All of the people we encountered that work at Inland Empire were friendly and professional.
The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low.
All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!

The one thing that mildly perturbed me was the internet salesman gave me a price with all the discounts and rebates which was a very good price.. It peaked my interest enough to make an appointment to go to the dealership... Upon arriving that salesman was not there and another one took over. |After explaining to me that I did not qualify for some of the discounts it brought the price up about another $1200 dollars which in the end with taxes that is a total of around $1400 more because the rebate of $3500 was also taxed...Oh well that"s life.
...They did give me a fair price for my trade in thus the deal was made and I love the car I bought. If I was the first salesman's boss I would tell him next time to give the low price with all the discounts and rebates and clarify it by saying (if eligible)..If that was the case then I would not have felt like there was a bate and switch so on and so forth.....

Dealing with Hyundai of Moreno Valley was a refreshing experience compared to many I have had. Jay Saeed, Michael Jacobs, and the entire Hyundai of Moreno Valley staff were helpful, honest, and upfront through all steps of the car-buying process. We were not pressured, confused, or blindsided in any way; the entire staff are professionals and acted like it. I got a good deal as well. We had to wait a little longer on the day of the sale, but everything was completed in one day (unlike some sleazy dealers who will make you pay more after the deal is done). I highly recommend this dealership. I will certainly be back when I look for another car.
