We had been given the run around by two other Chrysler Dealerships. David explained how dealerships are behind, but instead of giving us excuses he provided SERVICE! Check engine light went on in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler today. Sought an appointment and was told the earliest available appointment was October 20th. No effort to reassure me that it could wait without damaging the vehicle. No effort to accommodate a need prompted by a warning light. Take it or leave it was the attitude so I left it and will pay for service at another service option for a vehicle with 2,400 miles and under warranty.

We had such an amazing experience with everyone at Steamboat Motors, from the service team to the sales team! We had drove our truck and travel trailer up from Florida and unfortunately broke down. Steamboat Motors worked with us to help us get a new truck so that we could continue our journey! Five star services, five star sales and five star finance!! Highly recommended!! We are so appreciative of how fast and efficient they were able to get us out of there with a lower interest rate than we had in the previous truck!

Jeep Service has gone in the toilet since Groove bought the dealership. Not my first problem with this incompetent group. This time the engine light came on on my Jeep Wrangler and I called for an appointment, and was told to drop off the car the next day. Actually dropped it off the night before. Turned out to be a sensor that failed and they said they would have it the next day, and the service call would be completed the next day (that is today) along with other services that were due that I requested. So after calling numerous times today with no answer or call back, I finally drove over at 5PM only to find out that they had not touched my car all day and really had no idea when the work would be done. Guess they just assumed I did not need the car over the weekend. Finally gave up and just took the car without the service being done.
Over the last two days, I have called 6 times and no one answers a phone, and no one returns a call. I was told they called me this morning to tell me a part was not available. I did not receive a call and no message was left. I really hate to be lied to. The only way I can get an update is to actually drive to the dealership. The have one person working the service desk for all Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge/Ram. Not her fault!!! They tell me the problem is lack of personnel. If that is the problem, then maybe they should significantly reduce the number of appointments they are accepting. And maybe the Service GM should get out of her office and answer some calls. Or maybe get a salesperson who is standing around doing not much of anything make a few calls. Done with this place.
FOLLOW-UP. So the Silverthorne Police just left my house. The GM of the dealership called the police and claimed that I said "who do I have to shoot to get service around here." Never said it. Never even insinuated it. And they had no video to support it. I did walk into the GM's office in the middle of a meeting, which included the head of service, and said they had the worst service department I had ever experienced. Guess if you speak your mind, they call the cops. Again I repeat, avoid these people at all cost unless you want the Silverthorne Police at your door.

Needed recall work done. No one will call you back, no one will give give you the info you need about the work. They wanted multiple days for software fixes and an egr valve. I didn't realize this since i do work on trucks and egr valves are not generally difficult. When i left the dealership after convincing them to try to do it within one full day( no loaner had a friend get me) they told me they would call when it was finished. They didnt. One day after some of the work was done I received a letter that an AEM software update was needed and it was part of a settlement for emissions fixing. They did not do this fix or mention it, my receipt only mentioned the egr, which was leaking, and i have to assume they chose not to complete the recalls.

Buying a new Ram from this dealership was a pleasure, staff was upfront with costs. Austin and Tim were both outstanding with how they worked with me. Ordered vehicle was taking longer than normal, they worked with me getting loaners when I needed one. Finally I saw a Ram on the lot that I liked better than my ordered vehicle, Austin did his best to get me into it at the same cost as my ordered vehicle, which he did after finding every rebate I would qualify for. This dealership gave me a lot of personal attention during this time, couldnt be happier with how I was treated.
