We recently purchased a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country from New Deal Pre-Owned Auto on October 27, 2026, and I have to say, this was one of the most pleasant vehicle-buying experiences we've had. A lot of that credit goes to Lori Fait and Amerika Armenta. Lori is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in automotive financing, and it certainly shows. She's knowledgeable, organized, and knows how to make the financing process go smoothly. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Amerika was just as outstanding. She has a warm, friendly personality, knows her vehicles, and makes customers feel comfortable and appreciated. Both ladies were great to work with, and their customer service deserves recognition. My wife calls this van her "unicorn," and after seeing its condition, I can understand why! It's not every day you come across an 18-year-old vehicle with low mileage that's been maintained this well. The body is straight and free of dents and dings, the paint is in remarkable condition, the tires are excellent, and the interior is about as close to showroom condition as you could possibly hope to find. It's exceptionally clean and drives beautifully. Finding something like this at such a great price was a real bonus! We were also impressed with the dealership itself. New Deal has a large inventory of pre-owned vehicles, and the property is clean, neat, and welcoming. It's nice to visit a dealership that takes pride in its appearance and provides a comfortable shopping experience. My wife needed a dependable vehicle with plenty of room for her vendor event supplies, and this Town & Country checked every box. She's delighted with it, and I'm equally pleased that we found such a great vehicle and a great deal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Deal Pre-Owned Auto. Lori and Amerika are excellent representatives of the dealership, and we sincerely appreciate the outstanding service we received. A well-deserved five stars!

I live in New Mexico but I looked across the country for the right car, the right vibe with the sales team, the right dealership, the right set of expectations met that matter to me. I was honestly dreading the process because of past experiences with pushy salespeople, but this visit completely changed my perspective. Randall greeted us at the door with a warm, welcoming attitude and made us feel comfortable right away. He walked us through all of our available options without ever pressuring or rushing us. At no point did we feel pushed into making a decision. He took the time to answer every question, carefully compare leasing versus buying, and patiently adjust the numbers as many times as we asked. He remained kind and professional throughout and never made us feel like a burden. One thing we especially appreciated was that he consistently gave us space and privacy to talk things over whenever we needed to discuss features or pricing. Prices are good. They have extra fees, but so do all of the other places that I went to. Customer service was good, they were friendly, not fake. They went out of their way to help me get approved, which I appreciated. Fun games for the kids to play and snacks. In and out in less than 2 hours. Pretty happy over all. Thumbs up.

I recently purchased a used 2017 Buick Encore from them because I loved the model, the price was right, and it had great fuel efficiency. My experience started with Aaron in sales, who was incredibly professional and never put any high-pressure tactics on me.About 18 days after the purchase, the check engine light came on and off a couple of times. I had it scanned at O'Reilly and it pulled a P1101 code. Since the light had popped up briefly once right when the car was delivered, I called the dealership. I got in touch with the Service Manager, Josh Wells. Josh didn't argue with me for a second; he immediately listened and gave me an appointment to bring it in.When I arrived, I was met by Mason Nguyen, the service supervisor. Mason treated me with the utmost respect, got me processed quickly, and immediately provided a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be stranded. They kept my car for about four days, during which they actually sent it directly to GM to have the system reprogrammed because the computer kept reading bad solenoid codes. GM fully tested it, and the issue is completely resolved. Mason texted me when it was ready, handed me a full printout of the work done, and I was charged absolutely nothing. From the initial sale with Aaron to the post-purchase support from Josh and Mason, this dealership proved their professionalism and integrity. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend them! D.F
