Felt as if we hadn't done our "homework" before walking onto the Freeport lot. B. Made 3 COMPLETELY disingenuous statements. We're still looking to buy a vehicle but will go somewhere where our intelligence won't be insulted.

My daughter’s car was stolen. I wanted her to go to WCM and we talk to Pat about finding her a car. She chose to go to a big dealership. If having her car stolen wasn’t stressful enough, this dealership was 10 times more than that. Needless to say, we left that dealership very frustrated, but had purchased the car from them. I didn’t like how things done and things didn’t feel right nor make sense. The salesman didn’t explain the purchase in detail and the finance salesman was not any better to say the least. They were dealership mark ups that we made to feel we needed. (almost $3000) I tried calling to cancel these only to be ghosted. I went to Pat for advice and he helped me and made suggestions to make a bad situation somewhat a little better.Did he have to do that? No. But that’s the type of person he is. He’s honest and his transparency is one of those values you won’t see at these big dealerships! I have brought two cars from WCM. I have a great rapport with them. I want my daughter to have this type of rapport eventually. If you are looking for a vehicle don’t hesitate to go to WCM or Grant Park. Believe me you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Pat! I purchased a 2014 Chevy equinox from Kunes in Morrison, Illinois, I had nothing but problems with it the day I drove it off the lot. After 4 months of calling and asking for help or get me in another car they finally helped me get into another car. I spoke with the GM and he was able to help me get a different car, after getting my new car I received a letter from my loan company that they sent me a check to the dealership for balance owed to me on my Chevy equinox that I had returned. The dealership was to call me when they received my check. They called me and said that my check was there and they needed me to come in and sign it over to them because that check needed to go towards the down payment on my new car, so before going over to the dealership I called my loan company and asked them if that was what the check was for, they said no! I already had a down payment with my trade in, so the check was mine to do whatever I wanted with it. So my fiancé and I went to kunes in Morrison Illinois and sat down with the sales guy and he told me I had to sign over the check to him, he passed me the check face down across the desk, I picked up the check and looked at it and handed it to my fiancé. My fiancé told him that I was not saying it over to them that it was mine and was made out to me. We got up and walked out of the office and the sales guy chased out into the lobby yelling you need to give that check back it’s not yours and than saying he was going to call the cops. My fiancé told him to go ahead and call, the cops would see the check was made out in my name for me. So we left and didn’t get the cops called on us and never heard from kunes in Morrison Illinois again. So basically they were trying to take my $900 check for themselves, never again will I deal with kunes in Morrison Illinois Bill Bart - general manager Greg Roberts - sales Josh Morales - sales Be very careful if you go to this place, they rip you off and lie to you, they only want the sale for their Commission, after you drive off the lot they don’t care what happens. Josh Morales is the sales guy who threatened to call the cops on us and try to take my $900 check.

Pro Cars USA on Alsip listed a 2019 cadillac escalade esv vin 1GYS4HKJXKR287034 for sale. I went into their showroom to buy the vehicle and put a partial deposit of $2000 to start the process. I was sent to Titan Auto Sales to complete the paperwork. Eric informed my husband and myself that Pro Cars owned the vehicle And that they sometimes do their paperwork. We pay another $13000 down payment to Titan and was told they would forward the payment to Pro Cars. We completed the paperwork so excited not realizing it was on Titan letterhead. We took possession of the vehicle and about 2 weeks later we began to have issues. We Schedule to take the car to cadillac for diagnostic. We were informed by cadillac that the transmission was gone And it would cost Over seven thousand dollars for them to replace. I called Eric back at Titan auto and explain to him what was going on and he told me that the loan had funded and Capital one had already sent them the payment. So I call capital one to tell them what happened to the vehicle and that I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership Because they refuse to get it repaired by Cadillac. The only option that they gave was that they repaired the vehicle. And at this time I did not trust them. When I requested my $15000 down payment to be returned, Eric from Titan Produce a form and tell me that it would be necessary for me to sign. This form in order for me to receive a partial refund of my down payments. Even after I got upset and explained to him that I did not agree to the terms in the form he refused to return my money without me signing the form. The form was to silence me from telling anyone about what happened to this vehicle and not to make any reports on social media or yelp. Needless to say I had no intention of doing that and I didn't know anything about Yelp but I felt so violated and I felt as though I had been scammed and I did not want this to happen to anyone else so here I am. I also need to say when I put Eric on a 3 way Call with capital one he informed them that Titan owned the car, Which Was a contradiction to what he had been telling us. Once capital one was off the phone eric again begin to tell me that pro cars was the owner of the vehicle. Beware of these used car dealers. Read the reviews and believe it because it is real.

My salesman, Tony Malzone is the best car salesman I have ever done business with. He is no longer a salesman. but my friend. I spent 2 days with him. He made sure everything was taken of for me. I also like doing business with the service department. I may just go to the dealer to say Hi to everyone I have gotten to know. Tony also gets you talking with other customers. The day I bought my car he had 3 customers. Handled all of us, and I made friends with one of his other customers, it made waiting go so much faster. The second day I had to finish up some last minute things, and he had another couple, Tony got us talking with each other such a pleasant experience.

I found a lot of bluster, little expertise, and poor service until I drove to Decatur. No pressure, sound knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, friendly follow up, and respect for me as a buyer made all the difference. Joe said up front that he wanted to earn my business and he did. Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!

Purchased this 2015 Dodge Challenger from Maloy at Autotown this weekend. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a car salesman. Top notch customer service. Maloy even created a personalized video of the car and a full view of any imperfections and to give me piece of mind since I lived 4.5 hours away. He even ensured that I would be able to hear the exhaust as this was a big selling point. Maloy made the purchase painless and even gave me a courtesy call the day after purchase to ensure that I was completely satisfied. You will not go wrong purchasing a vehicle from these guys. Highly recommended. Even considering making another 4.5 hour drive when my wife's vehicle is ready for trade. 5 STARS!!!
