I never had any issues whenever I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service at Larry H. Miller, but my last experience definitely had some room for improvement.
I scheduled my vehicle to have the oil changed and the climate control/radio control panel was not working. When dropping off my Jeep, I was offered transportation to take me wherever I needed to go. As the day went on, I never received a follow up phone call. I finally called towards the end of day to get an update and was told they would need to hold it overnight. As a single person (luckily I work from home and live in the city), this is my only mode of transportation, so getting a call before the end of the day with an update on the status of my vehicle should be SOP (I shouldn't have to call myself). I was then told I would get an update the next morning.
Next morning comes and goes, and yet I had to call again to find out the status of my Jeep. Was told they tried to troubleshoot the climate/radio control panel, nothing was working, so they ended up ordering a new control panel and it would take several days to arrive, but my vehicle was ready for pick up. I then mentioned I would be there as soon as I could get a Uber ride, which I ended up booking myself. The service department advisor (Robbie) called back a few minutes later asking if I needed an Uber, which was too late as mine was due to arrive within the next minute. Picking up my vehicle, everything went fine and I drove off.
Well, after a few minutes, I noticed the control panel was working!!!! I also checked my UConnect app and they didn't reset the computer as my "Oil Life" indicator was still showing 67%, which is what it was when I dropped off the vehicle. Now I wonder if they even performed the oil change or tire rotation as requested.
I always had great and thorough service and follow up with my previous experiences with the service department, but this one definitely needed some improvement.

Buying a new Ram from this dealership was a pleasure, staff was upfront with costs. Austin and Tim were both outstanding with how they worked with me. Ordered vehicle was taking longer than normal, they worked with me getting loaners when I needed one. Finally I saw a Ram on the lot that I liked better than my ordered vehicle, Austin did his best to get me into it at the same cost as my ordered vehicle, which he did after finding every rebate I would qualify for. This dealership gave me a lot of personal attention during this time, couldnt be happier with how I was treated.

I found a car through Cargurus and at Johnson’s Dodge in Colorado. I researched the dealership through Google reviews etc and found that Rich Jeffers was quite the salesman, I was wrong! I inquired on a vehicle at Johnson’s Dodge and was then contacted by Rich Jeffers. He asked me to fill out a pre approval which I did, but then that’s when everything went south. My credit is not the greatest and apparently Rich was keen on that fact so basically gave up on me. He did not return calls, texts or emails after that knowingly the deal was dead. I had to reach out to him to follow up on the last bank (Wells Fargo) with no answer from him. Curiously, I called with a different number and HE ANSWERED! He ducked all my calls, texts and emails knowing the deal was dead and I was a “waste of his time”. I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever!!

Had a terrible experience at Toyota Mountain Denver. I am a single older mom, and I wanted a Toyota Tacoma. They had an overpriced truck, and wouldn’t budge one penny on sticker price...remember I am a dumb old lady! Not so! My son and I walked out. Dodge Fiat Larry Miller had a Toyota Tacoma 2020 that had been traded in. It is a beautiful truck. I controlled my enthusiasm while checking out this truck. The staff from my sales person, the manager to financing couldn’t have been kinder, engaging, and fair. Mountain Denver Toyota could take a training class from this dealership.

Needed recall work done. No one will call you back, no one will give give you the info you need about the work. They wanted multiple days for software fixes and an egr valve. I didn't realize this since i do work on trucks and egr valves are not generally difficult. When i left the dealership after convincing them to try to do it within one full day( no loaner had a friend get me) they told me they would call when it was finished. They didnt. One day after some of the work was done I received a letter that an AEM software update was needed and it was part of a settlement for emissions fixing. They did not do this fix or mention it, my receipt only mentioned the egr, which was leaking, and i have to assume they chose not to complete the recalls.

They promised us floor mats (generic we’re supposed to be Denali) which took months to arrive after about 20 calls they beat around the bush and don’t keep their promises! Got caught in the lot looking around. George wrote a deal and we just couldn't come together on. We were leaving and he caught us and offered to run it different to be closer to what we were needing. He called us back in and we signed papers on the new deal. We insured the truck and waited on finance. They claimed the system went down so we would have to sign the next day. Looking now I believe that was a lie. The next morning as we're cleaning out our trades he casks and says the deal was structured wrong so we would have to go back to the original way he wrote it and asked us to come in and sign on it. I believe it was a con the whole time and a simple trick to get is in on his original deal. Bad practice. Avoid their scams. This is the second time I've been treated poorly here and I will not return. I sold cars for 3 years at a lot 30 minutes west of here. I would never dream of doing this to a customer and I know exactly what he was trying to do. I do not recommend them at all.

My son bought a used truck that within days began to have serious problems. The dealer after much negotiation replaced the fuel pump but refused to do anything re the new injectors that were needed and cost us $4,600. When I spoke to Rick, the service manager, he told me that most people trade in used vehicles because there's something wrong with them. He said they put just a small amount of gasoline or diesel fuel in them, drive them around for about twenty minutes, and then put them on the lot to sell. He was also rude and kept interrupting me. He made the best case I've ever heard for never buying a used vehicle especially from them. I had to finance the truck for my son, and I never received a thank you for my business. I sent the first payment to them, because that's what was on my paperwork, and I'd never received anything from a bank. They mailed my check back to me with a post-it note on it that read "DO NOT(underlined) send us your loan payment. You need to be paying your lender directly for your loan." I wasn't going to write a bad review because I usually just let things go, but that was the last straw. Avoid this dealer for used vehicles at all costs. The only good thing was the salesman, Chase.

Horrible. I spent 10,000 on a new engine for a 2001 jeep cherokee with no other issues. It has been back to their shop for maintenance SIX times, the check engine light has come on every time. It is now on for the SEVENTH time and I have been waiting almost THREE weeks for them to "find" a loaner car. I called, left messages, called again, no replies. It is dead in my driveway, I am out 10 grand. This place is horrible.
