I was recently in Honolulu and needed directions and stopped in at New City Nissan. Lisa, the receptionist was so helpful, friendly and kind by printing out directions for us. I used the restroom which was very clean. The area for people to wait while their cars were being serviced looked comfortable and clean. Being from Pennsylvania, I won't be buying a car in Hawaii, but if I needed to buy a car in Honolulu, I would buy it from New City Nissan. (((Just to submit this review, I had to enter a make and model on the website, but I did not have any work done.)))

Appreciated the fast repair that was done, however, although there were 2 initial problems and so two diagnostic charges, both was from 1 source. Shouldn’t they have considered removing 1 diagnostic charge?

Paid $1450 for a new radiator. Got a few miles out of town and my truck overheated. Had coolant all over the place. The mechanic didn't put the lower radiator hose clamp back on. Complete nightmare. I won't be back.

Will and Jessica at service department are always professional and eager to assist. It’s always a pleasure bringing in my car for maintenance. This time around, it was for service due to a recall and to honor their warranty. My Maverick was in service for an extended period but Jessica kept me informed with status updates so I could plan accordingly. I’m glad that I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and get to have it serviced at this location. Guy and his team do an excellent job!
