We returned to Clint Bowyer Dealership to trade in our previous vehicle and to get another. This is our third lease with Bowyer and we couldn't be more pleased. The dealership accepted our financial terms and worked within our budget. We were able to trade in our van on a new RAV 4. David Simon took time to acquaint us with the 'workings' of the RAV 4 and we took it for a test drive to check the interior for comfort since it is smaller than the Toyota Sienna that we were trading in. All of the sales people were friendly and known to us ( since this is our third lease and 8th Chrysler/Dodge vehicle.)

I would definitely recommend Midway Motors. We didn't feel pressured to buy, they gave us time to think about it, as it's a big purchase. We were very pleased with their customer service. When we decided to get a new truck, we contacted Chad and told him what we were looking for. We set up appointment and was greeted as soon as we came in. During this process we worked with several employees, and they were all terrific! Chad made sure we new exactly how the electronics worked in truck and he went over everything with us. We were very pleased with this dealership.

Sunday 1 PM appmt to test drive a vehicle - upsetcustimers
My husband and I showed up on time to test drive the vehicle we were to look at, after driving an hour and half to get there. They told us the gal was not there nor was the vehicle! The first guy said it was out for in inspection, the second guy said it was in for some maintenance. This vehicle we were to look at was sitting on their lot for 45 days!!!! Why wasn't this done sooner????? If they knew the vehicle was not there, they could of called and saved us the trip!!!!! We would not send our worst enemy to buy a car from them!!!! Very unprofessional and very rude!!!!! How do they keep their doors open if they treat people like that??????

Cedric the salesman seemed to be a good guy that cared, but might be an act. Everything went good until it came to the paperwork. On the way home I realized I didn't receive my copies of the paperwork so the following Monday I contacted Cedric and he sent the request to the finance department. I got a call two days later saying the lender that I had already signed the paperwork for had fallen through and I had to put an additional $1200 down to make it work. I declined that offer as I had already signed the paperwork and agreed to the previous terms and the mistake was on them. They agreed to cover the $1,200 which I thought was awesome but when going over the paperwork I noticed they charged me $700 more for the vehicle, $399.99 for nitrogen and anti theft, $399 administration fee, and forced me to buy the $850 gap insurance. I have had the vehicle 11 days and have already had to replace the driver front TPMS sensor, passenger rear door actuator and engine air filter. Also, the coolant and power steering fluids were low, engine oil was dirty and hadn't been changed, and 2 of the tires need replaced. There is also a recall I was not informed about.

I have a real problem with people who say they are Christians but don’t run their business that way . Taking advantage of good and honest , hard working Latino’s just because of the language barrier and trust , is not Christ like . Marla went over what we wanted and what we were wanting to spend before she showed us any cars and then after that she showed us what would be in our price range. When we decided the car we liked she helped us start on the paper work and since my mother, who cosigned for me, lives 500 miles away they mailed her all the forms she needed to fill out so I did not have to worry about getting them to her. Even though the dealership was busy and Marla was busy she took really great care of us during the whole process from the time we walked into the dealership until we walked out with our new car, and she made sure to schedule a free car wash for me since their detail person was already gone for the day.
