I can't say enough about Tatiana Abdoo. She has all the hallmarks of stellar customer service. She is responsive, friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, competent, and respectful.
She quickly took it on herself to handle all the correspondence with the insurance company so I never had to deal with any of that.
Somehow those words still fall short of describing just what a please it was to be working with Tatiana. She was beyond friendly, she was personable in a real way. You could just tell that she wasn't following a script, but rather really cared.
She went above and beyond what I would expect. As an example, being that she was cc'd on the emails with the insurance company, she noticed that I was not getting what I needed in terns of a rental car. At no request or expectation of mine, she made some calls and got the rental car matter all settled. It was totally not on her plate and yet she just did it to make my experience much better.
She is not only an asset to the Crown Collision center of the caliber I would want to have working for me, but exactly the kind of person you want as a neighbor.

Recently I left a negative review on this forum about some damage that was done to my vehicle during a service visit a few weeks earlier. After posting the review of my experience I received a call shortly thereafter from Shayne Gilley in service about the incident and she was very understanding plus quite polite when offering a potential solution to the problem at hand, which was offering me a full vehicle detail to remedy the scratches incurred when the vehicle was washed after the initial service visit, plus offered me a loaner vehicle while the detail was being completed. Shayne also went as far to offer to pick and deliver my vehicle at my location which at the time was over sixty miles away. At first I was reluctant to accept the offer not wanting to potentially have the same person who created the issue to possibly work on my vehicle, but I have to say I was glad I accepted the offer being the outcome was a positive result. Now I must say one scratch couldn't be removed, but the detailer got it to the point it's hardly noticeable and removed all the micro scratches in the hood plus cleaned the vehicle inside and out to the point it resembled a brand new vehicle. Normally I'm not an easy person to satisfy but this resolve exceeded my expectations therefore I felt compelled to leave this positive follow up review.

Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for 3 months and 3 days and you would think that Auto Nation Collision Center would communicate.................You think wrong. It was so bad, that I owned two (2) Porsches and upon getting my vehicle fixed and returned to me and immediately traded in my 2016 Porsche Cayman S with only 11,927 miles for an American manufacturer.
Every week I called after 1 1/2 months without car. Always a different story. Blame this, blame that, etc.....They never texted or e-mailed to tell me progress of vehicle.

I have never been more disappointed in a dealership in my life. Recently I have been hearing a vibrating noise on my brand new Range Rover Sport Supercharged. I bring the car in for the 1st time and here is what happens:
They identify the issue as the exhaust. I was told they would order parts and contact me when they are in.
Wednesday of this week I bring in to get repaired. They indicated it should be ready by noon. I ask for a car as this is what I have been used to at BMW and Mercedes. Nope they can shuttle me home. Ok, thats fine.
Later on that day I get a call indicating they ordered the wrong part and need to order the correct one. Meanwhile since I though I was getting it back a few hours later I need to now drive back to get all my stuff out of the car. Still at that point no offer of a car to use while they hold min.
Since I leave town on Friday I told them they need to have the part overnighted so it can be picked up Thursday. Never comes on the truck today. Their solution is to put the wrong part back on and clamp it on to drive to South Carolina and then return the vehicle when I return to have the correct repair done.
I talked with the Service Manager and explained this is insane. Just keep the car and do the repair correctly the 1st time and just give me a loaner. The answer was no and they will put the wrong part on and when I get back we will do the entire process over again.
I could not be more disappointed in the decision making and service of this dealership. They messed up and and now want to do things halfway and inconvenience me along the way. I would beware of this dealership.

But on other hand I don't recommend to take your vehicle there to get work on I have taken my 3 times al ready for some minor work like losing antifreeze and every time they call that the vehicle is done 2 days later the same problem comes back on at this point we have change all times of parts and I still have the same problem and in top.of that because of there poor mechanic skill I overheat my engine and my check engine turn on I have to do a trip in a few days and they say it would be check and try to be fix by Wednesday and is Wednesday and the vehicle has not even been look at I'm picking up my vehicle and taking it to a different certify dealer that have a better mechanic team that know what are they doing and help me fix the problem on my vehicle

Making an appointment means nothing. They take your car in at the appointment but do not actually look at car for several days. I took my car in with an appointment and, when pressed, they admit that they would look at the car in three to five days. If they have to order parts it would take more days before any work is done. They will not provide you a loner if you did not purchase the car at that dealership. They lie about the progress and then try to up sell you on other services.

I had a terrible experience getting my car serviced (or should i say lack thereof) at land rover of fort lauderdale.
firstly, i called in to schedule an appointment and was shocked to see that there were no spots available for 2 weeks . 2 weeks?! thats crazy! we have been leasing a BMW for almost 3 years now, and have never had any issues booking appointments more than a few days out, even with loaner.
the day of my appointment, we had a couple unexpected things come up the morning-of, so i called and asked to shift my appointment by 45 minutes. the lady i spoke to was very kind and said "no problem". awesome.
I actually was able to arrive a little bit earlier, so only around 30 minutes after my scheduled time. when i got there, I was informed that the loaner that we had originally booked was no longer available since i was late.
first of all (and lets make this clear), i was not late, i had called ahead of time to change my appointment. second, how is it possible that in the interim 30 minutes, the loaner car had been given away? i could understand a scenario where i hadnt called and they just assumed a no-show, but this was not the case for my appointment.
my assumption: there was never a loaner car to begin with and they used this as a cover up excuse. VERY unprofessional.
they also tried to give me a hard time since we leased our car from another dealerhsip out of state bc the pricing at this specific dealership was off the charts high (presumably preying on wealthy (elderly) people from the boca/west palm area who dont know much about leasing). im sorry, but a land rover is a land rover and should not matter where it is leased from.
we will not be bringing our car here for servicing in the future.

Beware, don't go there. I have had the worst experience with Autonation Toyota at fort Myers. I had a leased car 2018 CHR and decided to return this car earlier then I had to. The person who helped me understood that the only way I would re-lease a new car is if they took care of the mileage and remaining payments. They agreed. Well, months after having the car, nothing was take care of. Finally, after two months with me calling more then ten tines, they paid the car payments but not the mileage. I would never go to these people again or refer others. Don't go there if you trying to lease a vehicle. If I can give less then a one star, I would.

I had my Toyota Corolla repossessed and rented a car in order to look for another car. I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz from ABC for $9,999. After I got it home within 2 months I had to put $741.00 for engine work. The people who did the work (an A+ rated shop) advised me it needed another $1,000.00 or so work done. Then I checked with Kelly Blue Book and found the car booked for around $2,500.
I gave ABC Autos $2,500 down and made 4 payments of $250.00. ABC also charged me 22% interest.
I went to a reputable new car dealer and they advised me to drive the car back to ABC and park it and leave the keys in it. I did return it after paying them a total of $3,500, $1,000 more than book value.
Sure they put me in a car when I was in need but the price of being in need was ferocious. I bought a new car with $300 down and half the interest ABC Autos charged me.
BE AWARE!!! this company preys on needy people. You don't have to be treated that way. there are plenty of good-hearted dealers out there.
