Dealership provided the 20k service complimentary since I had recently purchased the car used and there was not a record of it being performed. ETA for inspection was accurate. Was checked in right away. Waiting area/snacks was sufficient. Did not address all of my concerns outside of the basic inspection I asked about having a 3rd key made in order to access the Volvo app or if there was another way to access it so I’m unable to use all the features. Also, there was 1 tire that was more worn than the others but still had about 10k of tread left according to tire centers. Volvo keeps attempting to contact due to a “declined repair” which isn’t even necessary.

I live in Idaho. Outstanding Dealership and staff. A bucket flew out of a truck and went under my 2024 expedition last night and tore off the lower valance air dam. I went to Price Ford this morning and Albert Ramos service advisor took my car in and they removed the broken part so I could drive and inspected underside of car for damage. They didn’t even charge me. Several years ago I lost the rear differential seals on my 2011 expedition while traveling here. They took my car and repaired it under warranty and got me back on the road. If I lived here they would be my go to dealership for all service , repairs and vehicle replacement. Ed

Service department didn't support early failure of my Prius V brakes, a well-known flow and safety issue. The store and Toyota Corporate didn't cover. As a long-time Toyota owner my trust is fading with Toyota.

I went to Honda of DTLA to get the oil changed on my wife's Honda Fit. When I arrived, the service intake person, immediately popped the hood and took out his phone and turned on its light. He stuck the phone down by the radiator reservoir and told me it was empty. He then stated that there is something wrong and that the radiator system would need to be completely flushed and new radiator fluid added. I stated that why don't they just fill up the reservoir. He responded that may cause air bubbles. Since its my wife's car, I said to go forward with it. The oil change and the radiator flush was performed. Later that day I popped the hood after an hour's driving and checked to see the if the radiator reservoir was full. The reservoir was completely empty! I called the service intake person and told him about it. He then stated he would speak to the technician who performed the service. The technician stated that there should be no radiator fluid in the reservoir when the car was hot. I reminded the service intake person that the car was hot when I brought it in for service and that he had showed me the reservoir was empty and because it was empty that it was a problem and should be flushed and refilled to avoid any damage. The car is regularly serviced (not at this dealership) and has never overheated nor has any warning lights appeared. The lie had been exposed. I was upsold a service that was not needed. I subsequently spoke with the service manager, who could not explain the service intake person's reasoning of why this service was needed. After a long conversation he agreed to give store credit. I declined and wanted a full refund for the service I did not need. I further stated this is why people do not trust dealerships. He said that he would have to go higher up to get approval for a refund. I said that was a good step forward and that I would call him back to follow up. So far, I have left two messages for him to return my call and so far nothing. The receptionist states that he is away from his desk. Let's see if Honda of DTLA can make right. We shall see.

I would like to share my recent experience at the service center on July 21, 2025. I visited Envision Ford of Duarte for a routine 20,000-mile service on my 2024 Ford Maverick. To my surprise, I was quoted $1,400 for the service. Despite waiting 20–30 minutes, I did not receive a clear explanation for the high cost, which led me to seek service elsewhere. I then went to Norm Reeves Ford Superstore Service Center, where I was quoted $390 for the same service. The difference in both pricing and customer experience was significant. I received prompt, courteous, and professional service. I would especially like to commend Eduardo Millian, who provided exceptional care and attention throughout the process. His professionalism made a lasting impression, and I truly felt valued as a customer. Eduardo deserves an A+ rating and 5 stars for his outstanding service.
