We recently purchased a 2019 Nissan nv3500 sv passenger van. We've been to the service department twice, Austin Ward was our service advisor and he was absolutely AMAZING! What would have been a headache for us handling it ourselves, was a smooth process and he handled everything. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. Service was quick, the waiting area is very clean and the amenities for customers waiting was very nice. Nissan's service department is a HUGE upgrade compared to our previous experiences elsewhere. Glad to be back with Nissan!

I was driving my 2009 Nissan rogue from DC to Houston when my transmission gave out in Mobile Alabama. As Luck would have it my transmission gave out right across the street from Nissan of Mobile dealership. I showed up at the dealership right as they were opening their doors and met Mike who looked at my vehicle and when he turned on the ignition he said; “yes!!, it is your transmission and your mileage is low enough that it puts it under warranty!”. I can’t tell you how happy I was to hear that considering I didn’t have $4000 in my pocket to cover such a huge repair. The repair only took two days and Mike called to keep me abreast of the progress, he even was kind enough to offer me a loaner car. When my vehicle was repaired I was not told I needed additional repairs only told to keep an eye on a few simple things. For a woman driving across country towing a 5’x8’ trailer a breakdown is pretty much a nightmare come true but, Mike and the wonderful staff at Nissan of Mobile made it a lovely experience. Their waiting room is to-die-for! Leather chairs, popcorn machine, drinks, cable TV! I very highly recommend this establishment for all your automotive needs.

I brought my Nissan Altima into Crown Nissan for routine service. Michele Wheatley is one of the service advisors and assisted me. I couldn't believe it when I found out she was new to Crown's Service Department. She was so knowledgeable! Not only did she know her stuff, but she was so kind and helpful. I have been to some places for service that were less than friendly to me and I was afraid of being taken advantage of. Michele's personality is great and she really put me at ease. Crown has a real asset in Michele and I will definitely be bringing my Altima back. Ask for Michele. You won't be disappointed!

We were traveling and a thousand miles from home. Our Maxima had a problem we believed to be minor, but with the distance to go wanted it checked out. The service department was OUTSTANDING! They worked our car into the schedule and had us back on the road shortly after lunch. It did in fact turn out to be a minor problem, but it took them several hours to isolate it and verify it was perfectly safe to drive.

We had a wonderful service experience from Benton Nissan of Oxford today. We bought a little blue Nissan Kicks from Jim Burke Nissan in Birmingham. The car has been in the shop 9 times. Jim Burke could never find anything wrong with it. We took it to Benton to have it looked at and the Service Manager, David Shirley went on a test drive with us today in it and he immediately picked up on the issues and noises we have been having and hearing with the car. They let us take a car home while they work on our Kicks. Very friendly people and we were so thrilled that someone finally noticed and listened to our problems we have been having with the car. We will definitely be doing business with Benton Nissan from now on. We will be back in April when it comes time to trade in our Kicks for something bigger. They truly are your friend in the car business.

Hi I took my Jeep Cherokee here for 2 recalls. Driving home that night, my car starting acting crazy. It was speeding when I wanted it to stop and lunging periodically when driving. I called the service department to discuss. They were concerned and wanted me to get it back to them right away. Due to my work schedule, it would have been 4 days before I could get it to them. The service department came to my work and picked up the car, fixed it and brought it back to me. They didn't want me driving around with the car acting so nutty. They indicated the recall had malfunctioned and repeated the recall procedure followed by a test drive to make sure all was ok. Thanks for the extra effort to make sure my car was corrected.

If I could give a 0 I would. Service advisor went on vacation and dropped ball. 3 separate repairs done in 3 days and still same issues. Spent $1000, 2 wasted trips to pick up vehicle, 2 missed days of work And they thought a $10 discount for being inconvenienced was good. Now on trip 3 to dealership. We have always recommended car manufacturer for service - rethinking that now.

So, I had a camshaft positioning sensor keep going out in my Xterra after being replaced for only a few months. The short of it, I thought it would be wise to take it to the Nissan dealership because their service techs might know of another problem that might cause this since it is a Nissan product. Well, when I got to the shop, I made the mistake of telling them to call me before working on anything and that I only had like $300 in my bank account to work with. (My mistake: the part is $90 so I was assuming the most of $200 if they just replaced the sensor or maybe more if it was something more extensive). Well, lo and behold, it was just the sensor again and they called me to let me know that it would be...$300 almost exactly. That's interesting? I thought maybe since it was a dealership, it might be more expensive. No, it cost $210 to plug in a sensor?? $210. Oh, btw, it costs $55 for labor at S&S Tires to replace and it took them like 5 minutes. Remember, I only brought it to Nissan because I thought it might be something else...not to get a quadruple service charge for the same, exact repair. Anyways, I went ahead and paid for it because with this sensor malfunctioning, I was legitimately having my vehicle turn off while going through an intersection or down the highway. So, there goes all the money in my bank account for this week. I already had to shell out $800 for taxes, $400 for two sick dogs, and a bunch of other random crap that drained my savings to 0. So, thanks Nissan in Sylacauga for gouging me for a simple repair and just adding to my already extensive financial woes. Maybe try just ripping off the rich people who can afford it and not people who work their a** off all week just to get slapped in the face. Better yet, just do good business. Rant over. I guess the goal of Nissan in Sylacauga is to take advantage of people and, especially, since this malfunctioning part gave such a high possibility of potentially causing a wreck, they knew I would pay the maximum that I needed to get it fixed and be safe on the road. I'm sure there is a word for that. Just imagine buying a car from them? 0 stars. Rant over for real this time.

My 2016 Nissan Frontier Oxygen sensor failed. They told my girlfriend it would cost $600 to replace it, plus $99 just to check the engine light cause. I bought a new sensor on Amazon for $68 and replaced it myself in 20 minutes.

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.
