Customer service has always been the strongest feature of Hyundai of Bakersfield. When I walk in I feel like I'm reuniting with old friends. I sit in the comfortable waiting room while my car is being serviced. I'm provided with complimentary water and baked goods. There's a flat screen TV with all the good channels. I never have to wait too long because because of how fast the technicians are. I feel most comfortable taking my car to Hyundai of Bakersfield because they are trained to know my Hyundai Accent best, however I highly recommend this auto shop regardless of what vehicle you drive.

The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low.
All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!

Livio was fantastic! Told him we were looking to trade in a car and what kind of budget we were looking at for monthly payments. He reviewed the cars that were available on his phone and showed us each one that fit our criteria. Because I'm not too picky I weighed out the options and test drove my top pick. After that I was sold ! Went right in and did the paperwork with ease! He was professional and personable it was great working with him to find a car. Dealing with Hyundai of Moreno Valley was a refreshing experience compared to many I have had. Jay Saeed, Michael Jacobs, and the entire Hyundai of Moreno Valley staff were helpful, honest, and upfront through all steps of the car-buying process. We were not pressured, confused, or blindsided in any way; the entire staff are professionals and acted like it. I got a good deal as well. We had to wait a little longer on the day of the sale, but everything was completed in one day (unlike some sleazy dealers who will make you pay more after the deal is done). I highly recommend this dealership. I will certainly be back when I look for another car.
