My car had not been serviced during Covid. I was amazed the dealership came to my house, took my car for service, and returned it with all service complete.
That service is above and beyond expectations. I always look forward to doing business with Rudy Luther Toyota.

I bought a used 2008 Toyota Prius from this dealership.... - S'mores
I bought a used 2008 Toyota Prius from this dealership. When I initially contacted them about the Prius, Corey texted me pictures so I could see what it looked like (the pictures weren't up on the website). He also answered some questions I had a few days later about two open recalls on the car (they had already taken care of them). I was still interested, so he offered to put the car aside when it came back from being detailed so that I would be the first one to look at it. I appreciated this because I was 2 and 1/2 hours away from the dealership. When I got there, they let me test drive it by myself. After I did the test drive, Corey made sure I was wanting to buy it (he told me I didn't need to make the decision that day, which was different from other dealers I had gone to). The person who worked with me on the paperwork to sell the car did a good job explaining exactly what I was paying for and what was on the documents I was signing (I think his name was Steve?).
About 20 minutes after I left the dealer, the tire pressure light came on. I wasn't sure if I should continue driving, so I called the dealership. It turned out that the tire pressure gauges on the rear tires had dead batteries because they had replaced the tires the same day I bought the car (they didn't know this was a problem until I had a problem with it, but they said they would fix the problem for free, regardless of if it was just tire pressure or if it was bad sensors). The person who was in charge of selling used cars (the used car manager?) let me have them replaced for free since I had just bought the car from them. It took about an hour for the car to be ready to go again. The person in the service department did a good job updating me on what was happening with my car, and seemed to care more about helping the other customers make sure their cars got fixed than making a sale. He helped them even if the customer wasn't necessarily going to be paying them to have something fixed (The customer was looking for a specific kind of bolt, and wanted to know where he could find one).
Overall, I had a good experience with both the sales department and the service department. I didn't use financing, so I don't know how that works at this dealership. There didn't seem to be any unreasonable fees that I had to pay when they gave me the total (it was only about $650 over the listing price of the car, and at least $450 of that was taxes). I've had the car for almost a week without noticing any further problems with it. If it weren't for the long drive to get there, I would definitely buy my next car there and would probably look into getting my Prius fixed up there. I might still consider buying my next car from them.

Buyer beware they will screw you. - bootloops
Absolute joke of a shop and support staff. My parents just bought a used truck (less than 90K miles) out of this dealership. not even 500 miles on it and the upper oil pan is leaking. The dealership denied it was leaking several times, giving them the run around for over a month. Finally admitted it was the oil pan, blamed my dad, and tried to charge $1000 to fix it with half the warranty other shops give. The truck is still not fixed. They should have checked the reviews before they went here. It will not happen again.

Transmission blew and I dont have 4000 dollars to fix it and I'm still making payments on the truck. They lied and said they'd help. No such luck.
Don't buy used vehicles from them. They sell Lemmons!
RUN. Easily the most negative retail experience I’ve ever... - mjjohnson
RUN. Easily the most negative retail experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I went in knowing we wanted to purchase a new Toyota Highlander. It should have been a quick and easy sale. We arrived on a Friday afternoon with our child in tow, confirmed the numbers were what were previously discussed with sales rep Tim Parker. And waited. And waited some more. Whatever, it’s part of buying car right, sitting in uncomfortable chairs for a while? 2.5 hours in, I send my husband and kiddo home.
After I’m there for over four plus hours, with no one asking if I’m good or could go for some water or anything, I get to see the finance manager, Mike Quam. He doesn’t reference any of the numbers we discussed in paper; I have nothing in front of me to reference. He proceeds to sketch out a little graph about the life of the car and warranty options. I say I want the standard, comes with the car warranty. He says so you want basic? Yeah, no frills. Turns out basic is the first tier of their added warranty and he was purposefully misleading about this. Then he “forgets” to count the amount my husband put down to hold the vehicle. It’s a lot of calling my husband (a financial advisor) to sort out all the sketchy xxxx car sales people are famous for. They don’t answer straightforward questions, and ultimately tried to pull one over since I was there solo after 4.5 hours of waiting and desperate to leave (last part is accurate). Every time we redo it, it takes even longer because they are stuck in the 90s (tracing paper!? Join the digital age, Burnsville Toyota!).
I ultimately ended up walking away from the car. Even if the end result was the same and we could get them to agree to the math we already did and I got my car, I could not feel good giving my hard-earned money to these lowlifes. I’m sure they will dispute my recollection because they tried to gaslight me all night. Looking forward to going elsewhere, and you should too!
Leased a new Rav - nevertoyotaagain
Went to lease a new Rav-4. Had an appointment with the salesperson (Laurie) and she ended up spending an hour with other people while we stood and waited for her. Finally a trainee started to show us the features on the car but didn't know what he was doing and he finally gave up and walked away. Will never deal with this place again once the lease is up.
Damaged vehicle. - Jodi
We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.
Always good, reliable, and economical service. - Dudewithcar4
I started to take my cars to dahl about 2 years ago, and they have been the most helpful and flexible staff i have ever seen at a dealership. I always recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicles.
Excellent Experience - CarReview
My experience with Mike Jasik was excellent. Not only did he listen to me, he followed up on what I really wanted in a vehicle. Also provided me with a very competitive price. Very enjoyable experience which is pretty rare when I’m trying to find a new car.
