Just purchased the 2026 Tucson Hybrid-Electric gas car from Arilynn and Jimmy! I have been completely amazed at the service and attention that we have received from the very beginning! What makes this even more remarkable is that I bought this car over the phone and not in person! We live in San Francisco, but Arilynn and Jimmy treated me as if I were there. Since we were trading in our current car, Arilyn drove the new car here to San Francisco for the switch. Talk about over-the-top service! The whole process of going through the paperwork and signing took about 1.5 hours, but having done so in the comfort of your home is a true game-changer! They made me feel heard, understood my financial situation, and helped me find the perfect vehicle—a 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy in grey. As a salesperson myself, I know I am not an easy customer to negotiate with. Andrew did an amazing job, remaining calm and personable throughout the entire process. Robert’s composed approach helped us reach a deal that worked exceptionally well for me, and Youssef handled the final paperwork quickly, efficiently, and without any pressure. I also want to highlight Diego, a sales representative who did not work on my sale but took the time to show genuine care. I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.
