealership doesn't have that. They may give one or two rebates but not all rebates. He explained that due to different cars (older manufacturing) and different pricing. I think that's totally bull. Just search around then you know the lies they told. They have always been expensive. Do buy from them.

I purchased a 2005 altima nissan, 13000 miles on it in April 05 from Crump Nissan. I paid cash money for this car! In the pricing of the car they agreed to get the dents out of the bumper and repaint the same. Well it has been repainted twice and looks much worse, dents still there, water bubbles all in the paint.
My car now has 22000 miles on it. I am on this day putting 2 new tires on the care to keep it from shaking and they are slick.
It was my fault not to be a better shopper or ask about this dealership. I did not look at the tires, but 13000 miles I guess I thought they would be ok. I do not believe I saved that much money, but thought that I would. I wish they would just give me back my money for the car and let me be satisfied. You know these people knew this car. I admit on the right side of the car it was dented and I allowed them to fix that and still purchased the car. First wash job on it, you have never send soooo many dents and scratches that were covered by some sort of awful paint to cover them. This car was awful for 13000 miles and I wish they would have been honest and said you do not want this car. I told "Tim Dodd" my salesman I had bad vibes about that car and I had a right to. I bought the 3.5 so I could get dual exhaust, well on the left side of car the pipe extender was gone and I pd to have another one put on. It showed up so bad. Thank You, but I have been sick ever since this purchase. Kathy Bishop I will return to the lot when I go back to AL to tell them all this.
