I took my car in not knowing exactly what was wrong. It seemed to be shuttering when I accelerated and when driving in low gear. Scott listened as I explained the trouble and called a technician so that he could take it for a drive to see what was the matter. As we waited for the technician, he also took a peek under the hood for me and discovered a possible issue with the cooling tank. He also showed me that my license plate bulbs had gone out. Scott explained that they would take it into the shop and take a closer look. He got a rental for me to drive as repairs were being made and showed me how to work the locks and how to use the push-button start. He also said that he would call with updates for me. He did follow up later to let me know that they would be replacing the transmission and that it was covered under the warranty! Yay! A few days later, he called to let me know that it was ready and that they replaced the cooling tank as well! Throughout the whole process, Scott was so patient and so friendly. I really appreciated how he explained things to me and how he followed up with me as well. He did an outstanding job!

I bought a used Hyundai Genesis from Chris Charay at Dale Willey Auto. I had no complications with the purchase and I was given fair trade. It was definitely worth the 34 mile drive from Johnson County to save money and to get proper treatment. There is no justification for inflated Doc Fees like you see at JoCo area dealers. For the short drive, I saved money and they had a tremendous selection of used vehicles and certified GM cars and trucks. Thank you Chris for treating me right, I will be back!

I made a car deal over the phone and email with these guys and knowing I was 750 miles away I think they believed if they could get me their they could get more money out of me. The first think the GM tried to do was say my trade in wasn't what he thought and that he needed another $1,500. WRONG!!
I try and want to believe that people are honest and trustworthy still but not here. I will never even think about buying another car at a Hendrick Dealership again. And I buy on average probably 1 car per year between personal and work vehicles. Watch your back with these guy is all i can say.

I can't believe that I had to have an argument about whether or not my car had been washed even though you could clearly see that someone had wiped part of the car with a dry cloth and dust and dirt was still obviously there. I left with the car in that condition because I couldn't believe I even needed to mention it more than once! All the guy had to do was LOOK at the car and see that it clearly wasn't washed. However, I was much more concerned that my tires were not set to the proper psi. I drive a Cadillac ATS4. The front tires recommend 32 and the rear 35. I checked it on my app before arriving and brought it to the gentleman's attention. He checked the driver's door insert then set all four times to 32! If you can't even set the tires to the correct pressure then how do I know you've even bothered to do any of the other things you say you've done? My child drives my car! I am so angry right now. This was my 2nd car purchase from your dealership and I've had all my maintenance done there too. The level of service has really dropped off over the past 2 years. I also wonder how many cars you send out the door with incorrect tire pressure? Correct pressure helps extend the life of tires, helps maximize fuel efficiency and can be the cause of traffic accidents. I trusted you with my family and you let me down.

Our vehicle was there for THREE weeks. We would call to ask about progress and several times we got an answer of 'we don't have any record of your vehicle being here.' Then we would get a call back later in the day to tell us that they were waiting on the mechanic or ordering a part. On Friday, September 29th we called to ask about the status of our vehicle. We again got the response that they had no record of our vehicle being in the shop. We were told Mike would have to call us back. We made plans to get a car dolly and tow our vehicle to another dealer because we had no confidence that our vehicle would ever be fixed. Then about 4:30 that afternoon Mike called back to tell us that our vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. We understand that the service department was very busy but there was not an excuse for 'having no record of our vehicle'. We are looking to purchase a new vehicle and we had considered looking at Beckman Motors, but that will no longer be a consideration.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! We were negotiating the price on a vehicle and called back within the hour of the presented deal to find out the vehicle had been sold out from underneath us! We received an email that they ran our credit before we even told them we were interested in the vehicle. Will NEVER do business here again. Worst Chevy dealer by far!!

I was in the final financing part of an absolute sale and they saw fit to sell the vehicle to someone else. They even had the opportunity to cancel the other sale in favor of my purchase and chose not too. I presume on the basis of more money from the other sale. Poor times when a business blows off a handshake deal from out of state for a walk in.
I even offered a safe face purchase of a different vehicle with more miles but nicer and they couldn't/wouldn't offer the vehicle at similar price.

We drove down for a test drive they had the car ready and waiting for us. Everything was just as promised and we finish the paperwork and was back on the road in under two hours. My family as purchase at least 20 vehicles since 1977 and have always gotten a fair deal or better. All of us have used Clark Chevrolet for service and repairs. Their prices are almost always lower then other dealers or repair shops and they will not do any work or sell you anything your vehicle does not need.

I purchased a 2012 Chevy Malibu (37,126 miles) from LANG CHEVROLET in PAOLA KS.
I told them (my mistake) that I had $4000.00 to put “down” on the purchase. At the “signing” of the contract we discussed GAP insurance. I had agreed on the $700.00 price of that. When the contract was placed in front of me there was a $2,265.00 service contract in addition to the GAP insurance. TOTAL: $2,965.00. I immediately asked about that since NOTHING had been discussed to me prior to me seeing this on the contract (is that sneaky tactic even legal?). FIRST CLUE of their kind of SERVICE! I was told by “Judy” (woman writing my contract) that this was a “bumper to bumper warranty and it is very important to get when you are buying a car that the “Factory Warranty” was out on”. I looked at my friend and asked if it was something they thought I needed. It seemed to be harshly added to a contract without any information. Miss “J” then turned around and showed me a bill of HERS from LANG CHEVROLET on her 2013 Chevy Cruze. She had the same warranty and it paid $800.00 to fix her car. The date was not recent and even then I thought “why would her car need such an expensive ‘fix’ that new and she works for the dealer?” Yet, at that moment I thought I would not have that kind of money so maybe this is necessary. I asked what all it covered. I got the “Bumper to Bumper” answer again. Before leaving with my new purchase I mentioned that the inside of the car was very very dirty and I wanted to leave it to be cleaned. I was given an “WE OWE YOU” coupon of sorts that states they are to DETAIL my car, Replace a piece of TRIM around my seat belt harness, and a free oil change. (The car was a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED car so they were to do that kind of maintenance). I took my car back in 3 days to have it detailed. They had the car for 3 hours. When I pulled up it looked a little cleaner(washed?) although there were still bugs on the windshield, but the interior still had a spill across the dash and between the seats the shifter was still sticky. NOTHING had been done. SECOND CLUE of the SERVICE!! My friend was with me again and was furious. I talked him down and kindly left with my car asking about my “trim”, I was promised it was on order. After getting home and checking my mail I had my “Service Contract” in the mail. 15 pages of what it did not cover. I also noticed I had 60 days to cancel the contract. I called to cancel. Explaining why I did not want it, even stating at the time that it felt weird to me that no one discussed it with me prior to having it on the contract. She said, “I only put down what I am told to put down by the sales team” I was assured again that it was needed by the sales manager Joe and by Judy that it was a bumper to bumper and if I wanted a brochure of what it DID cover she could mail me one. Really? You have one and NEVER ONCE did I see it before you put it on my contract? THIRD CLUE of the service!! I asked her to please send it. I received the brochure in the mail 2 days later. It did state that I had what was called a WRAP insurance and it covered a great deal. I felt better. Still trying to be positive. 3 days later (driving) on the way to work at 4 a.m. (45 degrees) after turning on my rear defrost my back window blew up! Glass hit me on the back of the head. I was very frightened. This was Oct. 18, 2013. I called LANG CHEVROLET at 8 a.m. and they gave me to the Service dept. and he said he could fix my window for $350 dollars. I said I have a service contract and he said this would not be covered. I asked “why not, it happened when I turned on my rear defrost, I think it might be in my the heater??” He said it was in insurance thing and could not help me other than fixing my car for $350.00. I later called and talked to the OWNER MR LANG and he said he wasn’t going to fix the window because it was a “IMACT BREAK” and when I asked what that was he said “you wrecked your car”. I told him I did not have a wreck, then he said “then something hit your windshield with something”. This AFTER I had asked the service department to look at my car to see WHY it happened. I hung up called back and asked to cancel the warranty and get my $2,265.00 back. I was told that they applied that to my LOAN and I could not get it back. I was then sent to talk to MR LANG and he yelled at me asking if I “what do you want?? Me to pay for you WINDOW??” and I said I wanted him to look at my car to see why it happened. He snottly said to “bring it in then”. I hung up and decided to call back and have my money refunded for the warranty. They again refused. I demanded to have it canceled!! I got a letter today FROM VEHICLE ONE stating it was cancelled on Oct. 21. I have not received payment and looking at my note it is still there. I am paying interest on this warranty when I GAVE THEM $4000.00 ON THE DAY I bought that car. The sales man was nice when he was lying to me though. I actually told him several times how nice he was. THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY!! I HAVE NO SERVICE CONTRACT.
I am looking into the legal aspects of how to get them to be fair but I did sign that stupid thing even when I felt like I NEEDED a SHOWER Afterwards. I have my friend who can state that the "service contract" was on the contract before it was discussed with me but they have 'all of them" and they are so good at lying. I will still try, but mostly felt I needed to help anyone else from making a mistake and believing in the "kindness" they seem to give.
SLEAZY CREW all the way around. I have so much more. To say. NO TRIM piece was ever ordered. I could go on and on and on…
