I purchased a vehicle from this dealership September 2023. Since then I've taken the car in for its regular maintenance and unexpected emergencies. I always received 100% customer service always going over and beyond. When I have driven in without an appointment and initially told they wouldn't be able to see my car for 2 hours. I was greatly impressed when after 35 minutes my car was ready for me to pick up. The the quality of their customer service doesn't start and end in their service department. We had a very satisfying experience with our salesman though when we visited a lot to look for the call. There was no pressure and he finalized the deal that night and picked up the car nice and clean the next morning. Overall rating is 10 out of 10 and I will return to purchase another vehicle and refer my friends and family to ask for Earl at New City Nissan.

Just before Christmas I went into Autosource to look at a 2009 BMW z4. I've owned one before and of all the cars I've driven over the past 57 years, it was my all time favorite! Having retired a decade ago, I didn't see any means of purchasing or financing another one because of my low income and credit score. When I went in I explained to the salesman, Ray Wolmers, that I really didn't want to waste his time because I doubted that they could do anything for me, but that if he wouldn't mind taking the time I would like to give it a shot. In spite of that he was extremely patient and respectful. It took a little while, but working with Mr. Wolmers and the owner, they came up with a plan that was better than I was actually expecting! And to be honest I consider it a gift because there was no way it should have happened! I can't tell you how grateful I am for their willingness to go the extra mile (so to speak, lol) and make it happen - - and how happy I was to drive it home the same day!! At the time of this writing I've now been driving the car for about a month and whenever I've had a question, Ray has responded immediately. I couldn't be more satisfied with a sales rep or a dealership.

My 2020 VW Tigian (which I've owned 18 months and paid cash for)) has been towed into the service shop 4 times. I bought a 7 year? warranty, so most things have been covered but not all! 4 times in less than 2 years (only 36k miles) Sensors, wiring, internal battery, throttle. So I looked into getting a value. Just spent 3 hours at dealership, afyer being told it would take 30 minutes, with them only offering $12k for my car (I paid $25k) and of course wanting to sell me another used car, a 2022 Nissan Rogue, with same amount of miles my car has now. And I would need to spend another $15k!!! And only a 3 year warranty. And then wanted me to finance the amount, but couldn't tell me the interest rate. What? I left. I'm sp disappointed in the car industry.

Paid $1450 for a new radiator. Got a few miles out of town and my truck overheated. Had coolant all over the place. The mechanic didn't put the lower radiator hose clamp back on. Complete nightmare. I won't be back.

He took his time and went through all the vehicles with me that was what I was kinda looking for. He is honest, fair and more then trust worthy! I moved to Oahu and needed to buy my wife a car. I purchased her a 2013 Nissan Altima from Waikiki Auto Sales then six days later it would not start. When I contacted the owner hoping for some sort of remediation, he told me it was "normal wear and tear... that's the cost of doing business." Fortunately, it was not an extremely expensive repair but no one expects to throw money into a car immediately after they purchase it. Waikiki Auto Sales doesn't even do their customers the benefit of checking minor problems before they sell their cars so you definitely need to bring a mechanic if you buy from them. The owner is the epitome of a stereotypical used car salesman.
