REDEMTION!!!!!!! I was beyond hesitant about bringing my vehicle back for a service check after my first visit a few weeks back. But the Sales manager and my cool Service Adviser T. Crook made things right by me. Not only did I bring my car in for the inquiry that I had about my clutch, but I also had an issue with my passenger side window as well. I was hesitant about even bringing it up, but I did. My advisor assured me that they'd look carefully at my transmission and also ensure that the window was taken care of. They kept my vehicle for a week and made sure that I got it in return with all issues resolved. When I returned for my vehicle the following Monday, my advisor greeted me and told me they'd get me in and out after doing a walk around of my loaner. The transaction was seamless and quick. he explained to me all that was done and reassured me that the Stivers Service team would do better in the future. That was extremely confronting because I really did not want to find another Ford dealership lol. I appreciate this team now and hope that the Customer - Service Advisor trust will continue for us in the future. #Mustard Thanks Again for the awesome work.

I came across the perfect truck on CarGurus. It was so nice and the price was good; a little less than KBB. The dealership selling the truck was Grand Motorcars in Marietta, GA. I looked them up and found only good to great reviews. Like many others, I’ve dealt with the high pressure/zero integrity dealerships before. Once you’ve been lied to and scammed by a crooked car sales team, it makes you dread ever going to a car lot again. The rating and reviews were some of the best I’ve seen so I gave them a try. Best car buying decision I’ve ever made. Honoring the internet discounted price? CHECK. Feeling helped instead of pushed? CHECK. No games or trying to weasel in additional costs on the backend? CHECK AND CHECK! In the end, their car lot calculator worked just like the one on my phone and that is rare. Stephanie is the most candid and caring car salesperson I’ve ever heard of and the overall experience of buying a vehicle this way was as exciting as the new truck and the great price.
