Had a car totaled because of hail damage and needed to find another vehicle. I have never been to Jim Clark Chevy, so I thought I would go take a look. Danny met me at the front door and helped me right away to start looking. Drove 2 vehicle and ended up taking one home for the weekend so my wife could see and drive. Went back Monday afternoon and she wanted to try a couple more out. We ended up getting the one we tried first and Danny was great through it all ! Did all of the paperwork with Jarrod and Danny got the car ready for us to take home. It was a Great car buying experience and would definitely go back again.

My brother-in-law said he always had good experiences here. He clearly didn't deal with Clint Blaha. I went looking for a newer Tahoe and from the moment he came up to me, he acted like I was beneath him. He reluctantly showed me the car and acted as if I was wasting his time. I asked if I could drive it and he had the nerve to ask if I was taking it to my husband to get his "OK with it". I have always made my own money and never needed my husband's permission to buy anything. He kept staring me up and down the entire test drive. It made me so uncomfortable, I couldn't wait to leave. It just makes me sick that people " like that" still have a job. I'll make sure to tell everyone how he treated me when they mention Davis-Moore.

Don and Stacey were so helpful and such a pleasure to talk with. They gave my daughter and I their very honest opinion on how to handle the situation we were in in current vehicle. I took my '18 Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation and requested 2 new valve stem caps as the rear tires were missing them. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the 2 rear tires still missing the caps. So I went inside to let my service adviser know I was still missing the caps on the rear tires, and questioned him on whether they had actually been rotated. Without asking anyone or confirming with the tech, he assured me that they had. Little did they know that I had had the left rear tire plugged a few months ago and happened to look for it when I got home. Sure enough, the tire with the plug was still the one on the rear/left side. Nothing like spending $80 for an oil change. If I were to go back to this dealer, which I won't, I would mark my tires in advance so that I knew for sure this BS didn't happen again.

well Brain called me and we had a long chat and he was very understanding as to the problem,we discussed every thing that happened and is going to take it up with upper management ,he understood how unhappy I was and said that it was not right he apologized 3 different times for everything and said he will get to the bottom of it. so at this point it is still a question as to repeat business but at least they called and tried to fix it, as far as the sales and the rest of the people they were great and I would give them a thumbs up on that side ,so feel better about it but wished it did not happen this way so we shall see and thanks to Brain for the call and as far as the work that was done it is good I am happy with it.

Your commercials about how amazing your customer service is, are a joke. There is no accountability, only constant passing the buck. Moreover, the service manager lied just to get us to stop asking for his help.

I can't believe that I had to have an argument about whether or not my car had been washed even though you could clearly see that someone had wiped part of the car with a dry cloth and dust and dirt was still obviously there. I left with the car in that condition because I couldn't believe I even needed to mention it more than once! All the guy had to do was LOOK at the car and see that it clearly wasn't washed. However, I was much more concerned that my tires were not set to the proper psi. I drive a Cadillac ATS4. The front tires recommend 32 and the rear 35. I checked it on my app before arriving and brought it to the gentleman's attention. He checked the driver's door insert then set all four times to 32! If you can't even set the tires to the correct pressure then how do I know you've even bothered to do any of the other things you say you've done? My child drives my car! I am so angry right now. This was my 2nd car purchase from your dealership and I've had all my maintenance done there too. The level of service has really dropped off over the past 2 years. I also wonder how many cars you send out the door with incorrect tire pressure? Correct pressure helps extend the life of tires, helps maximize fuel efficiency and can be the cause of traffic accidents. I trusted you with my family and you let me down.
Defective radiator - Jg1975
I had reported to the service dept that I often smelled coolant. I was told it was normal and once told the cap was loose. Of course now my warrant is up-convenient for them- and I have to pay 1000.00$ for a new radiator to be installed. It is important to note that my mileage is only 55300. I never thought I would have to pay to replace a defective radiator in my silverado. I hate to give poor reviews, but this is rediculous. BTW, GM customer care could care less. If you sense there is a problem with your vehicle, don't assume your service dept will have integrity.

Vehicle was warmed up before I arrived to test drive, test drove, ran numbers, made a deal and over to the finance side I went. Every single person who touched my paperwork did an OUTSTANDING job. Contacted this dealership for obvious reasons but mostly because I have bad credit. Ricky got in touch with me. Every time he said he was working on something for me he wouldn’t get back to me until a week or more later. I’ve worked in car sales and I know they are slammed with customers at times but not so much that they can’t get back with a customer. He finally told me out of the blue that he was working on something for me. I live an hour and a half away so I told him that I wanted to get most of the deal done before I make the drive and I want to know what vehicle he is working on. He didn’t answer my question and I haven’t heard from him at all. Stay clear of this dealership.

Our vehicle was there for THREE weeks. We would call to ask about progress and several times we got an answer of 'we don't have any record of your vehicle being here.' Then we would get a call back later in the day to tell us that they were waiting on the mechanic or ordering a part. On Friday, September 29th we called to ask about the status of our vehicle. We again got the response that they had no record of our vehicle being in the shop. We were told Mike would have to call us back. We made plans to get a car dolly and tow our vehicle to another dealer because we had no confidence that our vehicle would ever be fixed. Then about 4:30 that afternoon Mike called back to tell us that our vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. We understand that the service department was very busy but there was not an excuse for 'having no record of our vehicle'. We are looking to purchase a new vehicle and we had considered looking at Beckman Motors, but that will no longer be a consideration.

My family as purchase at least 20 vehicles since 1977 and have always gotten a fair deal or better. All of us have used Clark Chevrolet for service and repairs. Their prices are almost always lower then other dealers or repair shops and they will not do any work or sell you anything your vehicle does not need.

If you are in KC, it is worth coming out to Topeka. I also worked with a couple of the "big name" Chevy stores in the KC area and the customer service at Ed Bozarth completely blew them away. They have all of the same pricing and incentives.
