The service department took care of the low tire pressure light. Clint Bowyer service department took the time to get the computer connection to the low tire pressure sensor. The so-called Topeka dealership didn't give a crap to properly take care of the problem. I definitely won't be at the Topeka Toyota location ever again. Emporia Toyota dealership has my trust in them.

Been to Eddy’s a number of times for my Jeep. This last time I worked with Tyree in service. He had to step in because the person I was initially working with was no longer there. Unfortunately, that meant the set of shocks I ordered and paid for could not be found. Tyree put the pedal to the metal and found a set and transferred them in so I could get my ride fixed as planned. Getting ready to make the move to Houston and wanted my “Vin Diesel” ready for the adventure! True was very pleasant and thorough in making sure everything went smoothly and was completed same day. It also helps that they had shuttle service to pretty much anywhere which is better than setting in the lounge for 3-4 hours! If you need service, ask for Tyree!

I took my Murano in for a diagnostic. It was showing major transmission codes with my mid range obd code reader. They not only ran diagnostics but made a video and a color coded assessment noting what items needed attention. I didn’t need anything major. They were fast and very professional. I highly recommend them for your service needs!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY LIED ABOUT MY CAR BEING IN 2 WRECKS!!! first off within 3 months of having my car. The ac compressor completely went out. Tried multiple times to contact the dealer and emailed the manager and they wont work with me or help me with my car. They then told me to deal with chrysler. Then come to find out that they lied saying my car had only one owner and it actually had 3 previous owner . tried to ask the manager why they lied and he would never answer me. Took me 3 times before they would send me a list of what they fixed on it and I think they didnt even send me everything because come to find out it had been wrecked not only once but twice and they LIED to me about it. Long story short they will commit fraud!!! They are liars and will not help you and will not try to make it right. Very disappointed!!

Took my Chrysler 300 in for an oil change and they forgot to put a bolt on resulting in the undercare shield hanging down and making an awful noise, possibly breaking it. We had no problems before our oil change. When I returned it and they replaced the bolt, they made me feel I was the one who did the damage. If the bolt was put back on in the first place, I would not have had to make the extra trip. I will go else where next oil change.
