We came to Hendricks to check out the new Equinox and - Brenda S
We came to Hendricks to check out the new Equinox and worked with Jarvis Jefferson. He was extremely professional and answered all of our questions. We told him we were not going to make a decision that night. It was a day later that we called to see if we could test drive the Equinox Premier, Jarvis was not in that day and later that evening when we arrived at the dealership we found Jarvis had come in on his day off to assist us. We did purchase the premier that night. We love the car but more importantly we loved the professional service.

Took my car in because the check engine light came on. I figured it was due to a recall letter I got on my car a few weeks prior. My car sounded awful. Of course it wasn't and it cost almost 700 dollars to fix something leaking and replace a knock sensor. When I picked my car it still sounded awful. And driving home the check engine light came back on. I took it to Auto Zone to read the engine code and it was for the knock sensor.....I called and got it scheduled to go back. Then they kept my car from Wednesday until Monday before telling me I needed a new engine for over 7000 dollars! I said No and got my car and currently have someone else looking at it. Never going back. Didn't even fix what they charged me for the first time.

Don't buy a used car from Dale Willey! - andygillku
Don't buy a used car from Dale Willey! I bought a used car last weekend, and had the expectation when paying almost 10K that there are no active critical problems with the car that were not disclosed. Fit for purpose, basically. It was represented as safe and drivable. I took delivery, and that night found that the car was leaking excess fluid when parked. (I have pictures on my Google map review) The next business day, I took it back to the dealer, and got it diagnosed. The part that connects the passenger-side front wheel to the axel was losing lubricant, and was going to fail shortly. When it fails (in the next few days, I'm told) it could cause several thousand dollars of damage. The fix was quoted as $450 out of pocket in a local repair shop. I asked them to address this, in their repair center, at their expense, given it was a problem before I took possession of the car. Dale Willey refused, despite several reasonable attempts to hold them responsable.
- Steve Cain, sales manager, representing that they did not know, because they do not check the hubs, because they only check for safety issues, and this is not something they would have looked at. However, when talking to the mechanic the next day about the needed repair, they had just replaced the *other side connection* a few days ago, and choose to leave the (slowly leaking) connection alone. So a reasonable conclusion is they do check the hubs, and if one needs to be replaced, it would be common sense to assess and/or replace the other, especially if leaking.
- Steve then fed me a line about how he can not help customers with problems like this, because it would show favoritism, and open him up to a class action lawsuit. After reflecting on this, I politely called BS, and he started yelling at me, stating to the effect of "The answer is No! I will not fix your car!". At this point I promptly left the store.
- I talked to the general manager the next day, and he said that it is unreasonable to expect that the car does not have problems like this, and even if they knew about the issue, it was my responsibility to take the car for an outside assessment first. Which means that they do not stand behind their cars, and when buying there can be many, perhaps known to them, issues that are not disclosed. Caveat Emptor, basically. Fit to drive off the lot, but not fit to drive. Don't buy from them, because they do not consider a wheel seizing up as a safety issue.
In summary, it seems completely unreasonable to need to spend $450 on fixing an issue that was known, or should have been known, by the dealer, and would leave the car undrivable in a handful of weeks. It might be that the sales team did not know what the mechanic did, but in that case you say sorry, and fix it, not yell at your customers. One star, will not be going back, will encourage others to also not use the dealer.

I have contacted Victory about scheduling a day for my car to be towed for repairs and needing a loaner. Keep getting the same response: Someone from our Service Department will contact you ASAP..... NOTHING!!
Took it to a local auto repair shop and they stated it is needing engine work. Car is still under warranty, so I contacted them and they said I would need to take it back to the dealership. Welp, I been doing that since last Friday. Starting to feel like they are avoiding me for the simple fact of not wanting to deal with the extent of what maybe wrong.
I just want my car fixed!
I purchased a 2023 Corvette for $12,000 over the MSRP, - HARRY13
I purchased a 2023 Corvette for $12,000 over the MSRP, you would think that they would have a modicum of customer service, but that is not the case. It's next to impossible to reach anyone; nothing but voicemail and they have no operator. I spent $2000 on a protection package and no one can tell me anything about it. The salesperson Brandon Crawford was super evasive and told me that it was a product by Magnashield, but they are not MagnaShield dealers. Ten days after my check cleared the bank I still don't have any paperwork. I called the lady in the title department and she was extremely rude and told me that they were very busy. I would avoid this dealership! They were happy to take my money and leave me for freaking dead with zero Fs given.

Service - Jessica G.
Our vehicle was there for THREE weeks. We would call to ask about progress and several times we got an answer of 'we don't have any record of your vehicle being here.' Then we would get a call back later in the day to tell us that they were waiting on the mechanic or ordering a part. On Friday, September 29th we called to ask about the status of our vehicle. We again got the response that they had no record of our vehicle being in the shop. We were told Mike would have to call us back. We made plans to get a car dolly and tow our vehicle to another dealer because we had no confidence that our vehicle would ever be fixed. Then about 4:30 that afternoon Mike called back to tell us that our vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. We understand that the service department was very busy but there was not an excuse for 'having no record of our vehicle'. We are looking to purchase a new vehicle and we had considered looking at Beckman Motors, but that will no longer be a consideration.

I would recommend Henry Martens Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for a stress free and honest car purchase. Mike Wilson was our sales associate and he was wonderful to work with. He was able to help me find my Buick Envision which I am loving. The sales manager Randy Hill gave us a very fair price on our trade in. Dave Grauel made the paperwork a breeze. Then Megan Brown walked us through all the car features. This team made our car buying experience easy and pleasant. Thank you!!
New Vehicle Hunting - Mike P
Had a car totaled because of hail damage and needed to find another vehicle. I have never been to Jim Clark Chevy, so I thought I would go take a look. Danny met me at the front door and helped me right away to start looking. Drove 2 vehicle and ended up taking one home for the weekend so my wife could see and drive. Went back Monday afternoon and she wanted to try a couple more out. We ended up getting the one we tried first and Danny was great through it all ! Did all of the paperwork with Jarrod and Danny got the car ready for us to take home. It was a Great car buying experience and would definitely go back again.

My family as purchase at least 20 vehicles since 1977 and have always gotten a fair deal or better. All of us have used Clark Chevrolet for service and repairs. Their prices are almost always lower then other dealers or repair shops and they will not do any work or sell you anything your vehicle does not need.
My car is a Braun handicap accessible vehicle that I took... - stacysky32
My car is a Braun handicap accessible vehicle that I took for service at Jay Hatfield Mobility. My experience was horrible there! Had my car for 4 days, looked at it 1 day and stated “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, come get it”. Even though they did find a drain on the battery. Picked it up, brought it home and the next day battery was dead again. Syd was rude in the service dept and he was very unprofessional and absolutely no interest in fixing my issue! Since then it was towed to United Access were they are more than willing to keep
It until it’s fixed!!
Horrible sales practices - David B.
Contacted this dealership for obvious reasons but mostly because I have bad credit. Ricky got in touch with me. Every time he said he was working on something for me he wouldn’t get back to me until a week or more later. I’ve worked in car sales and I know they are slammed with customers at times but not so much that they can’t get back with a customer. He finally told me out of the blue that he was working on something for me. I live an hour and a half away so I told him that I wanted to get most of the deal done before I make the drive and I want to know what vehicle he is working on. He didn’t answer my question and I haven’t heard from him at all. Stay clear of this dealership.
Awesome!!!!! - Vette2
I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership and my salesman was the GREATEST that I have ever dealt with and I have purchased many vehicles but J Lynn Sullivan is the best She called when she said she would, she treated me as if I was right there with them, she was honest about everything concerning the vehicle, she was honest about everything she could do and couldn’t do and delivered on EVERYTHING she promised. I will without a doubt purchased again from here because of her!! She made the entire process simple and when something wasn’t correct she made sure it got fixed and that’s important when purchasing a vehicle online. J Lynn again than you and whomever you work for they need to know the asset you are to this dealership!!! Awesome!!!! Please thank Milton for me as well, you all are great!!!!

CORY POTTER / Service Advisor
Midway Motor, McPherson KS
It would be a crime if I didn’t share the appreciation I have gained for Cory Potter over the past 5 years. From day one and on every single occasion since, he has been FANTASTIC! Evident is his dedication to customer satisfaction by way of attention to detail. Specifically, he goes the extra mile to consult & research, then present and explain options. In situations where I’ve been hesitant, he’s been great at working through the pros/cons and offering guidance based on his years of professional experience. These qualities alone make him a stand out, however there is more.....
The sincerity in which he treats "people" is hands down the best I’ve experienced in the auto service world. Cory is articulate, extremely politely, and without effort he communicates on an equal plane. Ladies (and gents) if you need someone you can finally trust, look no further.
Last but certainly not least, this man is dependable, returns calls and always sees the service through to the very end. CORY POTTER
