Octavio was very knowledgable and BIM the manager, very personable. My favorite was my finance officer, he was very forthright and walked through everything with this ol gal. I bought a new 2021 kia Sedona and had a great experience working with Sean Enochs. Ask for him if your stopping by. He is not pushy or forward, very easy to deal with. I returned a week later to get the paint protection etc applied at the body shop. I can't say as much for their service. I still had dirt on my vehicle and one very sentimental thing in my car was ruined.

i took my 2002 kia sportage in because it was running funny and smelled of gas and my gas milege was suddenly terrible. they had it for a week and swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. i convinced them to do a simple tune up. they had to order parts and the day they had the parts they called claiming all types of things were wrong and when i said no they found other parts that were broken and suddenly couldnt believe i drove it in. this was after there 80 dollar an hour diagnosis. and when i said i was takeing it somewhere else they claimed it wouldnt run under its own power. i took it somewhere good and got it fixed for 600 dollars cheaper than what they were claiming. im not even going to look at that place when i drive by anymore. terrible buisness ethics
