I knew what car I wanted and wanted to get it as cheap as I could. I messaged 20+ dealerships overnight. Aldo Balgioni responded. He was short and professional, at no point did he seem like he was selling something, but he still seemed engaged. He asked me what I wanted, I told him, and he met me at my requirements and price without any hassle. I came in and bought the car, out the door in less than an hour. Even on the finance side, the advice was actually consultative and helpful. I would likely end up re-leasing with them for life, assuming there is no change in how the place was managed.

Lamar was an awesome advocate for me as a customer. I had a very firm idea of what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and he worked for hours (literally, almost 5 hours) to help me get as close as possible to my ideal. He was incredibly respectful and professional, but also really personable, which made the long process less stressful. And when I almost had to leave my car behind because my current insurance provider was on some good-good, he popped up with not one, not two, but three connections to insurance providers. He also made sure my car was detailed before it got to me, filled my gas tank, filled my parent’s gas tank since they gave me a ride to the dealership, and offered to order food in for my dad when his blood sugar started to bottom out (he’s diabetic). Service really doesn’t get any better than that and I would recommend Lamar to everybody AND their mama.

Arrived at the dealership late at night and towards closing. Was very welcomed and not pushed by fast talking car salesmen. Test drove two vehicles but they were the wrong color. Greg went out of his way to find the car and color that I wanted. Gave me great discounts. Started all the process that he could that night and worked on getting me the best financing for my budget and came back the next day to finish up the paperwork and drive home in my new car.
