I have nothing but praise for this amazing team! I went in with a 2008 vehicle that I was upside down on, not enough money for the down payment, and a credit score that was far from perfect. I truly didn’t think getting a newer vehicle would be possible. But they made it happen! I drove away in an AMAZING 2021 SUV! 🚙❤️ What touched me the most was how I was treated. Not once did they make me feel less than anyone else because of my credit or financial situation. They treated me like a five-star customer—honestly, they made me feel like a millionaire! The respect, kindness, patience, and genuine effort they showed me were unbelievable. A very special thank you to Husam (Sam) Aoufe, my amazing salesperson, and Tracy Brown, the Sales Manager who MADE IT HAPPEN! These two went above and beyond for me and turned what I thought was an impossible situation into one of the happiest days I’ve had in a long time. Typical dealership shenanigans. Took some back and forth to get to a deal. They did say they couldn't reach a deal , wished me well but still had my keys. Then all of sudden it worked out. The sales person was good. The finance guy was good and the guy that got the car ready.

We retired our 2008 Mercedes-Benz Class C-300, which had 167,000 miles of service. We contacted other dealerships regarding the car we wanted, but they had problems calling us back or following through with the process. We did not have that problem with Jessie. We purchased a 2023 Mercedes-Benz LT GLA250-W. We were able to do most of the work over the phone and on the computer with Jessie Becktell, and the final paperwork with Paul Navarrette. The CarFax report noted this car was purchased and serviced by this same dealership. That said a lot to me as a business owner because the best business is repeat business. We highly recommend Jessie for his professional service, and you will not find high pressure when you deal with the finance office either. Great teamwork!

I was honestly dreading the process because of past experiences with pushy salespeople, but this visit completely changed my perspective. Randall greeted us at the door with a warm, welcoming attitude and made us feel comfortable right away. He walked us through all of our available options without ever pressuring or rushing us. At no point did we feel pushed into making a decision. He took the time to answer every question, carefully compare leasing versus buying, and patiently adjust the numbers as many times as we asked. He remained kind and professional throughout and never made us feel like a burden. One thing we especially appreciated was that he consistently gave us space and privacy to talk things over whenever we needed to discuss features or pricing. Prices are good. They have extra fees, but so do all of the other places that I went to. Customer service was good, they were friendly, not fake. They went out of their way to help me get approved, which I appreciated. Fun games for the kids to play and snacks. In and out in less than 2 hours. Pretty happy over all. Thumbs up.

I recently purchased a used 2017 Buick Encore from them because I loved the model, the price was right, and it had great fuel efficiency. My experience started with Aaron in sales, who was incredibly professional and never put any high-pressure tactics on me.About 18 days after the purchase, the check engine light came on and off a couple of times. I had it scanned at O'Reilly and it pulled a P1101 code. Since the light had popped up briefly once right when the car was delivered, I called the dealership. I got in touch with the Service Manager, Josh Wells. Josh didn't argue with me for a second; he immediately listened and gave me an appointment to bring it in.When I arrived, I was met by Mason Nguyen, the service supervisor. Mason treated me with the utmost respect, got me processed quickly, and immediately provided a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be stranded. They kept my car for about four days, during which they actually sent it directly to GM to have the system reprogrammed because the computer kept reading bad solenoid codes. GM fully tested it, and the issue is completely resolved. Mason texted me when it was ready, handed me a full printout of the work done, and I was charged absolutely nothing. From the initial sale with Aaron to the post-purchase support from Josh and Mason, this dealership proved their professionalism and integrity. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend them! D.F

From the salesperson (Robert), the finance guy (Jim), to the service department (Debbie – because we had retractable Amp steps installed on our new Jeep) these people will treat you like family! Luis was very considerate of my wishes and did not pressure me. I found another vehicle online (at Arizona Car Sales) that fit my needs better, so I came back the next day.
