I want to express my gratitude to AJ, the service desk, and the service manager for their exceptional support. A special shout-out goes to AJ for his dedication and for patiently addressing all my calls and visits, which were quite frequent. When purchasing a new car, you anticipate a seamless experience, but I encountered a few issues. After having the seat cover replaced, my only remaining concern is that the molded plastic cover, which conceals the seat frame when you open the door, wasn't installed correctly. This cover features four guide stakes and two spring clips on top, and I was able to reinstall it correctly myself rather than bringing my truck back in. As an FSE for a biochemistry robotic company, I understand the importance of ensuring that all covers and hardware are installed properly; loose hardware is simply not an option for us. It's a standard we uphold diligently to avoid any return service visits. My primary concern is ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Larry, Katlyn and the service team were efficient today. If I could rate them individually: Larry was a superstar! His customer service was exceptional; even under pressure with overbearing team lead giving him flack for all of the customers to hear! Katlyn was knowledge, understanding and aiding me with my next appointment for service. Lastly today was an unusual service demand. I appreciate the service teams ability to get me in and out in 90 mins or less.

Not only was the work completed on time, but everything was explained to me clearly so I understood exactly what was done and why it was necessary. It's not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this experience gave me full confidence. No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. I am a loyal customer and will be back for regular maintenance soon. Good people are hard to come by, so Tracy VW keep him happy!

I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager!

I made an appointment online for my RAM truck. I then wanted more details about my upcoming appointment. My first call was to the service manager. I got a recording to leave a message. I wanted to speak to somebody. I then made another call and was told I would receive a return phone call. 5 hours later, no call. I made another call and asked to speak to a service writer. I was connected to Brandon. Once I was connected, everything went smoothly. My questions about my service were answered and parts (tires) were reserved. Brandon gets 5 stars.
