Went in to get service on my Prius, which has near 250k miles on it. I trust AutoNation Toyota in Hayward to help me care for my car and keep it going! Today Ray was super helpful and got me set up with all the services I wanted (oil change, tire rotation, alignment) and answered all my questions. I love that they have my service history on record to check in on what services were previously done on my car, it’s really helpful. It’s also great when the mechanic can send a video of the inspection, it feels personalized and like they took the time to check on everything. Highly recommend this place!

The service advisor, Makan Ardalani, was super attentive and kept me in the loop about everything. When they took my car for service, they sent me a video tour from inside of the maintenance facility, showing me exactly what they were doing. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was at this dealership. The amenities and facilities are super modern and comfy. I’m already looking forward to my next service. BMW of Mountain View has definitely won me over!

His promptness in answering questions (texts) from me has to be commended. He has knowledge about BMW products & is willing to share that knowledge. He is an asset to BMW of Roseville - he has become my go to person regarding questions on my X5.
