Yesterday my wife and I bought a Santa Fe at Temecula Hyundai after looking for months elsewhere at other SUVs. Thanks to Cory, the Sales Manager, who was instrumental at walking us through the process in a friendly, professional, and honest manner. I recognized that right from the start they gave us a rock bottom price, no haggling necessary. Cory also showed us a way to save even more money on our purchase. There were also a few extra accessories we needed, which he let us order at 'cost', a significantly discounted price. He even gave us a fair price for our trade-in. Also, thanks to Chase for initially spending a lot of time with us, showing us the vehicle and answering all our questions. Thanks to Anthony in online sales who we initially contacted and sent us a detailed pricing email and also helped me with obtaining accessories. And finally thanks to Tony who aided in the entire process, set us up on Blue Link, and gave us the final tour of our new vehicle. My wife went in one evening on her own while I was working, on the recommendation of a relative who knew the owner Randy. She talked to Randy, and then spoke to Ken, who gave her the initial quote. She had done her research online before even setting a foot on the dealership.
When we both went back the next day ... both Randy and Ken were off, but Randy told us to talk to Alfredo, who we dealt with the rest of the way. We had already been to two other dealerships - and didn't feel comfortable with either. Everyone at Harbor made us feel at ease.
We were both able to test drive a couple of vehicles on our own ... and in the end my wife decided to spend a little bit extra and go with the 2017 Santa Fe Limited Ultimate that had very low mileage. It took a while going back and forth to work the numbers, but Alfredo was patient, worked with us to stay within our budget, and we got a deal done. We both found him transparent, personable, and unpressured.
We traded in our car and drove home in the new SUV. We absolutely love it.
We would highly recommend Alfredo, and any of the other staff there that we dealt with and negotiated with. Driving away - we both wished we would have saved time and visited Harbor Hyundai from the beginning; although we don't live in the area - it would have saved time and stress. The extra drive was worth it.

It was this simple, I reached out to several dealers in Southern California and asked for the best out the door price. Mr. Zohaib Saleem sent me the best price, and once I arrived, that price was honored, unlike many dealers in the area. There was no pressure when I arrived at the dealer; everyone was friendly and professional.

Nick was an excellent, knowledgeable salesperson. I had no intention of buying a car yesterday and did - that says a lot about his salesmanship! I have two points to make about the dealership. First, customers should be allowed to test drive on the freeway. Driving on surface streets does not allow you to see how much “pick up” a car has when accelerating to faster speeds. Secondly, I am adamantly opposed to Glendale Hyundai spraying artificial deodorizers in the car during detailing. Not only are these smells carcinogenic, they give me migraines! If the smell had been in the car when I arrived at the dealership, I would never have taken it for a test drive. Unfortunately, it was sprayed with a deodorizing aerosol after I purchased it. I am still trying to get the smell out of my car! If adding a smell is necessary, at least use a natural alternative.

Came in today, Saturday August 8th, to have my tire pressure checked since the warning light came on. Waiting first in Chris Calden's line while he finished up with a customer. He looked at me and turned away. Only a few minutes had passed when he was finished with his customer. He walked by me and said he would be with me in a minute. He went outside and conversed with two other employees. After a bit, he started to walk inside to help me........or so I thought. As he was making his way indoors, an attractive young woman approached him to help her. He ignored me entirely and took her ahead of me. Not one word was said to me. I couldn't believe it. I am a 71 year old woman who has always had a great relationship with the people in the dealership where I buy my new cars. This is the first time I have bought a Hyundai and so far I am very disappointed with the service here in Roseville. Thankfully, a very pleasant young man, Chris Logan, came to my rescue and helped me out. I give Chris Logan 5 stars for his great attitude, polite manner and willingness to help me. If I decide to return her to have my car serviced, you can be sure I will do all that I can to avoid Chris Calden.
For me personally, he is a disgrace to the great reputation of the rest of your dealership.
