This dealership failed to have attention to detail they sold me a new 2020 charger without the license plate mount attached claimed they needed to order the hardware which supposedly took 3 weeks to get then when I brought them the car they ask me for the hardware which they should’ve already had they ended up using the two screws meant for the plate they halved assed practically everything and it’s clear they don’t care because this is my 3rd review I’m leaving you guys pulled one over on this veteran hope you’re proud of the business you have built I know I’d be disappointed if a I was the owner of this place

Worst experience I have ever had. My air conditioning would not turn off, they had my car for a full week. No rental car, no offer for a loner car, nothing...my car was still under warranty. Got my car back after they did $600 worth of work to fix it. Did not fix problem. Came back a week later to install a new part... problem still not fixed. Never using the dealership again. They have no customer service skills at all. In fact I’m never stepping foot on another Larry H Miller Dealer again.

My husband and I bought a truck from this dealership. We had good service from them several times for warranty and other work. But then, my husband was the one who interacted with them. My husband recently died and so when a check engine light came on, I was the one to make an appointment with the dealership.
Not a good experience! Service writer, I hate to say, seemed sexist during the discussion about the light, definitely did not treat me as he would have my husband. Also, he made an issue about me leaving the vehicle at the dealership 2-4 days for the check engine light evaluation / fix. I am retired, so could wait -- I knew what the code was for the light and the probable repairs, the only reason the dealer ship would need more than a day to do the job, would have been poor scheduling or not having a part. Further, being single with a 90 mile drive, one way, it would (and was) a hardship for me to leave the vehicle. I said I would wait for it. After 6 hr wait, service writer told me that a 'wiring harness' , yes that was his exact words, had to be replaced. I believe him as the electrical connection was one of the possible problems. The agent said they did not have the part, and I would need to bring the vehicle back and leave it to be worked on. I made all the arrangements for this to happen. When they were done, the writer gave me the warranty receipt, but not the repair order, detailing what had been done. I asked for a copy, as I keep records of all work on my truck. When I finally got a copy, it did not say anything about a wiring harness, instead they only replaced pins on a connector, and ALL the work had been done on my first visit!!!!! PLUS, when I got home, I opened the hood and found an air vent connection completely disassembled. I took a picture of vent and sent it to the service agent via his email. I have not heard a peep from him regarding my email. I am saddened by my experience, I would like to be able to trust this dealership..............

I purchased an upgraded 100,000 mile warranty, which covers me. You would think. Berthod refuses to honor my warranty and tried to hand me a $900 bill!!! Worse yet, there xxxxxxx mechanic who started arguing with me INTENTIONALLY BROKE a second sensor and took the parts to spite me. Claims they “just fell out.” The mechanics broke stuff on purpose and took the parts. Yup!
When I tried to talk to the manager Jason Pidcock, he got to mansplaining and spewing that ignorant misogynistic BS like I don’t know what my warranty does or how many functioning sensors I had to begin with?
It would not surprise me if this unscrupulous dealership was trying to double dip, charge me for repairs and get their money for the warranty covered repairs from Dodge. They should be audited!
The mechanics intentionally broke my back up sensors and took the parts because I stood up for myself.

Let me begin by saying we are traveling on vacation from Illinois. We were traveling west Friday afternoon when my Ram 1500 broke down on highway 70. After contacting several dealers in the area and being told they wouldn't look at my truck until the middle of next week, I was able to speak with Ryan from Christopher's Dodge Ram. who was very helpful and said if you can get your truck towed here we will see what we can do Saturday. I was able to finally get towed and met the GM Darrin who also was supportive. Arriving back Saturday morning to Christopher's and waiting for the service department to open I met Rick the service manager who had me pull the truck in and began his job of analyzing the vehicle. Afterwards he explained the issues and made sure we were on the same page regarding the service and timing. A part was ordered and the work was completed. The team went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Although being from out of town, if I were to purchase another Ram I would definitely come back here. I was made to feel like I was their regular customer. Thank you Christopher's team.

Took my truck in here twice. First time was quoted $150 for the diagnosis and when I show up, surprise it's $450. Second time I was quoted $390 for a new PCM. Come to pick it up and it's now $950. "Because they read they thought a 7 was a 2". Now I've been sitting here for the past 45 mins as they remove the new PCM and put back in the bad one since they won't honor the quote. Kinda raunchy place and unorganized. Took them 15 mins just to find my invoice. Won't be coming back.

This is the most miserable dealership to deal with EVER. HORRIBLE service on the Chevy side. First: took my truck in for glow plug replacement. Called three times throughout the day to see if anything had been done with my truck and finally 8 hours later, got a call back that they had done a diagnostic exam and found that I needed my glow plugs replaced when that was what I had told them when I got there. I asked them to pull up my history in their database as I had done one bay and not the other the year prior and they told me they didn’t have a database (which I later found to be untrue) and tried to tell me I needed them all replaced. So they told me they didn’t have the parts and I picked up my truck. They charged me a diagnostic fee when I never asked them to do a diagnostic, as I knew what was wrong. When I had them do the $300+ of work to replace glow plugs, my diagnostic fee was not credited.
Second: I took my truck to my mechanic for a service light on. Diagnostic came back EGT sensor was bad. My mechanic went onto Chevy’s website to find that there was an EGT recall on my truck’s model and year. I went to Morehart and brought the paperwork with me that my mechanic printed online. They told me that although it was outlined including MY VEHICLE, that my VIN was not a part of the recall even though an obvious issue with THAT part was identified and mine happened to be bad... they smugly told me “well trucks wear out and parts break.” I let them know that I would not be coming back and they seemed happy to see me go. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and am in the market for another and will never ever buy a vehicle from them again. I want to warn everyone to not go here either!!! They don’t stand behind anything they do!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Stay away from their Service department. Doesn't even deserve 1 star, 0 is not an option. Made an appointment and was told I could wait. When I dropped off truck I was told it would be a couple of hours and they would call me when it was ready. Had to have someone come pick me up. No one ever called me, I had to call 7 1/2 hours later and was told that they hadn't even looked at it yet. I would have to leave it overnight and they would TRY to get to it the next day which meant I would have had to take another day off of work in hopes that they MIGHT get to it! Even called Service manager to discuss this and avoid posting bad review, had to leave a message and have heard nothing!

So one must be pretty upset to seek out places to express their terrible experience so hopefully others can learn from them. The conclusion is that if you are buying a used vehicle from these folks and do not have a trusted local mechanic to inspect it; DO NOT BUY from them. None of the issues noted below would have been missed by an inspection or competent dealer selling the vehicle.
The short is that I purchased a vehicle from them to bring back to Alaska. The very next day the troubles started to present themselves (already in MT) and they continue to present themselves.
The dealership and AutoNation as a entity has done short of nothing to address, discuss and resolve the issues. I will continue to pursue being made whole.
Short list of problems (to date) after their supposed rigourous 50 point inspection of the vehicle
- Transmission was encased in mud, insulating - fluid broke down and engine running hot. Had to replace all fluids on day 0.5
- I knocked about 1 or 2 cups of dust from the airfilter. Most of the fins of the filter were not visible due to the amount of dust in it.
- Intermittent electrical outage on dash lights
- 4WD not engage unless hubs are locked. Not normal for 2018 F-250
- Who knows what else we will find.
New Management very Impressive - Rockies Girl
