Ideal Cars help my wife and I get into a used 2006 Nissan Xterra, it is in great shape and I can fully work on it. The salesmen were awesome and went over everything, worked to get my wife a loan with a 1year old bankruptcy. The one thing none of us thought of addressing was the tires. While it was just over the 15day/500miles warranty they offer, the service department took care of us. It was the 2 rear tires that were the issue, had to replace one ourselves. When I contacted the service department Rick made it RIGHT! The 2 front tires were Wranglers AT and in great condition, no one would rotate them bc of the older bad tire I hadn't replaced. I got a rotation and replaced tire, the dealership took tire safety very serious. While yes I did have to take care of one of them the dealership stepped up thankfully bc I didn't have the budget for the 2nd one, and did not want to replace the 2 front tires bc they were in great shape. For used cars, good deals, and awesome service I do recommend Ideal Cars!

We had an amazing experience with Volvo of Tucson. Bought a certified v60. The car is in great shape and the warranties are even better. It is so comfortable, sleek and safe! Marty and Jason were fantastic sales team members and we had fun working with them. The financial team worked hard to help us, we were in a bind because we had just purchased a challenger scat pack and then I got into an accident that totaled my minivan (in the same night) so, we weren’t anticipating having to buy another car after the challenger. But they helped us! They don’t pressure, no game playing, just there to help you. We had been to a local VW dealership on the east side, the difference in care, quality, and honesty is night and day. No gimmicks, no hidden prices, nothing dishonest. They are all amazing! I highly recommend.

Seems to be a normal place. Not in any sort of hurry to sell you anything but I guess that's ok most the time. Days to reply to cars of interest or to test drive. The one said no need to schedule appointment just come by. Well the car I wanted to see was in the mechanic area and not allowed to look at it. Was bummed to say the least.

I bought a used Jeep Wrangler. The salesman Anthony Vega was a pleasure to work with. I got what I wanted at a good price. The manager Josh was excellent to work with. Josh used to sale Jeeps and took the time to demonstrate the features on a Rubicon, very knowledgable. I did experience a mechanical problem and the dealership made the repairs at no cost. The service department did a great job and was friendly. I am very happy.

A little delayed in writing this review, but had to do it. I went to look at a vehicle in November 2023. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Unfortunately it turned out to be out of my range financially, but the dealership and it's Employees were top class. They didn't try to pressure me or undermine me, they simply tried their best to get me the lowest possible price, while offering me a very fair value for my trade-in ... for which I was really impressed with and Thankful for. Great job All!
