After arriving late in the day to check out a pre-owned vehicle listed for sale by Shaheen Cadillac, I was referred to Used Vehicle Sales at Shaheen Chevrolet where I met Erick. Wow! I am BEYOND blown away, with Brian the salesman in particular. I have never financed a vehicle before, and Brian made it a breeze! It is very clear that customer satisfaction is the most important to him. Never once did I feel pressured to make any decision, as he stayed unbiased, factual, and honest throughout the process. Brian fought beside me as opposed to siding with the company; I got a deal on the new car, more money for my trade-in, AND $15 off a month for the extended warranty! I was amazed at the lengths he was willing to go to get what I wanted. Even with my doubts, Brian was open to hearing them through text messaging. He is there for you, and he will tell you!! Sat 8/23 traveling from CVG to Grand Haven; front Right wheel blowout on I96 @ 75MPH. Road service changed to spare (UGH!); drove @ <50mph last 130mi to Grand Haven (lived @lake for '77 - '85). Monday 8/25 to Muskegon MI AUDI. Met ZACH. Somebody from somewhere smiled on us. What a pleasure dealing with a young man possessing traits performing customer service the way it's taught but sadly more than not rarely experienced. I speak from 50 years of small to large corporate responsibility both U.S. and dealing with European, Asiatic and African personnel in similar companies. Zach quickly procured similar tires, correctly interchanged locations and mounted, checking for potential problems (wheel bearings, rim condition), keeping us informed of progress and promptly notified completion. Our visit/vacation could now continue unhindered. I know US AUDI (Virginia) keeps track of its various locations regarding business practices, including by visits (Have had various Audi experiences, as well as Porsche and GM/Ford due to cars owned and currently possess). I shall presume both Audi Muskegon as well as Audi US know how fortunate they are to have Zach presenting the "Audi" face to/with customers. IF NOT, THEY HAD BETTER LEARN RAPIDLY, lest competitive businesses grab him for their benefit!
