I worked with Brian Baker as my sales associate on leasing my new Ionic 5 and he was fantastic. We were interested in the Limited trim which is hard to find, but Brian found us one in the color we wanted and got back to me promptly when it was available. He provided me with excellent service and was very knowledgeable about the car. The overall offered pricing and details were very clear and no nonsense. I felt like I understood the deal, and the overall leasing process was really easy. FYI - I drove the car home after the lease paperwork was completed - so no home delivery. Also, I did not do a trade in. Thank you, Brian, for a great leasing experience!!!

I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.

I came in for some service when my leased vehicle was having engine trouble while on a road trip passing thru town. I was helped by Dominic, who is an absolute super star. Dominic was able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved in no time. He also identified a minor recall on my vehicle and got it fixed while I was there. Dominic single-handledly saved my roadtrip and earned this dealership a top-notch rating. Oh, and my car got washed. If you come in for service, go find Dominic.
