The car purchased was a RAT. Kosher motors sold me a car that was a complete lipstick on a pig. Non OEM parts. Body shop work done by a moron. Parts fused and rigged together. No brakes. No rotors all safety hazard. After the fact had to spend $12,000 to get this high end luxury vehicle back in shape and safe for the road. Not to mention the night I got home the LED headlight didn’t work. Had to replace it with OEM which cost thousands. Stay AWAY from Kosher - they have a smile but they are selling true junk. This was the worst car purchase in 52 years. Do NOT do NOT buy a car from this xxxx hole dealer. Selling true crap -

TRASH Awful dealership. I purchased a 2020 Ford F150 that broke down a week after I bought it. The vehicle computer shows check engine codes were deleted at the mileage of purchase. I contacted the dealer and they would do nothing to compensate or assist. $5,000 later, I had to get rid of the truck and lost a lot of money on it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HGREG TO ANYONE nor ever return.

I purchased an RX 350L and would like to install a tow hitch kit on my vehicle. Since April 4th, I have been attempting to obtain detailed information regarding the estimate I received, as when I visited the parts department, the cost and necessary parts were significantly lower than those quoted. No one has been able to return my inquiries since the 4th to explain the discrepancy. When I visited the service department in person, also on Apr.4th, no advisor was able to assist me; they simply stated that the parts are the tow hitch and harness and the labor cost would be around $1,000 without even verifying the information (even though the same labor in the quote I received was $435.00). In other words, total neglect. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this poor service from Lexus of Winter Park’s service department. If you are considering having any service performed at this dealership, it would be advisable to seek another with better customer service.

Took my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera to Porsche Tampa today for my one year service. My service advisor, Mike Deleon, greeted me and explained the service and inspections that would be completed. I toured their new building, new service bays, sales showroom, plush waiting areas and an indoor showroom of new and resale vehicles on the second level, ultra modern all the way. I also spoke with my sales person, Robert Kearney, the individual responsible for helping me with my first Porsche purchase. The service work was completed in less time than indicated. Mike went over everything that was done and the additional items that would be serviced next year. I was also helped by Eric Kozula with some technical issues I had questions about. Even though the dealership was quite busy, Eric took the time to solve my questions. I have nothing but admiration for everyone at this dealership.
