I dealt with 3 other dealerships while trying to purchase my vehicle. I was on a very tight timeline and the other dealers were stringing me along and were being quite dishonest about arrival/delivery dates. Speedway Ford was up front, willing to negotiate, and had my vehicle ready with the requested add on within 3 days. The whole process could not have gone any better, especially during these low inventory times. I highly recommend the Speedway Team! My only complaint is the sticker price, but that is across the board with every brand. Speedway was willing to negotiate and I’m ultimately comfortable with what we paid based on the market.

Went trade in shopping he got me a good trade in value and he sold me on a Nissan Frontier. There was a paperwork discrepancy that in the end was my fault but Athens Ford and Michael did right by me in correcting it and I really appreciated that. Overall it was a really good experience and I’d definitely go back

I want to be very clear that my salesperson was excellent — responsive, kind, and the only consistent communicator throughout this entire process. She did her best within a situation that was clearly outside of her control, and she deserves recognition for that. Unfortunately, the overall dealership experience was extremely disappointing. After paperwork was completed and my trade was surrendered, communication from the dealership all but disappeared. Timelines shifted repeatedly, questions went unanswered, and attempts to get clear information in writing were ignored. Most concerning was the complete lack of engagement from management, including the General Manager. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and resolve concerns, there was no proactive outreach, no apology, and no meaningful effort to make the situation right. Any goodwill provided was minimal and only after I insisted at delivery. I am now in the vehicle, but the process to get here was stressful, unnecessarily chaotic, and handled poorly by dealership leadership. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the dealership, despite having been a repeat customer. I would recommend the salesperson without hesitation. I cannot recommend the dealership or its management based on this experience.

This might be premature, but... sales team was good and the service team has been great. I have a mechanical issue with the 2025 new Expedition and the automatic windows not staying up. This has not been addressed adequately, so I have escalated it to the general manager from whom I cannot get a response. My fear is this is ongoing and something that will never be fixed in which case I will have a much bigger claim.

Make sure it is the vehicle you want if you make a deposit!!! I understand overhead and inventory; but PLEASE make sure it is the vehicle you want if you make a deposit as it is non refundable per their policy!!! My experience was subpar; but the GM Scott rectified the situation immediately once he was notified given my specific situation/circumstances. I discussed with Scott that there should be a disclosure put in effect to notify the consumer. Thank you Scott for understanding the circumstances and being a stand up business owner to do what is right and rectify the situation.
