No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. I am a loyal customer and will be back for regular maintenance soon. Good people are hard to come by, so Tracy VW keep him happy!

Jeff and the Team at Paradise Chevrolet were great. I was scheduled for a routine maintenance service, but we added some minor things to the service queue. Jeff told me up front it would take a little extra time, but they were able to handle it in a timely manner. I waited at the dealership and enjoyed looking at other vehicles since my son is in the market for a Colorado or Canyon truck. I've been coming to Paradise for 25+ years and have no reason to change as I do have many other choices based on where I work/travel. Paradise Chevrolet, Jeff Hunt and the Service Team are AWESOME!! Austyn Munguia Is a very good service advisor. He listens to the customer.and we had several useful exchanges. He pointed out that the coupon I had received only covered 5 quarts of oil and our 3.8l Genesis needed 5+. He considered all my coupons and got me the lowest price. I appreciate the text I received for several free inspections. He told me that the front brakes are close to needing pads and rotors. Because I would want to complete that service while waiting, we coordinating doing a parts check before scheduling service and pre-ordering anything not in stock. I'm expecting good service working with Austyn.
