My wife and I have over the last 10 years have bought our new cars sight un seen due to the fact of one bad experience going to a dealership in Northern Michigan. Thanks to your sales staff and listening to our needs we will finally will stay local. Adam our sales person not only put up with my poor attitude when coming to buying a car, Adam was able to some how slip in the only one of two cars I wished to own. He not only swayed my wife, which is one of the hardest things to do when it comes to a Suv's ,Adam was able to get the Challenger in my wife's vocabulary. My wife and I not only got the car I've always wanted they were able to keep my payment, and as Adam well knows, payment first car second. I can drive the Flintstone mobile, thanks to Adam and Feeny I am driving one of the cars that was on my bucket list. Thanks to Adam Woosley and all the staff!!! See you guys in two years. I was in search of a car for my 16 y/o. I’ve been searching high and low from Grand Blancto Detroit. Visited dealership after dealership only to walk out feeling defeated. After passing Huntington Ford many times, I stopped one Sunday to see what they had on the lot. I saw a car that I knew my son would love. It looked nice inside and out. I called on Monday to get more information, and I got Greg. Greg was the best. He did not pressure me to come drive the car or force it down my throat so he could get a sale. He was patient and answered the million questions I had. Needless to say, I bought the car not only because I loved it(I loved the other cars at the other dealerships too), but because I received exceptional service.

I returned to this dealership, and to my salesman Todd, because of the great experience that I had with my previous purchase. Todd was excellent to work with again and he went the extra mile. Keely also did a great job with the delivery instructions. It was most helpful. It is obvious that Todd and Keely enjoy their jobs, and their personalities make it fun to purchase a car. In addition to my new car, my daughter had mechanical problems with hers. Since she was visiting from TN we needed help. Andy, the service manager, and Tyler went out of their way to get the problem handled. In addition the mechanic who worked on the car was able to come up with a simpler and less expensive fix. Overall I find Courtesy a great place to buy or repair a car. I would recommend them highly.
