Because of a poor experience 30 years ago, I’d decided never to go to Rizza again. However, they had a special model Bronco in stock and were the closest dealership to have one, I went there just to check it out and sit in it. Otis was the salesperson who approached me when I came into the showroom and I liked him just fine. I told him about my poor experience of many years earlier. He expressed his dismay over my treatment and promised to make sure it was not repeated. I ended up buying that Bronco from Otis and he kept his word on everything. I’m pretty happy with the whole sales process at Rizza and will be giving the service department a try.

Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!! I've never written a review on a dealership before but buying a car here was a genuinely great experience I felt I needed to. Paul, the sales manager, was honest, transparent, and straightforward from start to finish—no pressure, no games, no surprises. They were very fair throughout the process. I understand dealerships are in business to make money but they were very fair unlike the other Ford dealers I went to. I highly recommend Bull Valley Ford, I will be a repeat buyer for sure!

We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

This week I purchased a vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln. Ed Seggelke was my salesperson and he was amazing! He was kind, engaging, personable and an all around great person. He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Ed treats people the way everyone should treat others and I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed for an awesome experience! Also, Danielle, the Business Manager is so nice and easy to work with. It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. I have no qualms about returning for any other services that the vehicle may need in the future. Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

We were visiting the Crawford County Humane Society in Robinson Il. While we were there, our tire pressure monitor light went on. My husband found a nail in one of the tires, and the tire pressure was 22psi. We went to Silverthorne Ford to see if they could help us. These people could not have been nicer. They were going to patch the tire, but Geoffrey discovered some large cracks on the inside of the tire. We were shocked since we had just had our tires rotated by our mechanic, and he never said anything. Jordan was surprised the tire hadn't blown. It could have been a bad accident if the tire had blown while we were driving at highway speeds. Even though the mechanics were busy, they took the time to replace the damaged tire. Geoffrey inspected the other 3 tires, and the other 3 were beginning to get cracks in them as well. This is a Ford dealer and we have a Toyota, so it was really nice they were willing to help us instead of sending us elsewhere. We live in Minnesota and we're on our way back. We forgot to take pictures of the tire to show our mechanic. Makayla was nice enough to send us some photos. We were just so amazed at the kindness and customer service we were provided by everyone at the dealership. Jordan, Geoffrey, Makayla, and Bailey really stood out. Bailey spent a lot of time showing my husband the owner's Hellcat he was detailing while we waited. We couldn't have been happier with the service everyone provided. We would highly recommend you take your vehicle there if you need any service.
