I can’t say enough good things about my service advisor, Jonathan Murillo, at Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills. My 2022 Tucson unexpectedly needed a transmission replacement, and Jonathan made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. From our very first conversation, he was patient, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the repair, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. His communication was excellent from start to finish. Jonathan told me the repair would likely take about 10 days because the transmission had to be replaced, and he was exactly right. The repair was completed within the timeframe he promised, everything was covered under warranty, and he arranged a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired, which made a huge difference. When the warning lights first came on, I considered going to a dealership closer to home. I’m so glad I made the drive to Mission Hills instead. The professionalism, honesty, and customer service I received made the extra drive completely worth it. Thank you, Jonathan, for treating me with such kindness and respect throughout the entire process. You turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate everything you did. I highly recommend asking for Jonathan if you need your Hyundai serviced.

What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

Sales team is dishonest and after negotiating the price on a car, and telling them I wouldn't be paying for the optional accessories, they never took them off the price and ended up sneaking a maintenance contract into the loan even when I told them I would not be paying extra for any additional maintenance or warranty packages. I drove an hour and a half from Citrus Heights to purchase a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5. I came pre-approved for financing, didn't negotiate the price, and even purchased an extended warranty. It should have been one of the easiest sales a dealership could ask for. Unfortunately, after the sale, everything went downhill. Because of paperwork mistakes on the dealership's end during their ownership transition, I was asked to make another 3-hour round trip to bring in a new check. Then I was told that one of the warranties I purchased had changed. It no longer covered the 12-volt battery (a known issue with the Ioniq 5), but I was still expected to pay the original price for reduced coverage. To make matters worse, I was told the warranty I actually wanted was no longer available, and there were no comparable alternatives. What bothered me most wasn't that mistakes happened, it was how they were handled. The attitude was essentially, "These are the new terms. Take it or leave it." There was no effort to make things right or acknowledge the amount of time and inconvenience their mistakes caused. I ultimately returned the car. Buying a car is a major purchase, and customer service matters just as much after the sale as it does before. Based on my experience, I recommend everyone to avoid this dealership.

I had an appalling experience with salesperson Aymen - BRIAN

I had an appalling experience with salesperson Aymen Abdulateef at Hyundai Huntington Beach, though Finance Manager Erik Mora stepped in and completely turned the situation around. From the start, I explicitly told Aymen I had no interest in dealer add-ons. Despite this, he attempted to pack over $10,000 worth of forced add-ons into the price he quoted me. When I asked him to explain mathematically how he calculated the monthly payment, he refused to break down the numbers and condescendingly told me he knew because "he said so." When I asked to speak with Finance Manager Erik Mora, Aymen repeatedly lied, claiming no one by that name worked there, and even called me "crazy" for asking—a lie that fell apart seconds later when Erik himself walked up to see what was happening. Once Erik took over, the experience changed completely. Erik was professional, transparent, and genuinely looked out for my best interests. He went out of his way to call the bank directly, secured a much better financing structure, and managed to lower my monthly payment by $50 while removing the unnecessary extras. Aymen showed a complete lack of integrity, transparency, and basic courtesy—avoid working with him at all costs. However, if you do end up at this location, demand to work with Erik Mora in Finance. He is a true professional who actually respects his customers and gets results.

I came in for some service when my leased vehicle was having engine trouble while on a road trip passing thru town. I was helped by Dominic, who is an absolute super star. Dominic was able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved in no time. He also identified a minor recall on my vehicle and got it fixed while I was there. Dominic single-handledly saved my roadtrip and earned this dealership a top-notch rating. Oh, and my car got washed. If you come in for service, go find Dominic.
