My visit to the dealership was for an upgrade on anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) Coffee and snacks available and plenty of space to sit and read or watch TV as I waited. I was informed along the way how things were going with my car. They finished before the specified time and they made sure EVERYTHING was working as it should before I left the dealership. My 2013 Sportage had a check engine light appear. My first thought was that this would end up costing me lots of time and money. My service advisor, Tyler K. was extremely forthright about everything. In the end, after running an OBD scan and other testing it was a false check engine reading. I paid nothing (zero) dollars for this visit to the service department. It is so refreshing to work with honest people. I could have been charged for any number of services but not so at Sands. Thank you Sands Kia! You have a customer for life.

Your customer service is horrendous. I don't normally take on the extras like One Armor protection but we are in Arizona and I thought it would be worth it and this is my last vehicle. The team doing the work was terrible. They did not apply the product the all the paint surfaces and they did not treat the leather seats. When I brought this to the service advisors attention he said he would look into it and get back to me. I have not heard back from him or anyone else at Earnhardt Peoria Kia.

I originally gave a poor review regarding the communication with the service department. The manager dealt with my concerns quickly. I had my Kia towed in on Saturday because it was over heating. My car was fixed by Monday afternoon! The service reps provided great communication and explained the situation clearly. I'm very pleased with the service! The service manager reached out to me regarding my previous concerns. I really appreciate how everything was handled!
