David White, is an excellent specialist. He is was so helpful in explaining that I have other options on my car that I was not notified about. He helped me get the app for remote start etc on my Jaguar F-Pace . No one had ever explained that to me, answered questions that the service advisor did not know. David brought me a loaner, picked up my car on time and returned in a reasonable time.
David White should be recognized as a great Encore Specialist. He knows all about servicing the Jaguar and I would recommend him to be promoted within the service center he is very knowledgeable and personable. Those are wonderful traits for service specialist.
I am very pleased with this service today and hope my future service will be as positive.

My salesman, Victor Andrews, was extremely professional and courteous always trying to make me feel at home and part of the Land Rover family. I ordered a Range Rover sport. After waiting three months the car finally arrived. Although I was being charge for the option of a panoramic roof, the car arrived with a fixed roof. Initially the dealership blamed me. They checked her records and realized I was right. I was able to my deposit back but that was all. Andy Wise the manager did not even have the courtesy to talk to me. Totally unprofessional deceitful and lying. Avoid this dealership like the plague
