What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

My appointment was 930. I arrive 15 minutes before that I was all signed in by 9:30 and since I was waiting for my car to have an oil changed i the service advisor said there was coffee and tea and water inside and to help myself if I wanted something to drink. It was promised to be done in two hours, but it was done in only an hour and a half, so I was very pleased with the whole appointment.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to buy a car. The only semi-positive experience was the salesman Daron, who was at least kind enough to listen to us and have a normal conversation. The manager Steve was extremely rude and they sent over the other guy Miles after we were there for about 3 hours of negotiation, just for him to be even more rude. I even left my wallet there and he had an attitude when I came back to get it. The main issue was their pricing, as they listed the car $2,000 cheaper than what I bought it for originally. I was going to come in to buy it at the lower price, but because they didn't fix the recall, it delayed us coming into buy it by a week. When we had come in next weekend, they raised the price by 2 grand and refused to negotiate down to the original price. I showed them proof, and Daron even that it was HIM who quoted me the lower amount. The only reason I bought this car was because I was exhausted by the process and felt it wasn't worth going back to the drawing board to find another car after months of searching. Overall, I felt taken advantage of and it was a regrettable experience. Don't waste your time here, as they will be rude, disrespectful and likely bait and switch you like they did with me. I feel like I was robbed of $2,000.

I drove an hour and a half from Citrus Heights to purchase a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5. I came pre-approved for financing, didn't negotiate the price, and even purchased an extended warranty. It should have been one of the easiest sales a dealership could ask for. Unfortunately, after the sale, everything went downhill. Because of paperwork mistakes on the dealership's end during their ownership transition, I was asked to make another 3-hour round trip to bring in a new check. Then I was told that one of the warranties I purchased had changed. It no longer covered the 12-volt battery (a known issue with the Ioniq 5), but I was still expected to pay the original price for reduced coverage. To make matters worse, I was told the warranty I actually wanted was no longer available, and there were no comparable alternatives. What bothered me most wasn't that mistakes happened, it was how they were handled. The attitude was essentially, "These are the new terms. Take it or leave it." There was no effort to make things right or acknowledge the amount of time and inconvenience their mistakes caused. I ultimately returned the car. Buying a car is a major purchase, and customer service matters just as much after the sale as it does before. Based on my experience, I recommend everyone to avoid this dealership.
