Recently bought out the lease on a Honda CRV hybrid. Test drove several other hybrid SUVs in this size category. Honda CRV Hybrid was clearly the best decision. My 2022 Crosstrek was experiencing a slow-crank when my car was warmed up, which had been happening for quite a while. It had a new battery so that was not the problem. When I purchased my vehicle I bought the 10 year extended warranty so I called Peoria Subaru and made an appointment to drop my car off with Grant Draper in the Service Department. I wish I could give 100 stars to Grant and the Subaru Specialist(s) who worked on my car. Grant and his team really went above and way beyond to make sure they covered all diagnostic testing to diagnose the problem that could be causing the slow-crank. Every possibility had been tested and all came back positive. Despite this, Grant talked to his manager and they decided to order a starter and replace the current one in my car (even though it was testing fine). The Subaru Specialist(s) replaced the starter, charged the current battery and continued to perform testing to make sure the slow-crank had been resolved. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Grant, the Subaru Specialists and Peoria Subaru. Their customer service, care, professionalism is outstanding and unmatched!!! I will always be a return customer to Grant and Peoria Subaru. I cannot thank you all enough for the patience and care your put into resolving this issue. Thank you so much!!!

Ryan Valenzuela was the sales professional who helped me purchase my 2011 Honda CRV. He made the process so smooth, comfortable, and easy. When I’ve purchased cars from other dealerships in the past, the process took so long and the information provided to me seemed convoluted. Ryan Valenzuela called me on a Monday morning after I had left my callback number the previous Sunday night. I met with him that Monday morning at 10:30. He was very professional, polite, well mannered, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and made the purchasing process easier than I had ever experienced. I will surely keep his card and contact him when I make my next Honda purchase.

I gave you a 5 as I know how important these surveys are. I really enjoyed the service I received from the young lady who helped me. She was kind, friendly, and delivered my vehicle. I did not appreciate the finance advisor, who appeared put off about my limited time availability and my questioning of the numbers not adding up. He was not helpful at all in determining the issue and referred me to the sales manager. Finally, when I received the vehicle, I was asked to resign paperwork, or I would not get the car because he forgot to include a $43 fee for my plates. Only because I am in the industry and wanted to be helpful did I not say never mind. If you make the mistake, you own it. I legally did not have to sign the paperwork and legally I would not be obligated to. Nor could you take the car, we had legally binding documents. I would advise having your ducks in a row going forward to avoid this with other people. Finally, forcing IKON on people who don't want or need something after being told this was not part of the sale price is trash. It is a dealer add on that the purchaser should be able to decline. I will not be activating this service. I do not want or need it.

I was little hesitant to go to any dealer, let alone be a reseller firm..but after my interaction with Carmax, i must admit as i have been pleasantly surprised. First was the aggressive and competent pricing and then no hassle buying on thier website, even though i had to ship the car from NV to AZ, process was smooth, transparent and fully traceable. Then the day of visiting local mcarmax at Gilbert, AZ to test drive and purchase; Test drive was handled smoothly by friendly guys, specially Brian at Gilbert facility was very helpful and patient in answering all questions and making note of minor items which needed Carmax support to get it fixed. After i purchased the car, Carmax people promptly followed up, scheduled my visit to address items which i had raised; they worked very professionally. I would highly recommend Carmax an =d Gilbert Location in Arizona.
