Josh has been our service advisor since I owned a 2008 Infiniti G35. I brought my car for service and during one of the visits, bought a 2012 QX30. Since then, I’ve owned a 2017 and 2019 QX30 and QX50. We have taken them all to Josh for service. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest.. He is the reason we take our cars back to Infiniti of Peoria. We would purchase another if there was a hybrid. As long as we own Infiniti, we will take them to Josh for service.

Dropped my truck off with fuel pump issue on Sunday night along with several other cars. They were able to look at it on Tuesday, 3 days for the parts to arrive, and back to me on Friday. My extended warranty is just about over but covered all of this work which is great and made the wait a little easier deal with.
