Our sales guy, Cody Hamlin, made the whole process so easy. I definitely gave him a run for his money with all the questions I had about every detail of the paperwork before we finalized the deal. I’m a very detail-oriented person, and Cody was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to answer and explain every question I had. Just purchased the 2026 Tucson Hybrid-Electric gas car from Arilynn and Jimmy! I have been completely amazed at the service and attention that we have received from the very beginning! What makes this even more remarkable is that I bought this car over the phone and not in person! We live in San Francisco, but Arilynn and Jimmy treated me as if I were there. Since we were trading in our current car, Arilyn drove the new car here to San Francisco for the switch. Talk about over-the-top service! The whole process of going through the paperwork and signing took about 1.5 hours, but having done so in the comfort of your home is a true game-changer! I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.
