Very pleased with the service I received at McGrath Honda! Came for an A123 minder service, but also had a hard to find noise intermittently from my engine (95K mile CR-V). Noki Padilla put in extra effort to find source of noise, keeping car overnight so it could have a cold motor for the tech the next morning. Senior tech called/videoed me the next day (even using a stethoscope!) and found the problem. Noki also helped to make sure repair was covered under my extended warranty. This is my fifth Honda automobile, and McGrath is at the top of the many (6-8) Honda dealers I've used over the years.

Worked with Justin to address two issues with my car. His input was very clear and he took me to even to show the issues with my own eyes in addition to the pictures that technician had taken since those didn't help me fully understand the case. Very attentive as listener and helpfull with details as needed. What impressed me the most was his assistant and work with his manager to address an issue that came up after i picked my car from the service. They arranged to come at my home to pick up my car and returned back at my home after addressing the issue. They brought me a loaner to use while they worked on the issue. That helped me tremendously as i was tied up with my work and the issue was needed to be addressed since i have only that car and we all were concern about safety. So, big thank you to Justin, his manager, technicians who worked on my car and to the guy who came to pick up my car from my home and bringing it back!!!

Once assigned a service representative, all went well. Explained to me my recommended services. Answered all of my questions. Made recommendations on how to care for my vehicle till my next appointment. Overall, vey patient. I did not feel like I was being rushed or just a metric. My only recommendation to the Service Center, is to have a greeter(s) when you arrive to direct you on where to go. The arrival process was a little sloopy and unorganized. After that, all went smoothly.
