Appreciate all the Edgar did to help me out. There were some issues with the truck not having the bed cover properly installed, the left front tire had a cell stem issue and lost air as I was driving off the lot. I had to return the vehicle and borrow a loaner car. Edgar and the Sales Manger did a great job of jumping in to help me out after hours when the tire was losing air.

I did not catch his last name but J.R. in service was very helpful, courteous, friendly and took care of my needs as well as offering me a 3 oil change special for my Duramax which will save me a tremendous amount of money down the road. Everybody I ran into while at the dealership was very friendly. A female employee even opened the door for me! I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and I will bring my truck back for all of its service needs in the future.

I was able to easily make an appointment online for a drop off a few days later, drop off was quick and easy. They were honest up front about how long it might take to get diagnostics run, and they kept me informed of progress even if there wasn't any. Ron was easy to get a hold of if needed but made sure to call once daily with updates on progress. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the price to diagnose and replace a clamp within my exhaust system was more than $500.00 and that feels a bit steep to me. My car is back to running like new.

The best dealership experience I've ever had, and I've been around a while. It was a Friday and I was just passing through from out of state. My check engine light came on that morning. Long story short, I pulled into the service Lane and was told that they didn't have that rare part in stock and that they were sure they'd be able to fix my truck on Monday. I told (I think it was Jerry) that I was from out of state and I'd have nowhere to stay through the weekend. He said he'd do what he could. I got a call that he found the part in Sacramento and that if his mechanic would work on Saturday, I could get it back then. I got another call about 2:30 that my truck was ready. UN xxxxxx BELIEVABLE!!!!
