Great experience buying a new car with my son. Don DiPalo was low key and very thorough in covering all the options and details on the vehicle's operations. I was really impressed with the maintenance bay and the customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. My wife especially liked the low key no hassle buying experience. Prior to the sale we had multiple calls to Don Dipalo and all were returned promptly with complete answers. This dealer was not afraid to give you an out the door price before you came to the dealership. The price did not include a bunch of dealer added options which was also made the experience much easier and less confrontational.

Working with Gem City Ford made the buying process for our new truck a very easy process. This dealership is 2 hours away from where we live, and we have closer dealerships in our area, but it was worth the drive! We worked with Troy Courson, and he was very knowledgeable and helped ensure we were buying what we needed and did not push us into anything we did not need or want. I highly recommend working with Tory if you have any questions or have an interest in one of their vehicles. All the other staff that we interacted with was just as easy to work with as well. We did a test drive, and then we kept in contact to work out the details over the following days. When it was time to pick up the vehicle it was a very simple process of signing the papers and handing over the keys. There was no bait and switch or surprise charges at the end. What they said it was going to cost is exactly what we paid! They were very honest throughout the whole process, which is huge in this industry.

I could talk to him all day long if I could- he was so personable and took the time to get to know me and my values. He is truly a wonderful person and most certainly an integral part of this team- he took a stressful time for me and turned it into an amazing experience where I felt at ease and never pressured to make a decision. Kyle is honest and so knowledgeable, he explained everything better than I could have asked for as a first time buyer. He gave me an incredible deal on my car and I am so appreciative for the time he spent taking care of me throughout the entire car buying process. They even brought over a car from their STL dealership just to make sure I could make the right decision. I left with a car I love and I would recommend Sunset Ford to anyone!

The mobile service was completed on my driveway for 2 recall items and was done quickly. Anthony was able to fix a tire pressure sensor and return my tire the following morning which was fine with us being retired. Great work and not having to leave our house was nice.

I have visited Quick Lane 2 times this year for an assortment of maintenance and repairs. The Service Writer- Patrick Heatley, is phenomenal. He's attentive and has a good work ethic. He explains the needed repair and cost itemized on the ticket. When I have addressed my concerns, he listened carefully and got things done. The technician, Nacho, also is very good. When I had conversations with Patrick and Nacho, they took time to engage and participate in the conversation. I have been very satisfied with my experiences. My last visit n Wednesday, September 23rd was for an oil change, and low beam bulb change, and to diagnose a rattle noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. I worked with Kyle who is a recent hire. He got Patrick involved, who jumped into action. I was quite impressed. Between Pateick, Nacho and Kyle, they got oul changed and the noise diagnosed. I'm returning on Friday, September 25th to have the low beams installed and the rear sway bar bushings replaced (covered under the extend premium warranty) because it was late in the day and they didn't have time to finish. No worries there.

If I have a wrong opinion, he explains why and we move on. John Mazurek does the same. They know the product that they work with. Others can't say the same. This develops trust. With out this, one looks for service elsewhere.
