Inventory was great. First sales guy (and team) were great. Getting to the exact glcat we want great. Sales 'manager' was not great. But we got where we needed and I felt like he was being mostly honest. He did say he didn't know what the invoice price was on the vehicle. If their sales manager isn't aware of what they pay (ignoring other incentives) that is pretty ... Dumb. So it's either dumb or dishonest. Financial process was good... Until the finance team tried to sneak $2500 worth of extra costs into financing. Had she clarified they were options and added in as default, I could be ok. But she didn't highlight them until specifically asked when digging through the line items on the documents. Then she tried to guilt me into it 'oh you really need gap coverage'. Really? The other part that went downhill... Paperwork done and it took at least two hours to get the car.

Unlike other dealership experiences, there was no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. I was highly impressed by my salesman, Ayar, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand the vehicle's functions when I picked it up. I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.
