She was very communicative throughout the process - letting us know when our order was received, acknowledged, when the car was completed, on the ship, in our port of entry, etc. We even received our car 2 weeks early. Prior to pick up, Crissy went above and beyond to ensure the paperwork was as complete as possible. I am extremely satisfied with the ease of buying a Range Rover. Our sales assisstant Jordan Crespo was magnificent! My husband and I test drove two models and right away were offered a great price for the model I liked and were able to finalize the buy in less than 2 hours. I have been to many car dealers in my life; from BMW's to Mercedes and VW but I had never had such a positive, fast and pleasant experience as this one. I was even able to turn in my previous lease at this dealership even though it is from another make. Jordan also was very diligent getting my Range Rover before it was scheduled for delivery. He has been very accesible and eager to help.

But on other hand I don't recommend to take your vehicle there to get work on I have taken my 3 times al ready for some minor work like losing antifreeze and every time they call that the vehicle is done 2 days later the same problem comes back on at this point we have change all times of parts and I still have the same problem and in top.of that because of there poor mechanic skill I overheat my engine and my check engine turn on I have to do a trip in a few days and they say it would be check and try to be fix by Wednesday and is Wednesday and the vehicle has not even been look at I'm picking up my vehicle and taking it to a different certify dealer that have a better mechanic team that know what are they doing and help me fix the problem on my vehicle

I brought my 2019 F-Pace for the first yearly service to Warren Henry Jaguar on Friday July 10th 2020 thinking that my car would be in good hands. After picking up my car the next day, I decided to check the Jaguar app that was installed on my phone the day I bought the car and found out that my car was taken for a joyride when it was in possession of Warren Henry Jaguar Service Department. After contacting my service advisor, he said he would find out what happened and would get back to me. Few days later after receiving no response from him I kept pressuring them for an answer.
The manager at the service department finally got back with me and told me that the service tech that worked on my car used my Jaguar F-Pace to go eat lunch, unbelievable !!! Even though he did apologize for the incident he kept repeating on 3 different occasions that they could have lied to me and said that the technician heard a noise underneath my car when he was test driving it and that is the reason why I can see those trips on my Jaguar app. Really? So I should be thankful that they are not lying and telling me the truth about what they did to my car???
I have lost all trust on Warren Henry Jaguar dealer in Miami, they have violated my trust and I will never be returning there ever again. The situation could have escalated to a lawsuit against me if the Warren Henry technician had gotten into a bad an accident or decided to do something illegal with my car. SHAME ON THEM !!!!
I'm sure this is not the first or last time that they use their customers expensive cars for their own joyrides. Choose wisely when you thing about bringing your car there for service and If you do make sure you check on your app to see about your car's GPS trips when your car is in there possession.

I ordered a Range Rover sport. After waiting three months the car finally arrived. Although I was being charge for the option of a panoramic roof, the car arrived with a fixed roof. Initially the dealership blamed me. They checked her records and realized I was right. I was able to my deposit back but that was all. Andy Wise the manager did not even have the courtesy to talk to me. Totally unprofessional deceitful and lying. Avoid this dealership like the plague
