I would like to say the Sales Manager at the Palm Beach location was very rude from the moment he approached me. My intention going to Range Rover was to discuss a matter in the past. The gentleman did not allow me to get my concern across whatsoever. I had requested that I speak with another manager and his immediate response was “they’re busy” with no attempt to get anyone else’s attention. The fact that that is coming from the sales manager I would not recommend doing business with this individual nor this location.

I just finalized the lease of my 2019 Range Rover Sport HSE. I shopped for this car at 3 South Florida Land Rover dealerships and got the best deal here at South Dade. Thanks to Roberto Avila, my sales consultant, for making the negotiation and finalization of the deal such a pleasant experience (most of it was done painlessly via email!). Thanks also to Jose Cardona, the Business Manager, for his consummate professionalism (Robert and Jose are also very personable guys, too!). Jose has a very bright future in the business. Emanuel, who spent an hour with me going over all the vehicle's tech systems and who will come to my office in a few weeks for a follow-up, was also very helpful and a patient teacher.

I went to the service department this morning to change my breakpats w/o an appointment cuz it was and emergency , the next app available is for sep. 26 and I can’t wait is too many days . First they don’t have car available for walkings , and second they don’t chance any part of is not from the manufacture according to the services manager . My question is , this is my car or your car ? Manufacture break are so cheap and they spread a lot of dust. Is not making sense , I DO NOT RECOMENT THIS DEALER SPECIALLY THE SERVICES DEPARTMENT ! Always is the same xxxx with those guys ! Seriously I’m so regretful ti have a car with them .

My overall perception is that they ALWAYS do what is best for their customer. Peter Penaherrera was our salesperson, and he went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal, and were 100% satisfied.
We have owned 5 Range Rovers and Love the cars. Finding a dealership we like has been difficult. Not any more!!!

I ordered a Range Rover sport. After waiting three months the car finally arrived. Although I was being charge for the option of a panoramic roof, the car arrived with a fixed roof. Initially the dealership blamed me. They checked her records and realized I was right. I was able to my deposit back but that was all. Andy Wise the manager did not even have the courtesy to talk to me. Totally unprofessional deceitful and lying. Avoid this dealership like the plague
