The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low.
All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!

Brought my car in thought I had a drain plug leak after a recent oil change , had Service Advisor Clayton Kropp check it out for me , turned out it was a transmission seal leak and on this model when the seal leaks you have to change the whole transmission due to it being a sealed system. My car was just out of warranty, Clayton went to bat for me once again submitting all my documentation and I ended up paying a minimal fee for my NEW transmission , you just can't get better service than Roseville Hyundai, they really go above and beyond... thanks again Clayton, really appreciate it....

Dealing with Hyundai of Moreno Valley was a refreshing experience compared to many I have had. Jay Saeed, Michael Jacobs, and the entire Hyundai of Moreno Valley staff were helpful, honest, and upfront through all steps of the car-buying process. We were not pressured, confused, or blindsided in any way; the entire staff are professionals and acted like it. I got a good deal as well. We had to wait a little longer on the day of the sale, but everything was completed in one day (unlike some sleazy dealers who will make you pay more after the deal is done). I highly recommend this dealership. I will certainly be back when I look for another car.

I was looking for a particular color, trim, and drivetrain that are a very difficult combination to find for this model. The closest vehicle that matched my search was over 200 miles away and Winn not only bought it from that dealership and drove it here but they also offered me a price lower than any similar models listed for sale in the entire state! They didn't try to pressure me into lowering my standards or looking at other more expensive models that I wasn't interested in. I stopped by early in the morning and they made sure my car was washed, detailed, and had a full tank of gas before I arrived. I was there for about 2 hours and did all the financing/paperwork and got shown how to use all the features of my new car. Awesome and chill experience, I would definitely recommend them to friends looking to buy a car. Shoutout to Michael and George for being so helpful and accommodating.

I've never had as wonderful experience as I had Monday, 12-18-17. Edgar Gonzalez and the other staff for that day were so nice! My 2014 Sonata needed servicing. Here are some perks, not necessarily in order of importance:
1. Free doughnuts, fruit, coffee and hot chocolate to make the wait enjoyable
2. Free oil change
3. Free car wash inside and out
And they had me driving home in a timely manner!

I left my car for a warranty check up because my rear tires were cupping. Was told they might need to keep it overnight ( the appointment was made 3 weeks in advance). The advisor sent me a text to check on status. Sent him a text towards the end of the day. No response. Called back the next day. He is off and cannot get an answer on the status until he comes back to work. What a bogus answer.

My only complaint with the dealership is that we were unable to make a deal. They assured me that they have never lost a customer due to pricing, however when I did some research and explained what other dealers in LA and the Bay area were offering me they simply told me that I would have better luck at one of those dealerships I would have rather kept my business local, but for a difference of a couple thousand dollars I will gladly buy someone's lunch and gas money to drive me to one of those locations. Again I have no other complaints about the dealership other than that, but they did lose a customer due to pricing.
