Easiest deal I ever had. I had looked for this truck at many regional dealers but they all had 3,000 I. Magic dealer charges. These guys said that they have dealer options but all are optional. I walked in at 12, waited a few minutes for Matt. I was home with my new truck filled and washed by 2:15, and I live 20 minutes away. Best price. Better service. No pressure. No bait and switch.

Went in to look at a truck about an hour before closing. Marcus was so helpful even though he was already helping 3 other groups as he was the only salesperson left for the day. While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.

The buying experience was the best, I have had. Our sales person "Connor" was great, very relatable and intuitive to the type of trim levels we were looking for. He listened to what we were saying and never steered us to in any other direction. Connor answered our questions, and we never felt that he was pressuring us to "Seal the Deal!" When we settled on a vehicle and were ready to negotiate, Our sales manager Steve was strait forward as well. We were able to negotiate a great price and also not getting force to buy extra applied "packages" that we did not want, "except for some options that were already on or applied to the vehicle. Dan from financing was also great. He pushed a little for some of the extra tack on option and fees, but was able to reason with us on getting the extended 10 year warranty, "and with all the electronics that are My Denali Truck and think it is wise to have." got us through the paper work fast, and after a intense day of car buying were on our way home. "Oh Dan also volunteered to stop by our house to get the pink slip for our trade in!" I believe we got a great deal on our truck and thank you Folsom Lake GMC for a very good experience.
